Francisco Pardo Arquitecto<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u522b\u5885\u5750\u843d\u5728\u4e00\u5ea7\u8ddd\u79bb\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b50\u7c73\u3001\u53ef\u4fef\u77b0\u58a8\u897f\u54e5Puerto Escondido\u6d77\u6e7e\u7684\u60ac\u5d16\u4e0a\uff0c\u7531\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u516c\u53f8Francisco Pardo Arquitecto\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u4ee5\u5176\u65e0\u8fb9\u65e0\u9645\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6d77\u6ee9\u800c\u95fb\u540d\uff0c\u662f\u74e6\u54c8\u5361\u6d77\u5cb8\u6700\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u65c5\u6e38\u666f\u70b9\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5b83\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u6765\u81ea\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u51b2\u6d6a\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8bb8\u591a\u4f4e\u8c03\u53c8\u7279\u7acb\u72ec\u884c\u7684\u6e38\u5ba2\u3002<\/p>\n

Francisco Pardo Arquitecto<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aDesigned by Mexican firm Francisco Pardo Arquitecto, the Villas Escondida are located 50 meters from the Pacific Ocean, on a cliff-top overlooking the bay of Puerto Escondido (“Hidden Port”), in Mexico. Renowned for its wild and endless beaches, the area is one of the most revered tourist attractions on the Oaxacan Coast, welcoming surfers from all over the world, and attracting a more low-key and eclectic clientele.<\/p>\n

Nestled in the vegetation, the project respects the environment by mirroring the slope of the site with its 20\u00b0 to 40\u00b0 incline, through a sequence of stepping, rotation and intermediate patios. A standard replicable pattern is established, enabling 180\u00b0 views and plenty of natural light and ventilation in each unit, thanks to a complex and alternating layout that offers residents a unique experience.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u8fd9\u79cd\u4f4f\u5b85\u5e03\u5c40\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u9002\u5e94\u4e86\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u5730\u5f62\u3002\u522b\u5885\u5728\u5bfb\u6c42\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u548c\u5c45\u6c11\u4e4b\u95f4\u548c\u8c10\u5171\u751f\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5468\u56f4\u7f8e\u5999\u7684\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u4e5f\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u8fd9\u79cd\u5173\u7cfb\u201d\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u516c\u53f8\u521b\u59cb\u4ebaFrancisco Pardo\u5982\u662f\u8bf4\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u7efc\u5408\u5efa\u7b51\u753116\u4e2a150\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u548c\u9732\u53f0\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5e95\u5c42\u9762\u79ef\u4e3a70\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u573a\u5730\u5bc6\u5ea6\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e9b\u516c\u5bd3\u4ee5\u5404\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u5d4c\u5165\u5c71\u5761\u540e\uff0c\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u66f4\u50cf\u522b\u5885\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u516c\u5bd3\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201cThis housing arrangement naturally adapts to the existing topography. The villas seek to generate a harmonic symbiosis between architecture, the Pacific Ocean and the inhabitants, enhanced by extraordinary panoramic views of the surroundings\u201d, asserts Francisco Pardo, founder of the studio.<\/p>\n

The complex comprises of 16 residencies of 150 sqm plus the terrace, measuring 70 sqm on the lower level. Despite the high-density on site, the apartments, embedded into the hillside in various ways, feel more like villas than apartments.<\/p>\n

\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\u5355\u5143\u6709\u4e24\u5230\u4e09\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\u3001\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u7684\u5ba2\u5385\u3001\u9910\u5385\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u79c1\u4eba\u9732\u53f0\u2014\u2014\u5b83\u4eec\u52fe\u52d2\u51fa\u4e86\u7530\u56ed\u8bd7\u822c\u7684\u7f8e\u4e3d\u98ce\u666f\u548c\u6d77\u5e73\u7ebf\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u5e03\u5c40\u5728\u5176\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u690d\u7269\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u7684\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e86\u5c45\u6c11\u9690\u79c1\u3002<\/p>\n

Each unit consists of two or three bedrooms, an open-plan living and dining room, and a private terrace \u2013 which frames the idyllic scenery and the sea-horizon, while guaranteeing maximum privacy through the extensive plants strategically placed around its perimeters.<\/p>\n
