XSiTE Design Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aPolitan Aqua\u662f\u4e00\u5e62\u542b\u67092741\u4e2a\u5355\u5143\u768461\u5c42\u516c\u5bd3\uff0c\u5176\u9500\u552e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u666f\u89c2\u533a\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5c31\u5750\u843d\u5728\u5982\u4eca\u5728\u66fc\u8c37\u5df2\u4e0d\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u671d\u666e\u62c9\u4e9a\u6cb3\u7554\u7684\u4e2d\u6863\u5e02\u573a\u5730\u6bb5\u3002\u8be5\u7247\u533a\u57df\u5728\u9879\u76ee\u5b8c\u6210\u540e\u5c06\u5efa\u8bbe\u6210\u7b2c\u4e09\u5ea7\u516c\u5bd3\u3002\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u662fPolitan\u7cfb\u5217\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e0e\u53e6\u5916\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u7f6e\u76f8\u90bb\u3002Politan\u54c1\u724c\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\u5ef6\u7eed\u4e86\u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u7684\u6cb3\u6d41(Politan\u6cb3)\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u4f53\u73b0\u51fa\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u5916\u89c2\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5bf9\u4e8ePolitan Aqua\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8f6c\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\uff0c\u6765\u8868\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u6027\u3002\u8ba9\u4eba\u4e00\u63d0\u5230Politan Aqua\uff0c\u5c31\u4f1a\u9996\u5148\u60f3\u5230\u8fd9\u6761\u6cb3\uff0c\u60f3\u8d77\u6211\u4eec\u7f8e\u597d\u7684\u8fc7\u53bb\u3002\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u6cf0\u56fd\u6cb3\u8fb9\u53e4\u8001\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1a\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u6cb3\u6d41\u65c1\u8fb9\u603b\u6709\u6d6e\u7b4f\u623f\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u6cb3\u6d41\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u9b45\u529b\u548c\u6cf0\u56fd\u6cb3\u7554\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u7f8e\u597d\u8bb0\u5fc6\u5e26\u56de\u73b0\u4ee3\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u6f02\u6d6e\u7684\u7af9\u7b4f\u5e73\u53f0\u3001\u7cfb\u6cca\u6746\u548c\u6cb3\u6d41\u672c\u8eab\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u88ab\u91cd\u65b0\u7ec4\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u73b0\u4ee3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u4f7f\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u6ee8\u6c5f\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f97\u4ee5\u76f8\u8f85\u76f8\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n

XSiTE Design Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe site is landscape area of sales gallery of the Politan Aqua which is a 61 storey condominium with 2,741 units for the mid-range market at Chao Praya riverside which is a very rare location in greater Bangkok nowadays. This area would be used as a third place for condominium after project completion. This project is the 3rd project launched in the Politan project series which is located next to each other in the same location. The key concept for the Politan brand keeping from phase 1 (The Politan Rive) is inspired from river continuously from the main concept in phase 1 project, which is the very urban look. But for The Politan Aqua we translate landscape design into a different language to create uniqueness for this project. For the Politan Aqua, we think about the river from the way back to our charming past. Inspired by the old way of Thai riverside lifestyle. Which river was as the main circulation with floating raft houses along the river. By bringing back a river spirit charm and touch of lovely memories of Thai riverside lifestyle to modern living. A platform of floating bamboo rafts, mooring poles and flow of the river itself are brought to cut and mix together then translate into modern design elements which could complement the architectural and riverside space.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u8868\u8fbe\u5bf9\u6cb3\u6d41\u7684\u5c0a\u91cd\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6cb3\u6d41\u9644\u8fd1\u6ca1\u6709\u6dfb\u52a0\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u53ea\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u53ef\u5728\u96e8\u5b63\u6297\u6d2a\u7684\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u8ba9\u5c45\u6c11\u5728\u8fdc\u5904\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u4e0e\u6cb3\u6d41\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f53\u9a8c\u5230\u4e0e\u6e44\u5357\u6cb3\u5404\u79cd\u8054\u7cfb\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Intentionally not to add any unnecessary constructed elements near the river to show the river respect. Also to keep only damn and plantings that allow flood in a rainy season. To design space that residents can feel the connection to the river in a far distance, so the residents can experience a various connection with the Chao Phraya River.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u201cPolitan\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u6c34\u666f\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u5efa\u7b51\u524d\u7684\u8fce\u5bbe\u5012\u5f71\u6c60\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u8ba9\u4eba\u8054\u60f3\u8d77\u5176\u4ed6\u9636\u6bb5Politan\u6c34\u666f\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u6c34\u6c60\uff0c\u5b83\u4e5f\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u73b0\u6709\u6c34\u4f53\u3002\u518d\u6765\u5230\u4e0e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6c34\u666f\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u201c\u793e\u4ea4\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u201d\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u62c9\u8fd1\u4e0e\u6e44\u5357\u6cb3\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\uff0c\u5c06\u7f8e\u4e3d\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u6700\u5927\u5316\u5730\u53cd\u5c04\u5230\u6c34\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5b83\u5e03\u5c40\u5728\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u533a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u89d2\u843d\u3002\u201c\u90a3\u8fe6\u6cb3\u6865\u201d\u662f\u4e00\u5ea7\u89c2\u666f\u6865\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e\u8fde\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7684\u6f02\u6d41\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u6cf0\u56fd\u4f20\u8bf4\u4e2d\u6d41\u52a8\u7684\u6cb3\u6d41\u6216\u90a3\u52a0\u6cb3\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u4ece\u4e0a\u9762\u5c31\u80fd\u4f53\u9a8c\u6e44\u5357\u6cb3\u3002\u7d27\u90bb\u6cb3\u5cb8\u7684\u201c\u6c34\u9732\u53f0\u201d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6ee8\u6cb3\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u5143\u7d20\u662f\u5f00\u9614\u7684\u8349\u576a\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u6cb3\u6d41\u6ce2\u6d6a\u822c\u7684\u52a8\u6001\u72ed\u7a84\u8fb9\u7f18\u7ebf\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7cbe\u5fc3\u79cd\u690d\u7684\u6811\u6728\u548c\u704c\u6728\uff0c\u5c06\u6240\u6709\u5143\u7d20\u4e0e\u6cb3\u6d41\u8fde\u63a5\u4e86\u8d77\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n

Start from \u201cPolitan signature pond\u201d, reflecting pond in front of the building to welcome all visitors. Which is the signature pond that reminds the Politan pond in other phases. This pond acts as an intro of water existing and connect with the swimming pool. This \u201cSocial Swimming pool\u201d, swimming pool is located to surround on a corner of building in order to bring the Chao Phraya River closer visually and also maximize the reflection of the beautiful natures into water surface. \u201cRiver Naga Bridge\u201d, the viewpoint bridge that is inspired from rafting platform connected like the flowing shape of river or Naga in Thai legend bring residents to experience Chao Phraya from above. Next to riverbank is \u201cAqua Terrace\u201d, as a riverfront garden which main elements is open lawn with dynamic narrow curb line that inspired from rive wave. Carefully placed some trees and shrub to stay connect all elements to the river.<\/p>\n

\u4e1a\u4e3b\u5c06\u6211\u4eec\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u6c34\u666f\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e86Politan\u516c\u5bd3\u7cfb\u5217\u7b2c\u4e00\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u7279\u8272\u8c61\u5f81\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u552e\u697c\u5904\u524d\u9762\u7684\u5012\u5f71\u6c60\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u73b0\u6709\u6c34\u4f53\u7684\u4ecb\u7ecd\u3002\u5e73\u9759\u7684\u6c34\u9762\u5012\u6620\u7740\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u81ea\u7136\u7f8e\u4e3d\u7684\u5929\u7a7a\u3002<\/p>\n

It is the signature pond is our design which owner uses as a signature feature from Phase 1 of The Politan condominium series. (The Politan Rive)\u00a0It is a reflecting pond located in front of the sales office as an intro of water existing on our site. With the still calm water surface which is a reflection of naturally beautiful of the sky in this site.<\/p>\n

\u4e0ePolitan\u6c60\u5858\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u662f\u6cf3\u6c60\u533a\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u62c9\u8fd1\u4e0e\u6e44\u5357\u6cb3\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\uff0c\u5c06\u7f8e\u4e3d\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u6700\u5927\u5316\u5730\u53cd\u5c04\u5230\u6c34\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5b83\u5e03\u5c40\u5728\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u533a\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u89d2\u843d\u3002\u6c34\u9762\u7684\u5012\u5f71\u4f1a\u968f\u7740\u4e00\u5929\u4e2d\u5929\u7a7a\u548c\u4e91\u7684\u989c\u8272\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u7f8e\u4e3d\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u57fa\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c6\u89c9\u4e0a\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u4eff\u4f5b\u662f\u5728\u6e44\u5357\u6cb3\u4e2d\u6e38\u6cf3\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u4eab\u53d7\u6cf3\u6c60\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5982\u6e38\u6cf3\u3001\u8df3\u6c34\u3001\u6309\u6469\u6d74\u7f38\u548c\u513f\u7ae5\u6cf3\u6c60\uff0c\u670d\u52a1\u4e8e\u5404\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7fa4\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

Connect with the Politan Pond is the swimming pool. It is located to surround on a corner of building in order to bring the Chao Phraya River closer visually and also maximize the reflection of the beautiful natures into water surface. Which will change beautifully through the whole day according to a color of the sky and the cloud. Residents can feel like swimming through Chao Phraya because of its visual connection and enjoy various functions in the pool such as swimming, plunge, jacuzzi and kid pool for serving different target group in the project.<\/p>\n

Form the pool, residents can stroll through the stepping platform like a journey on modern wooden rafts to the River Naga Bridge, the viewpoint bridge to enjoy different experience viewing Chao Phraya from a higher view. Underneath is the cozy seating area to chill with river view surrounded by columns that are inspired from mooring pole in the old day.<\/p>\n

Next to riverbank is \u201cAqua Terrace\u201d, as a riverfront garden which main elements is open lawn with dynamic narrow curb line that inspired from rive wave. Carefully placed some trees and shrub randomly as a middle ground for river and feel the wind existence and to stay connect all elements to the river. At the riverbank area keep only Vetiver Grass, damn and plantings that allow flood in a rainy season.<\/p>\n
