Ministry of Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u4e2d\u6d77\u4e1c\u839e\u5341\u91cc\u6eaa\u5883\u9879\u76ee\u800c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u4f7f\u666f\u89c2\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u5f62\u6001\uff0c2 \u5c42\u5ba4\u5185\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u4e0b\u6c89\u5ead\u9662\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6574\u4f53\u3002\u4ece\u9879\u76ee\u7528\u5730\u6700\u53e4\u8001\u7684\u5927\u6995\u6811\u6c72\u53d6\u7075\u611f\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u548c\u8c10\u793e\u533a\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u878d\u5165\u4e86\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u6751\u5e84\u7684\u62bd\u8c61\u5143\u7d20\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7075\u611f\u8fd8\u6765\u81ea\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u201c\u5cad\u5357\u201d\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6995\u6811\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u6811\u51a0\u548c\u6839\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n

Ministry of Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe design for the Dongguan \u201cStream Wonderland\u201d Gallery is envisioned to be a single holistic vision tying together the landscape plaza, architectural form, interior design for 2 levels and the internal courtyard. Drawing from the concept of a harmonious community springing from the shade of a resident Banyan tree, the design incorporates abstracted elements from a village set within nature. It also draws inspiration from traditional \u201cLing Nan\u201d architecture, and the majestic tree with its impressive canopy and root system.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u73b0\u4ee3\u3001\u6c38\u6052\u548c\u5962\u534e\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u3002\u73bb\u7483\u4e0a\u7684\u5f69\u91c9\u56fe\u6848\u662f\u4ece\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u201c\u5cad\u5357\u201d\u5c4f\u98ce\u4e2d\u62bd\u8c61\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u4e1c\u839e\u2ea0\u5c45\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5c4f\u2edb\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4ee5\u73b0\u4ee3\u548c\u6781\u7b80\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8868\u8fbe\u4e86\u5bf9\u5f53\u5730\u6587\u5316\u7684\u656c\u610f\u3002\u5728\u7acb\u9762\u7684\u7ec6\u8282\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u5c3d\u91cf\u8ba9\u81ea\u7136\u5149\u8fdb\u5165\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5bf9\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u6709\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u4f46\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u79c1\u5bc6\u6027\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u56de\u5e94\uff0c\u7acb\u9762\u56e2\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u4ece\u5730\u9762\u5f00\u59cb\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7a7a\u9699\u6027\u548c\u5f00\u653e\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u4e0a\u5347\u800c\u9010\u6e10\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5728\u5230\u8fbe\u5929\u7a7a\u65f6\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u5bc6\u96c6\uff0c\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u821e\u53f0\u5e55\u5e03\uff0c\u6162\u6162\u5c55\u793a\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5ba4\u5185\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5ba4\u5185\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u671f\u5f85\u3002\u4ece\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u524d\u5e7f\u573a\u770b\u8fc7\u6765\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6781\u5177\u73b0\u4ee3\u611f\u7684\u5bf9\u79f0\u6027\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u76ee\u5149\uff0c\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ca\u793e\u533a\u7684\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u9c9c\u660e\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u5373\u5c06\u8fdb\u5165\u5b81\u9759\u7684\u7eff\u6d32\u3002<\/p>\n

The architectural fa\u00e7ade presents a sense of modern timelessness and luxury. The fritted (dotted) patterns on the glass are abstract interpretations of the traditional \u201cling nan\u201d screens that one can find from Dongguan village homes, paying cultural homage to the locality but with a modern and minimalist approach.<\/p>\n

In detailing the facade, the desire was to maintain high levels of natural daylight and views into the surroundings but yet provide some privacy. In response, the facade pattern begins with more porosity and openness from the ground level but gradually changes and becomes denser as it reaches for the sky, akin to a stage curtain slowly revealing the unique interior space experience within, and increasing the anticipation of the experience within.<\/p>\n

Viewing the gallery from the plaza fronting it, this singularly striking modern symmetry captures the sense of a gateway and entrance to the residential property that lies beyond, distinctly marking a sense of arrival to the oasis of calm.<\/p>\n

\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u5b8c\u6210\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u5f00\u59cb\u548c\u9ad8\u6f6e\u2014\u2014\u4ece\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u524d\u9762\u7684\u8fce\u5bbe\u516c\u5171\u5e7f\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c \u7ecf\u8fc7\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u5ba4\u5185\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u628a\u4eba\u4eec\u5f15\u5165\u4e00\u4e2a\u90c1\u90c1\u8471\u8471\u7684\u79d8\u5bc6\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u4f7f\u6574\u4e2a\u4f53\u9a8c\u5230\u8fbe\u9ad8\u6f6e\u3002 \u4ee5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u52a8\u6001\u7684\u6c34\u666f\u4e3a\u8d77\u59cb\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e00\u79cd\u6b63\u5f0f\u4f46\u6781\u7b80\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5f00\u542f\u666f\u89c2\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u5e7f\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u88ab\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e00\u79cd\u5b81\u9759\u4f18\u96c5\u7684\u611f\u89c9\uff0c\u4e0e\u5bf9\u79f0\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u8f74\u7ebf\u76f8\u547c\u5e94\uff0c\u51f8\u663e\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u4eea\u5f0f\u611f\u3002\u5730\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u7279\u8272\u706f\u5e26\u5f15\u5bfc\u4eba\u4eec\u4ece\u524d\u9762\u7684\u6c34\u666f\u8fdb\u5165\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u5ead\u9662\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u4e00\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u4e1c\u839e\u6e7f\u5730\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u690d\u88ab\uff0c \u5e26\u7ed9\u4eba\u4eec\u4e00\u79cd\u719f\u6089\u3001\u6e29\u6696\u3001\u5b81\u9759\u7684\u7eff\u6d32\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u3002\u5730\u9762\u4e0a\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u94fa\u88c5\u56fe\u6848\u5524\u8d77\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u6811\u6839\u7684\u5370\u8c61\uff0c\u4ece\u5efa\u7b51\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u5ead\u9662\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u79d8\u5bc6\u82b1\u56ed\u7684\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6c34\u666f\u6b22\u8fce\u5ba2\u4eba\u7684\u5230\u6765\uff0c\u7528\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\u8be0\u91ca\u4e1c\u839e\u6c34\u4e61\u7684\u2edb\u60c5\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u96c5\u81f4\u7684\u8dcc\u6c34\u5899\u9762\u4f7f\u6574\u4e2a\u4f53\u9a8c\u5230\u8fbe\u9ad8\u6f6e\uff0c\u7528\u6f7a\u6f7a\u7684\u6d41\u6c34\u58f0\u7ed9\u4eba\u4ee5\u5b81\u9759\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u3002\u5f53\u591c\u5e55\u964d\u4e34\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u95ea\u70c1\u7740\u795e\u5947\u706f\u5149\u7684\u6a71\u7a97\uff0c\u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u4e2d\u592e\u70b9\u4eae\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e4b\u6811\uff0c\u873f\u8712\u7684\u5c0f\u8def\u4eff\u4f5b\u4ece\u5730\u9762\u4e0a\u96d5\u523b\u51fa\u6765\u4e00\u822c\u3002<\/p>\n

The landscape design marks both the start, as well as the climax of the holistic experience: starting with a welcoming public plaza space that fronts the gallery, and culminates in a lush secret garden, within the heart of the experience beyond the architecture and interior design.<\/p>\n

The landscape experience begins in a formal but minimalist fashion, and is anchored by a centrally located kinetic water feature. The plaza space is designed to imbue the entry experience with a quiet sense of elegance, and celebrates the axis of the symmetrical gateway entrance.<\/p>\n

On the ground level, feature tube lights lead from the front yard water feature and flows into the courtyard inside; these are inspired by the organic plant life found in the popular Dongguan wetlands, instilling a sense of a familiar, warm and peaceful oasis for both residents and visitors alike. The distinctive patterns on the paved floors evoke imagery of tree roots, flowing in through the main architectural gateway, into the gallery\u2019s inner courtyard. This secret courtyard greets the visitor with a variety of water features, starting with a modern interpretation of waterways found in Dongguan villages, and culminating in an elegant waterfall wall that provides calming sounds. Upon nightfall, the space transforms into a showcase of magical twinkling lights, surrounding a central lit feature tree, meandering pathways and sculptured ground covering.<\/p>\n

\u5ba4\u5185\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6982\u5ff5\u662f\u5411\u9879\u76ee\u7528\u5730\u5185\u7684\u53e4\u8001\u6995\u6811\u81f4\u656c\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u4f18\u7f8e\u7684\u5f62\u8c61\uff0c\u6995\u6811\u4e5f\u662f\u2ed3\u5bff\u7684\u8c61\u5f81\uff0c \u5e76\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u4e09\u4ee3\u540c\u5802\u7684\u5356\u70b9\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u529b\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u8fd9\u68f5\u751f\u547d\u4e4b\u6811\u652f\u6491\u7740\u4e00\u5c42(\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3)\u548c\u5730\u4e0b\u4e00\u5c42(\u4f1a\u6240)\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n

The interior design concept pays homage to the resident banyan tree. Besides aesthetic qualities, the banyan tree has, in mythology, been a symbol for longevity, and provides a positive association for this residential property, which has facilities for a 3-generational household. This \u201ctree of life\u201d anchors the design for both the Ground Floor (Sales Gallery) and the Basement Floor (Clubhouse).<\/p>\n

\u5ba4\u5185\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5ef6\u7eed\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5173\u4e8e\u5f53\u5730\u6751\u843d\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u7ebf\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u91cc\u6211\u4eec\u627e\u5230\u6751\u5e84\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e4b\u6811\u3002\u5de8\u5927\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u540a\u9876\u4ece\u4e2d\u95f4\u4e3b\u5165\u53e3\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4e24\u7ffc\uff0c\u7075\u611f\u6765\u81ea\u539f\u59cb\u6751\u843d\u8fde\u7ef5\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5c4b\u9876\u3002\u7279\u8272\u7684\u540a\u9876\u4f7f\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u8fde\u63a5\u7edf\u4e00\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4ece\u63a5\u5f85\u53f0\u3001\u5f71\u89c6\u5385\u3001\u54c1\u8317\u533a\u548c\u6c34\u5427\u53f0\uff0c\u6a21\u578b\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u5230\u6d3d\u8c08\u533a\u3002\u5728\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4f60\u4f1a\u53d1\u73b0\u548c\u6995\u6811\u6709\u5173\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u4ece\u53d7\u5230\u6811\u6839\u542f\u53d1\u7684\u5730\u9762\u94fa\u88c5\u56fe\u6848\uff0c\u5230\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u60f3\u5728\u5fae\u2edb\u4e2d\u8f7b\u8f7b\u6447\u66f3\u7684\u6c14\u6839\u7684\u683c\u6805\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9009\u7528\u4e86\u6728\u6750\u3001\u77f3\u6750\u3001\u53e4\u94dc\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u7b49\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u8bbe\u8ba1\u611f\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u6e29\u6696\u548c\u5962\u534e\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u3002<\/p>\n

The interior design of the Sales Gallery continues the architectural story of a local village where we find the resident \u201ctree of life\u201d. Starting from the central gateway entrance and enveloping both wings of the sales gallery, is a grand undulating ceiling inspired by the seascape of traditional village roofs. This ceiling scape unifies and ties the different functions of the sales gallery; from reception, movie theatre, feature tea brewing bar, model and exhibition areas to the sales discussion areas. In the Sales Gallery, you will find various references to the banyan tree, from the floor pattern inspired by the ground roots, to the sweeping screens that look like the aerial roots swaying gently in the breeze. A refined material palette of timber, stone and bronze metal finishes were used to elevate the design and add warmth and luxury.<\/p>\n
