Lahznimmo architects<\/a>\uff1a<\/strong>\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5750\u843d\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9aMaroubra\u6d77\u6ee9\u6770\u514b\u6587\u5c3c\u4fdd\u62a4\u533a\u8fb9\u7f18\u7684\u7279\u8272\u7802\u5ca9\u57fa\u5730\u4e0a\u3002\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u539f\u6709\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ea2\u7816\u4fbf\u6c11\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u4e00\u5ea7\u4fef\u77b0\u7740\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u7684\u4f1a\u6240\u59cb\u5efa\u4e8e20\u4e16\u7eaa50\u5e74\u4ee3\u81f370\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u98ce\u5439\u65e5\u6652\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5efa\u7b51\u5982\u4eca\u5df2\u6b8b\u7834\u4e0d\u582a\uff0c\u5176\u7a81\u5140\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u751a\u81f3\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u89c2\u666f\u969c\u788d\u3002<\/p>\n

Lahznimmo architects<\/a>\uff1a<\/strong>Mahon Pool is a rock pool located to the North of Maroubra Beach, at the base of a dramatic sandstone outcrop on the edge of Jack Vanny reserve. Between the 1950s and 1970s a cluster of red brick amenities buildings and a clubhouse were built overlooking the pool. The expression and prominent siting of these\u00a0structures was seen as an eye saw and their dilapidated condition at end of life.<\/p>\n

The brief from Randwick City Council was to replace the original buildings and include provision for an\u00a0accessible toilet and parents change room.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5e0c\u671b\u5c3d\u91cf\u5c06\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u878d\u5165\u573a\u5730\u7684\u7279\u8272\u88f8\u5ca9\u666f\u89c2\u4e2d\uff0c\u6545\u800c\u5c06\u5176\u5e03\u5c40\u5728\u8fdc\u79bb\u60ac\u5d16\u8fb9\u7f18\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u6765\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u80fd\u6062\u590d\u60ac\u5d16\u5cac\u89d2\u4e0a\u7684\u6d77\u666f\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u589e\u8bbe\u4e00\u4e2a\u8f83\u4e3a\u5f00\u9614\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5e7f\u573a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5e7f\u573a\u4e0eSue Barnsley\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7d27\u5bc6\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u914d\u5907\u4e86\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u70e7\u70e4\u548c\u6e38\u6cf3\u4f1a\u6240\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u516c\u4f17\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u805a\u4f1a\u3001\u4f11\u606f\u548c\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u573a\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u5e03\u5c40\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u65b0\u8def\u5f84\uff0c\u5c06\u8d2f\u7a7f\u6770\u514b\u6587\u5c3c\u4fdd\u62a4\u533a\u7684\u6700\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u4e1c\u90e8\u6d77\u6ee9\u6b65\u9053\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u5bfc\u5411\u5230\u6d77\u5cac\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e5f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u901a\u5f80\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5730\u9762\u901a\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n

The new amenities building seeks to recede into the dramatic rock outcrop landscape on which it is sited. It has been located further away from the cliff edge, and in doing so, prominent ocean views over the headland have been restored, and a generous concrete skirt added. This concrete plane was resolved closely with Sue Barnsley Landscape Design, and accommodates the swimming club bbq\u2019s and functions, as well as providing a place for the public to meet, lounge or move through.<\/p>\n

The siting also provided an opportunity to redirect the popular Eastern Beaches Coastal walkway across Jack Vanny reserve to the headland via a new path that provides on grade access to the new amenities.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u6709\u670d\u52a1\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd(\u4e0b\u6c34\u9053\u548c\u96e8\u6c34\u7ba1\u9053)\u7684\u573a\u5730\u6761\u4ef6\u548c\u503e\u659c\u7684\u5730\u5f62\uff0c\u5c06\u5395\u6240\u548c\u6dcb\u6d74\u95f4\u4ee5\u7d27\u51d1\u7684\u7ebf\u6027\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u5982\u6b64\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u5f2f\u66f2\u548c\u8f6c\u89d2\uff0c\u6b63\u597d\u4e0e\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u7684\u88f8\u5ca9\u76f8\u547c\u5e94\u3002\u6cf3\u6c60\u4f1a\u6240\u4e0e\u4fbf\u5229\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e4b\u95f4\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u8ddd\u79bb\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u7a81\u663e\u5b83\u4eec\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u8fd8\u5728\u4e2d\u95f4\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u697c\u68af\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u6d77\u6ee8\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u548c\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n

The main site constraints of existing services infrastructure (Sewer and stormwater pipes) and the sloping\u00a0topography lead to a compact linear arrangement of toilets and shower cubicles, that bend and turn as if part of the rock outcrop on which they sit. The swimming clubhouse is separated in plan from the amenities, allowing each to have their own identity, separated by a stair connection to the coastal walkway and carpark.<\/p>\n

\u7c97\u72b7\u7684\u9884\u5236\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u677f\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u8fd9\u91cc\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5e73\u53f0\u5c42\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u8272\u8c03\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u7528\u5728\u575a\u56fa\u6c34\u5e73\u7ebf\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8f7b\u76c8\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u91d1\u8272\u9633\u6781\u6c27\u5316\u94dd\u53f6\u7247\uff0c\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u5e73\u8861\u9690\u79c1\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u91c7\u5149\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

Having established a clean concrete podium level, the materials palette is completed with robust precast\u00a0concrete panels at low level, and a lighter, more open zone of gold colour anodised aluminium blades each material applied between strong horizontal lines balancing privacy, natural ventilation, and daylight.<\/p>\n

The precast concrete wall panels have a textured weathered appearance, consisting of sandy coloured oxide base, with exposed rose granite aggregate providing pink hues which echo the colours of the exposed\u00a0sandstone outcrop. Full height vertical slots in the precast panels provide ventilation to the amenities, with\u00a0angled ends to maintain visual privacy. The entry to the amenities is marked by a generous break in the\u00a0precast concrete wall, with the communal hand wash positioned within to look out to the park and ocean views.<\/p>\n

\u81ea\u7531\u5f62\u6001\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5c4b\u9876\u5411\u5916\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u5728\u4fbf\u5229\u8bbe\u65bd\u5165\u53e3\u4e4b\u5916\u4e5f\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e87\u62a4\uff0c\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u9053\u8def\u95f4\u9699\u5f62\u6210\u7f3a\u53e3\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u6307\u8def\u6807\u5fd7\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5177\u5907\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6d77\u5c06\u81ea\u8eab\u878d\u5165\u7279\u8272\u666f\u89c2\u4e2d\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u533a\u5185\u548c\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u89c6\u7ebf\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

An off-form concrete roof extends out to provide shelter beyond the amenities entry, and is notched at the\u00a0circulation gap between the buildings as a subtle way finding gesture.\u00a0The resulting building provides not only the briefed functionality, but embeds itself into the dramatic landscape and improves view lines and social connections in and around the reserve.<\/p>\n
