\u6587\u79d1\u56ed\u6797<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u798f\u7530\u533a\u6885\u6797\u7247\u533a\uff0c\u5360\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u7ea61.6\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u3002\u6885\u6797\u7247\u533a\u4e3a\u6df1\u5733\u798f\u7530\u533a\u7684\u8001\u7247\u533a\uff0c\u4e2d\u5eb7\u516c\u56ed\u5468\u8fb9\u524d\u8eab\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5eb7\u73bb\u7483\u5382\u53ca\u4e2d\u5eb7\u751f\u6d3b\u533a\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4f7f\u5f97\u539f\u6709\u73bb\u7483\u5382\u66f4\u65b0\u4e3a\u7e41\u534e\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\uff0c\u4f46\u5468\u8fb9\u8fd8\u662f\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u6df3\u6734\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u751f\u6d3b\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

Wenke Landscape<\/strong><\/a>: The project is located in Meilin, Futian District, covering an area of about 16,000 square meters. Meilin is the old district of Futian District in Shenzhen, The area around Zhongkang Park used to be zhongkang glass factory and Zhongkang living area, With the development of the city, the original glass factory has been upgraded to a prosperous commercial complex, but the surrounding area has still retained the simple residential areas.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8425\u9020\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u793e\u533a\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u8c03\u7814\uff0c\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u73b0\u6709\u8d44\u6e90\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u5bf9\u79ef\u6781\u8d44\u6e90\u8fdb\u884c\u5f52\u6863\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\u4e92\u52a8\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c5e\u4e8e\u8001\u793e\u533a\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u516c\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

In order to create the ideal community park, the design team conducted detailed research, evaluated the existing resources of the site, and archived the positive resources. Design team hope to interact with the residents of the community and jointly design an ideal park belonging to the old community.<\/p>\n

01 \u5bf9\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fdb\u884c\u68b3\u7406\uff0c\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u758f\u4f10\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u754c\u9762\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u6613\u4e8e\u5bfc\u5165\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u9a8c<\/strong><\/p>\n

Combing the space and thinning the space properly to form a better urban interface and create a positive space experience that is easy to import.<\/p>\n

Keep good litchi trees and main flowering trees, reduce poor growing trees, and clean the lower layer of aging ground and shrubs. The upper layer is planted with plum blossoms, while the lower layer is planted with flowering, colored leaves, shade tolerant ground and lawn, creating a landscape of open forest and grass and flower border.<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u5eb7\u516c\u56ed90\u5e74\u4ee3\u521d\u4fee\u5efa\uff0c\u5386\u7ecf\u5c81\u6708\uff0c\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5df2\u7ecf\u6b8b\u7834\uff0c\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u573a\u573056\u68f5\u8354\u679d\u6811\u548c\u82e5\u5e72\u5927\u6811\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u521d\u671f\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u91cd\u8fd4\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u8be6\u7ec6\u6d4b\u7ed8\uff0c\u5bf9\u6210\u7247\u7684\u8354\u679d\u6797\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4fdd\u7559\uff0c\u5bf9\u91cd\u70b9\u5927\u6811\u7684\u70b9\u4f4d\u8fdb\u884c\u590d\u6838\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5145\u5206\u7ed3\u5408\u73b0\u72b6\uff0c\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ca\u8bbe\u65bd\u5e03\u7f6e\u5c3d\u91cf\u4f9d\u636e\u73b0\u6709\u690d\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u501f\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n

Respecting the status of plants, the design retains the site’s most valuable treasure.<\/p>\n

Zhongkang Park was built in the early 1990s. Over the years, the infrastructure has been damaged, leaving 56 litchi trees and several big trees on the site. At the beginning of the design, the designer returned to the site for detailed surveying and mapping, and retained the litchi forest as a whole, and rechecked the points of the key trees. The design fully combines the current situation, and the layout of space and facilities should be based on the existing plants to borrow scenes as far as possible.<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9ad8\u5dee\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u53f0\u5730\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5b8c\u5584\u4e86\u65e0\u969c\u788d\u4ea4\u901a\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u56e0\u5730\u5c31\u52bf\u6253\u9020\u4e86\u4e5d\u66f2\u82b1\u8857\uff0c\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u628a\u573a\u5730\u5730\u8c8c\u7279\u8272\u548c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n

Due to the situation, make reasonable use of the characteristics of the site to create a rich level of platform park<\/p>\n

As a platform park with a large elevation difference, we have improved the barrier-free transportation system and built jiuqu Flower Street according to the local conditions, which better combines the geomorphological features and design of the site.<\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u5ef6\u7eed\u573a\u5730\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e3a\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5c0a\u91cd\u573a\u5730\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u6316\u6398\u516c\u56ed\u6587\u5316\u7279\u8272\u3002\u8fd0\u7528\u6885\u82b1\u5143\u7d20\u3001\u79cd\u690d\u7b49\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u5f0f\u5c55\u73b0\u6885\u6797\u72ec\u7279\u6885\u6587\u5316\uff1b\u8fd0\u7528\u73bb\u7483\u5757\u7b49\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5ef6\u7eed\u4e2d\u5eb7\u73bb\u7483\u5382\u7684\u8bb0\u5fc6\u3002<\/p>\n

The memory of the site is continued and the cultural elements unite the community.<\/p>\n

To continue the memory of the site as the principle, respect the site attributes, excavate the cultural characteristics of the park. Use plum blossom elements, planting and other design methods to show the unique plum culture of Merlin; Use glass blocks and other materials to continue the memory of Zhongkang glass factory.<\/p>\n
