LANDAU<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aXuanwu Ying is a journey where we are always looking for answers about ourselves, clues about time and memory, and a warm residence.\u00a0The project is located in Xuanwu District, Nanjing, 3 kilometers away from Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain. It is one of the areas with the deepest urban plot and the origin of urban development. Nanjing people are full of emotions for the old Xuanwu’s mountains, rivers, bricks and tiles, even the plants and trees.<\/p>\n

The 63-meter-span door head is designed with a combination of pearl blue stone and laminated glass on the overall facade, and the dark aluminum plate on the top is consistent with the building. The material ratio and light and shadow are extremely elegant. In the evening, the glass curtain wall and lights outline charming lines, low-key and refined, with extravagance and restraint.<\/p>\n

The project is located in the old city, with a messy environment along the street, and a shallow water inlet. The translucent glass material creates a clean facade along the street in contrast with the old city, and at the same time combines the municipal interface to create neon lights; walking into the gallery itself can isolate the noise along the street and enjoy the water courtyard.<\/p>\n

Through the gate, what is greeted is the abstract installation art from the texture of the Ming city wall Time Reflection. The installation blurs the boundary between the corridor and the water courtyard space, and strengthens the sense of extension of the space. Looking at the atrium here, it is looming, presenting a hazy beauty. The space is surrounded by long and narrow passages, and the light and shadow show different changes over time. When looking for the light to advance, when it reaches the end, it suddenly becomes bright.<\/p>\n

Out of the corridor is the core water court. Taken from the inspiration of the five continents in Xuanwu Lake, the micro-lane water environment echoes the flowers and plants on the shore. The still water and blue waves are not only an artistic form, but also an emotional link between people and the city. Seeing the works of Weizhi, the view of Xuanwu Lake is reduced to this. Sitting quietly in front of the window, the vision and mood are suddenly broadened.<\/p>\n

Using water to maximize the visual tension, the whole courtyard planted 10 tallow trees in a graceful and colorful manner. The water, trees, and shadows complemented each other, forming an orderly space of background, foreground, and reflection. Create a picture scroll mood of “Landscape City Forest”.<\/p>\n

The backyard natural garden is dominated by the micro-topography heap slope combined with the enchanting tree-shaped Chinese tallow tree, the art furniture shuttles under the green trees, and the ground is scattered with gravel. The plain wall is the base, chasing light and shadow. The wall is like a container of light, recording time. The changes are gentle and full of natural power, creating a natural picture scroll for the entire browsing experience.<\/p>\n
