Sanjay Puri Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u6839\u636e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4efb\u52a1\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8be5\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\u5171\u5305\u542b6\u680b11\u5c42\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c126\u5957\u516c\u5bd3\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5efa\u7b51\u5212\u5206\u4e3a\u4e09\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u5360\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u5206\u522b\u4e3a 8000\u30019000 \u548c 10000 \u5e73\u65b9\u82f1\u5c3a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6bcf\u5957\u516c\u5bd3\u90fd\u914d\u6709\u8d77\u5c45\u7a7a\u95f4\u30015\u95f4\u5367\u5ba4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e66\u623f\u548c\u5065\u8eab\u623f\u3002<\/p>\n

Sanjay Puri Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aIn response to a very specific brief , this housing project has 126 apartments in six buildings of 11 storeys each.\u00a0Planned in three different sizes these apartments of 8000, 9000 & 10,000 sq.ft are configured with large living spaces, 5 bedrooms, a study & a gym in them.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5370\u5ea6\u82cf\u62c9\u7279\u5e02\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u9650\u9ad840\u7c73\uff0c\u9762\u79ef\u7ea629600\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u6cbf\u7740\u57fa\u5730\u5468\u8fb9\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a13000\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u5927\u578b\u4e2d\u592e\u82b1\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

Located on a plot of 29600 sqm in Surat city, India with a height limitation of 40 metres, the buildings are laid out along the site perimeter creating a large focal garden of 13000 sqm.<\/p>\n

\u5730\u4e0b\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u5360\u636e\u4e86\u5730\u5757\u7ea680%\u7684\u9762\u79ef\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u8f66\u8f86\u90fd\u53ea\u80fd\u5728\u5468\u8fb9\u884c\u9a76\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u8fdb\u5165\u4f4f\u5b85\u5185\u90e8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u592e\u666f\u89c2\u533a\u9010\u6e10\u5347\u8d77\u7684\u89d2\u72b6\u5e73\u9762\uff0c\u5c55\u793a\u51fa\u4e86\u5730\u4e0b\u7684\u5a31\u4e50\u4ff1\u4e50\u90e8\u548c\u4f53\u80b2\u8bbe\u65bd\u90e8\u5206\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u963b\u6321\u70ed\u91cf\uff0c\u8fd8\u517c\u6709\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u91c7\u5149\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

All the vehicular movement is restricted to the perimeter along with a basement car park generating 80% of the plot as vehicle free space.<\/p>\n

The large landscaped area rises in angular planes revealing a partially sub terranean recreational club with entertainment & sports facilities that is sheltered from heat gain & simultaneously open to natural ventilation & light.<\/p>\n

\u57fa\u4e8e\u82cf\u62c9\u7279\u5e02\u6bcf\u5e74\u67098\u4e2a\u6708\u6c14\u6e29\u8d85\u8fc735\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\uff0c\u516c\u5bd3\u697c\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65e8\u5728\u5229\u4e8e\u5185\u90e8\u4ea4\u53c9\u901a\u98ce\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u5176\u5927\u578b\u60ac\u81c2\u5e73\u53f0\u906e\u62a4\uff0c\u7f13\u89e3\u9633\u5149\u76f4\u5c04\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u70ed\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n

The apartments are planned to facilitate cross ventilation & are sheltered by large cantilevered decks that mitigate heat gain in response to the climate of the location. Temperatures are in excess of 35\u00b0C for 8 months annually in Surat city.<\/p>\n

\u6bcf\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u90fd\u6709 11 \u7c73\u9ad8\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u5927\u5385\uff0c\u6bcf\u5c42\u8bbe\u6709 2 \u5957\u516c\u5bd3\uff0c11 \u697c\u53e6\u6709\u9601\u697c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

Each of the buildings have 11 metre high entrance lobbies with 2 apartments on each floor & penthouses on the 11th floor.<\/p>\n

\u5982\u6b64\u5e03\u5c40\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5f00\u9614\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\uff0c\u8bbe\u6709\u4f17\u591a\u7684\u4f53\u80b2\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e3a\u4e0d\u540c\u5e74\u9f84\u7fa4\u4f53\u6253\u9020\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u533a\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n

Excelenseaa 126\u5b8c\u5168\u57fa\u4e8e\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u573a\u5730\u4f4d\u7f6e\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u6c14\u5019\uff0c\u6784\u5efa\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u7684\u5fae\u89c2\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

Designed in response to the client\u2019s brief , the location of the site & the city\u2019s climate , Excellenseaa 126 creates a micro environment that is sustainable.<\/p>\n

\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u6811\u6728\u3001\u690d\u7269\u548c\u6c34\u666f\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u73af\u5883\u964d\u6e29\u3002\u6bcf\u4e2a\u516c\u5bd3\u7684\u5927\u6311\u6a90\u548c\u6237\u5916\u5e73\u53f0\u4e5f\u90fd\u80fd\u51cf\u5c11\u70ed\u91cf\u4f20\u9012\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u6237\u5916\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The extensive landscaping with trees, plants and water bodies helps in passive cooling. The large overhangs & outdoor decks to each apartment reduce heat gain whilst adding individual outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n

Water recycling , rain water harvesting, sewage treatment & solar panels contribute towards reducing the carbon footprint & making the project self sufficient.<\/p>\n

The numerous sporting & entertainment activities are supplemented by conferencing facilities, a grocery store, a medical room, a laundromat & housekeeping staff facilities.<\/p>\n
