Surrounded by many Chinese-style projects, the development is located in the Gaobeidian area of Beijing, which targets the young people. It restores the spirit of the place in a light and graceful gesture. Garden style design reaches a balance between the city and the architectural spaces. The designer is trying to find the warmth of the spaces and the city both inside and outside the building.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u6a2a\u5411\u5206\u4e3a\u4e09\u6bb5\uff0c\u4e24\u8fb9\u5927\u8de8\u5ea6\u60ac\u6311\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u5b89\u7f6e\u8f6c\u89d2\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ca\u672a\u6765\u793e\u533a\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u82b1\u56ed\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e4b\u521d\u72b6\u6001\u76f8\u5bf9\u5c40\u9650\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u8c03\u6574\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8fb9\u754c\u53ca\u6210\u672c\u5bf9\u9879\u76ee\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u4e0d\u5c0f\u7684\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u4fdd\u7559\u7684\u5efa\u6210\u72b6\u6001\u4e5f\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u201c\u88ab\u52a8\u201d\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5bfb\u627e\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u7f6e\u67d0\u79cd\u72b6\u6001\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u53ef\u80fd\u5e0c\u671b\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u60c5\u7eea\u4e0e\u60c5\u611f\u7684\u5171\u9e23\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u666f\u89c2\u4e3a\u8f7d\u4f53\uff0c\u8be0\u91ca\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u591a\u79cd\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

The building is divided into three parts horizontally, with large spans on both sides cantilevered to house the corner square, the indoor space and the entrance garden of the future community. At the beginning, there were considerable challenges due to the constantly adjusted design and budget as well as the requirement to fully preserve the original state. Based on these limitations, we hope to find a solution and create a space that accords with the state and arouses emotional resonance. Finally, we successfully interpret the various possibilities of life using landscape.<\/p>\n
