MAXI Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u57ce\u5e02\u8fdb\u5165TOD\u65f6\u4ee3\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u7ebf\u8def\u89c4\u5212\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u662f\u65f6\u95f4\u6210\u672c\u7684\u6700\u5927\u8282\u7701\u3002\u5feb\u8282\u594f\uff0c\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u6f2b\u751f\u6d3b\uff1b\u65f6\u95f4\u53d8\u6362\uff0c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6362\u4e58\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u65f6\u4ee3\u6b63\u8d4b\u4e88\u7684\u7279\u8d28\uff0c\u667a\u5728\u4e91\u8fb0\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u5f53\u4e0bTOD\u751f\u6d3b\u771f\u6b63\u4e30\u5bcc\u591a\u5f69\u7684\u6837\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n

TOD\uff1a\u4ee5\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u4e3a\u5bfc\u5411\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u6a21\u5f0f\uff08Transit-Oriented Development\uff09\uff0cTOD\u4f5c\u4e3a\u88ab\u4e16\u754c\u4f17\u591a\u5148\u8fdb\u57ce\u5e02\u666e\u904d\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u662f\u89e3\u51b3\u57ce\u5e02\u4eba\u53e3\u81a8\u80c0\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u62e5\u5835\uff0c\u7f13\u89e3\u57ce\u5e02\u75c5\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6210\u90fd\u662f\u5168\u56fdTOD\u5f00\u53d1\u6700\u591a\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c 13\u4e2aTOD\u9879\u76ee\u9646\u7eed\u5f00\u5de5\uff0c2020\u8fce\u6765TOD\u5efa\u8bbe\u7684\u7206\u53d1\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u65b0\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0cTOD\u9879\u76ee\u66f4\u6ce8\u91cd\u590d\u5408\u578b\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u578b\uff0c\u7ad9\u57ce\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6210\u90fd\u9996\u4e2aTOD\u793a\u8303\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u66f4\u6ce8\u91cd\u751f\u6d3b\u529f\u80fd\u591a\u6837\u6027\u4e0e\u590d\u5408\uff0c\u9500\u4f4f\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u5b9e\u666f\u5c55\u793a\uff0c\u5c06\u672a\u6765\u751f\u6d3b\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c55\u793a\u7ed9\u4e1a\u4e3b\uff0c\u5e76\u96c6\u5408\u4e32\u8054\u4e8e\u4e00\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

TOD: Transit-Oriented Development. As a development model commonly adopted by many advanced cities in the world, TOD is the best solution to the increasing urban population, traffic congestion, and alleviation of urban diseases.<\/p>\n

Chengdu is the city with the most TOD development in the country. Thirteen TOD projects have been started one after another, and 2020 will usher the explosion of TOD construction. As a new model of urban development, TOD projects pay more attention to composite and functional types, and the integration of stations and cities. As the first TOD demonstration project in Chengdu, this exhibition area pays more attention to the diversity and composite of life functions. It is a one-stop real-life display, showing the representative functional spaces of future life to the owners, and integrating them.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u8bb0\u5f55 Site record<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u573a\u5730\u8e0f\u52d8\uff0c\u662f2019\u5e74\u768412\u6708\uff0c\u4ece\u5730\u94c1\u4e94\u53f7\u7ebf\u65b0\u6d25\u7ad9\u53ef\u9e1f\u77b0\u6574\u4e2a\u5730\u5757\u9762\u8c8c\u3002\u5730\u5757\u5bf9\u9762\u662f\u5730\u94c1\u9ad8\u67b6\u548c\u5feb\u901f\u5e72\u9053\uff0c\u98de\u9a70\u7684\u5730\u94c1\u548c\u6c7d\u8f66\u6620\u886c\u51fa\u8fd9\u7247\u533a\u57df\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u7ea2\u7ebf\u5916\u7eff\u5316\u5e26\u683d\u690d\u7740\u6742\u4e71\u65e0\u5e8f\u7684\u690d\u7269\uff0c\u5e02\u653f\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u5751\u6d3c\u5d0e\u5c96\uff0c\u884c\u9053\u6811\u5927\u5c0f\u4e0d\u4e00\uff0c\u4e00\u6761\u9ad8\u538b\u7ebf\u6a2a\u8d2f\u4e0a\u7a7a\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5f53\u65f6\u89c1\u5230\u7684\u73b0\u72b6\u3002<\/p>\n

The first site survey was in December 2019. From Xinjin Station on Metro Line 5, we got a bird’s eye view of the entire plot.\u00a0Opposite the site was the elevated subway and expressway. The speeding subway and cars reflect the rapid development of this area. The green belt outside the property line was planted with disorderly plants and the municipal sidewalks were rugged. The street trees varied in size, and a power line hung over our heads.<\/p>\n

\u4e09\u89d2\u5f62\u5730\u5757\u7684\u659c\u8fb9\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u6e38\u56ed\uff0c\u6709\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u8001\u5c0f\u6765\u6563\u6b65\uff0c\u5374\u6ca1\u6709\u6ee1\u8db3\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u573a\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

There was an abandoned theme park on the hypotenuse of the triangle-shaped site. Nearby residents came for a walk, but there were no functional spaces to meet their needs.<\/p>\n
