LOCUS ASSOCIATES<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is located at the intersection of Jianshe Road and Qingquan Road, Longhua District, Shenzhen. It is the first 150m-high vertical complex project in Longhua Central District. It integrates grade-A office, sky apartments, commercial villas, and shopping mall. It is the first product launched by Shouchuang entering into Shenzhen, with a landscape design area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 9,000 square meters.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u542b\u854a\u7ea2\u4e09\u53f6\uff0c\u4e34\u98ce\u8273\u4e00\u57ce\u201d\u662f\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u82b1\u4e09\u89d2\u6885\u7efd\u653e\u65f6\u6700\u771f\u5b9e\u7684\u5199\u7167\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e09\u89d2\u6885\u4e5f\u8574\u542b\u4e86\u9752\u6625\u70ed\u60c5\uff0c\u575a\u97e7\u52c7\u6562\u7684\u5185\u6db5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u4e09\u89d2\u6885\u2014\u2014\u6df1\u5733\u6700\u5177\u6709\u8c61\u5f81\u6027\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u7269\uff0c\u4e5f\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u672c\u6848\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7075\u611f\u6765\u6e90\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u53d6\u5176\u82b1\u74e3\u7684\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u62bd\u8c61\u7684\u6f14\u5316\uff0c\u53cd\u590d\u52fe\u52d2\u8c03\u6574\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5f62\u6210\u81ea\u7136\u7075\u52a8\u7684\u5e73\u9762\u5e03\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n

“Red leaves with stamens, beautify the city above wind” is the most authentic portrayal of Shenzhen Bougainvillea blooming. Meanwhile, the Bougainvillea also contains the connotation of youthful passion, tenacity and bravery. Therefore, the bougainvillea, the most symbolic representative of Shenzhen, has also become the source of inspiration for this project. The shape of its petals has been extracted, evolved, repeated and finally formed the plan layout, under the concept of “Longhua Blossom”.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u4e09\u89d2\u6885\u82b1\u74e3\u7684\u5f62\u6001\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u4ece\u5916\u5230\u5185\u8bbe\u7f6e\u82b1\u74e3\u5f62\u7684\u6811\u6c60\u3001\u4f11\u606f\u5e73\u53f0\u3001\u6c34\u666f\u4e09\u4e2a\u5c42\u6b21\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u6d41\u52a8\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002\u82b1\u74e3\u5f62\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u67d4\u6027\u7684\u573a\u5730\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6d88\u89e3\u4e86\u573a\u5730\u72ed\u957f\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5c40\u4fc3\u611f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u82b1\u74e3\u5f62\u7684\u6811\u6c60\u5b9b\u5982\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2a\u7eff\u5c9b\uff0c\u4e32\u8054\u8d77\u5730\u4e1c\u5357\u4fa7\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u7eff\u5730\u548c\u897f\u5317\u4fa7\u7684\u89c2\u6f9c\u6cb3\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u666f\u89c2\u4e0a\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u4e0e\u547c\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n

We adopted the shape of bougainvillea petals as the basic elements of the design, and set up a three-layer landscape sequence of petal-shaped planters, platforms, and waterscapes from outside to flow into the building entrance. The petal shapes form a flexible boundary, expanding the width the depth of the space. \u00a0At the same time, the petal-shaped planters are like green stepping stones connecting the urban greens to the southeast, and Guanlan Reiver to the northwest.<\/p>\n
