Kuaiji Mountain was once a landmark of Chinese culture in history. The ancient legend of the great Yu governing water happened here. Scholars from the Wei and Jin dynasties gathered here. Wang Xizhi and Xie Lingyun lived, traveled, and created literature in the Yexi River in KuiJi Mountain, creating the most outstanding works and portraits of Chinese intellectuals. In Ming Dynasty, Wang Yangming lived in seclusion here to study philosophy. The bridges and flowing water in the urban area of Shaoxing are the gentle and honest side of the ancient Yue culture, while the Kuaiji Mountain is the symbol of Shaoxing&#8217;s Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u6765\u52d8\u5730\uff0c\u79bb\u57fa\u5730\u8fd8\u6709\u51e0\u516c\u91cc\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u80fd\u770b\u89c1\u8471\u830f\u7684\u4f1a\u7a3d\u5c71\u548c\u5176\u4e0a\u77d7\u7acb\u7684\u5927\u79b9\u50cf\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u7531\u4e8e\u666f\u533a\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u63a7\u5236\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u6709\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u9ad8\u5ea6\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u5efa\u6210\u533a\u57df\u5747\u662f\u63a9\u6620\u5728\u7eff\u836b\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0e\u4f1a\u7a3d\u5c71\u53e4\u8001\u800c\u5b81\u9759\u7684\u59ff\u6001\u5e76\u5b58\u3002\u57fa\u5730\u4e1c\u4e34\u6d63\u6c5f\u8def\uff0c\u5317\u81f3\u5d4a\u5c71\u8def\uff0c\u5357\u4fa7\u4e0e\u7ecd\u5174\u4e8c\u73af\u8def\u7559\u6709\u7c73\u5bbd\u7684\u7eff\u5e26\u3002\u4e1c\u4fa7\u3001\u5317\u4fa7\u9053\u8def\u90fd\u6709\u79cd\u690d\u65f6\u95f4\u4e45\u3001\u59ff\u6001\u8302\u76db\u7684\u53cc\u4fa7\u9999\u6a1f\u884c\u9053\u6811\uff0c\u7ed9\u4e88\u57fa\u5730\u4f18\u826f\u7684\u5fae\u89c2\u73b0\u72b6\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The lush Kuaiji Mountain and the statue of Dayu can be seen a few kilometers away from the site. The sight control of the scenic area brings strict building height restrictions. The surrounding built-up environment is all shaded in greenery, coexisting with the ancient and peaceful Kuaiji Mountain. The site is adjacent to HuanJiang Road in the east, Shengshan Road in the north, and a meter-wide green belt on the south side of the Shaoxing Second Ring Road. The products are three types: townhouses, villas, and bungalows. From the earliest stage of the project, the landscape team has been involved in planning and space optimization work to form an integrated effect of architecture and landscape, blending into the natural and cultural connotation of Kuaiji Mountain.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>\u25bc\u5927\u533a\u6574\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5 <\/strong>Overall design concept<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i.mooool.com\/img\/2020\/08\/20200820134635300.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-185919\" src=\"https:\/\/i.mooool.com\/img\/2020\/08\/20200820134635300.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"922\" height=\"755\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u7ec8\u5f62\u6210\u201c\u4e24\u56ed\u4e5d\u5883\u5341\u4e8c\u574a\u201d\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u89c4\u5212\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6070\u5f53\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u90bb\u91cc\u5c3a\u5ea6\uff0c\u7ed9\u4e88\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u5f52\u5c5e\u611f\u548c\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5bfc\u5411\u3002\u8fde\u63a5\u4e1c\u4fa7\u548c\u5317\u4fa7\u4e24\u4e2a\u51fa\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u201cL\u201d\u5f62\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u516c\u5171\u666f\u89c2\u751f\u6d3b\u8f74\uff0c\u5728\u7ebf\u6027\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u91cc\u521b\u9020\u5982\u957f\u5377\u822c\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u753b\u9762\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5229\u7528\u7a7a\u95f4\u6536\u653e\u5f62\u6210\u4e5d\u4e2a\u9a7b\u7559\u6027\u8282\u70b9\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u517c\u5177\u6e38\u89c8\u4e0e\u4ea4\u5f80\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u4e30\u5bcc\u573a\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9879\u76ee\u65e2\u4ee5\u201c\u56ed\u201d\u547d\u540d\uff0c\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u548c\u6240\u627f\u62c5\u7684\u671f\u5f85\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u9020\u4e00\u5ea7\u5f53\u4ee3\u56ed\u6797\uff0c\u65e2\u627f\u63a5\u573a\u57df\u539f\u6709\u7684\u5b81\u9759\u4eba\u6587\u6c14\u606f\uff0c\u53c8\u5951\u5408\u5f53\u4ee3\u5ba1\u7f8e\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>In the end, a landscape planning structure of &#8220;2 gardens, 9 themes, and 12 workshops&#8221; is formed, which gives residents a sense of belonging and a clear spatial orientation through a proper scale of the neighborhood. The design, connecting the two entrances on the east side and the north side, forms an &#8220;L&#8221;-shaped main public landscape life axis to build a continuous picture like a long scroll in a linear space. At the same time, the design uses the space relationship to form nine residential nodes, creating and a rich environment of tour and communication functions.<\/p>\n<p>The project is named after the &#8220;garden&#8221;, which reflects the value of the landscape and the expectations. The scales are different in size but well balanced. They can be wide, exquisite, or elevated. Visitors can pass or stay to view the scene or become part of the scene. The design set up the parking area on the north side of the frontcourt, and guide visitors along the path to look towards Kuaiji Mountain at the end of the line of sight. The entrance flower hall with a hip-and-gable roof from Song Dynasty is 7.34m high. The cornice is 18.4 meters long and 12 meters wide. It forms a natural and elegant Chinese scroll with the bush balls and black pine at the side in front of a horizontal wall.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a The flower and tree path facing the cabin is placed in front of the waterfront. The panoramic composition is layered with a three-dimensional picture scroll with Kuaiji Mountain as the distant view and Flower Hall Cabin as the middle view. The design constructs a mirrored sky-open central flat pool to make the 8 meters water distance between the two sides. The sky appears the same color, and the horizontal oblique shadow is on the water surface, creating a sense of freedom from the small to the big and an infinite view. Sitting on the bank talking and chatting, the visitors\u2019 mood is peaceful.
