JK DESIGN STUDIO<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u676d\u5dde\u9ad8\u5c42\u516c\u5bd3\u7684\u5e95\u5c42\u5546\u94fa\uff0c\u4e1a\u4e3b\u662f\u76f8\u7231\u4e94\u5e74\u7684\u5e74\u8f7b\u60c5\u4fa3\uff0c\u7537\u751f\u60f3\u4e3a\u7231\u559d\u5976\u8336\u7684\u5973\u751f\u5f00\u4e00\u5bb6\u72ec\u4e00\u65e0\u4e8c\u7684\u5976\u8336\u5e97\u6765\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7231\u60c5\u7684\u89c1\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n

JK DESIGN STUDIO<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is located on the ground floor retail level of a high-rise apartment in Hangzhou. The owner is a young couple who have been in love for five years. The boy wants to open a unique bubble tea store for the girl who loves bubble tea as proof of love.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u5c42\u9ad8\u8fd17M\uff0c\u5bbd\u4ec53.6M\uff0c\u8fd12\uff1a1\u7684\u9ad8\u5bbd\u6bd4\u5851\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ed\u957f\u3001\u5e7d\u6697\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u663e\u7136\u5982\u679c\u4ec5\u6309\u5e38\u89c4\u7684\u96f6\u552e\u7a7a\u95f4\u53bb\u5e03\u7f6e\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c06\u7d22\u7136\u65e0\u5473\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4f1a\u66b4\u9732\u66f4\u591a\u7a7a\u95f4\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u5f0a\u7aef\uff01\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6df1\u601d\u719f\u8651\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u51b3\u5b9a\u505a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6559\u5802\u5f0f\u7684\u5976\u8336\u5e97\uff08\u4e00\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f62\u6001\u2014\u2014\u957f\u5bbd\u9ad8\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u9002\u5408\u505a\u6559\u5802\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5149\u7ebf\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u66f4\u7cbe\u786e\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u5851\u9020\uff0c\u4e8c\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6559\u5802\u7684\u795e\u5723\u6027\u548c\u4eea\u5f0f\u611f\u4e5f\u6697\u793a\u7740\u4e1a\u4e3b\u8fd9\u4efd\u7231\u60c5\u7684\u73cd\u8d35\u548c\u7f8e\u597d\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u6559\u5802\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f5c\u4e3a\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u578b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7814\u7a76\u4f20\u7edf\u6559\u5802\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ed3\u6784\u5e76\u7ed3\u5408\u573a\u5730\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6846\u67b6\u53ca\u529f\u80fd\u8fdb\u884c\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u63d0\u53d6\u62f1\u5f62\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u9075\u5faa\u6559\u5802\u5bf9\u79f0\u6027\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u903b\u8f91\u5e76\u5bf9\u5149\u7ebf\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8fdb\u884c\u5ef6\u5c55\uff0c\u4f7f\u6559\u5802\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u8d2f\u7a7f\u4e8e\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The floor height is nearly 7M, the width is only 3.6m, so the height-width ratio of nearly 2:1 creates a long and dark space. Obviously, if the normal retail space is arranged, the whole interior will be dull and even expose more of the drawbacks of the space itself! After careful consideration, we decided to build a church theme bubble tea store for two main reasons. First, because of this special spatial form-the ratio of length, width and height are suitable for the church space, the lighting can also be reshaped more accurately. The second is because of the sanctity of the church, the sense of ritual, which implies the preciousness and beauty of the love of the owner.<\/p>\n

The church space is taken as the basic prototype. Through studying the typical church space and layout, combining the site condition and program, the arch structural elements are extracted. The design follows the symmetry of the church and the lighting design is also fully considered throughout the space so that the atmosphere of the church permeates the whole store.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u662f\u4e00\u4e2aL\u5f62\u7684\u5e73\u9762\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u7ebf\u6027\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u987a\u5e8f\u6765\u5b89\u6392\u529f\u80fd\uff1a\u5728\u5357\u5317\u7eb5\u5411\u4e0a\u4f9d\u6b21\u662f\u95e8\u5385\u3001\u843d\u5ea7\u533a\u3001\u4e0a\u5347\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4e1c\u897f\u6a2a\u5411\u4e0a\u6536\u94f6\u4e0e\u697c\u68af\uff0c\u697c\u68af\u8054\u7cfb\u7740\u4e8c\u697c\u7684\u9762\u5305\u623f\u3002<\/p>\n

The site is in a\u201cL\u201dshape. Program is layout according to the linear space: the vestibule and seat area are in the north and south longitudinal direction, then the platform raised up, cashier and stairs are in the east and west transverse direction, stair connects the bakery on the second floor.<\/p>\n
