The Shijiazhuang Sunac Center is in the Yuhua Business District, South Second Ring Road, Shijiazhuang City, surrounded by high-rise buildings and noisy urban traffic. The Life Art Museum is in the previous French demonstration area of Sunac Center, where can be approached through the entrance axis sequence and the open lawn in the rear courtyard.\u00a0Z’scape in\u00a0collaborate with\u00a0with GOA, the architect of Mushou Xixi Hotel, aiming to build a southern artwork with a concise and peaceful style in the northern city.<\/p>\n

\u6709\u754c Boundary<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u3001\u6cd5\u5f0f\u793a\u8303\u533a\u91cc\u3001\u7b80\u7ea6\u4e2d\u5f0f\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u573a\u5730\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u666f\u89c2\u8425\u9020\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u6709\u7740\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u539f\u793a\u8303\u533a\u4e0e\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u897f\u5f0f\u4e0e\u4e2d\u5f0f\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff1b\u66f4\u6df1\u5c42\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u662f\u8be5\u573a\u5730\u9664\u4e86\u9700\u8981\u7cbe\u54c1\u9152\u5e97\u827a\u672f\u7f8e\u5b66\u6c1b\u56f4\u7684\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u4e2d\u4e5f\u8981\u6ee1\u8db3\u8d2d\u623f\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ca\u53c2\u89c2\u8005\u6e38\u89c8\u6216\u505c\u7559\u7684\u53ef\u9759\u53ef\u52a8\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u529f\u80fd\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

\u540c\u65f6\u9879\u76ee\u4e5f\u9762\u4e34\u57282020\u8fd9\u4e00\u65f6\u95f4\u4e2d\u9879\u76ee\u6210\u672c\u4e25\u63a7\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u3002\u81f4\u820d\u666f\u89c2\u548c\u7532\u65b9\u77f3\u5bb6\u5e84\u878d\u521b\u56e2\u961f\u5c1d\u8bd5\u53bb\u7a81\u7834\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u5728\u4ea4\u754c\u548c\u6a21\u7cca\u5730\u5e26\u4e2d\u4e92\u878d\uff0c\u505a\u5230\u201c\u51fa\u65b0\u610f\u4e8e\u6cd5\u5ea6\u4e4b\u4e2d\u201d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u76f8\u4fe1\u8fb9\u754c\u548c\u9650\u5236\u4e5f\u4f1a\u6fc0\u53d1\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n

How to design landscapes in a high-density city, French-style demonstration area, and a site of simple Chinese-style buildings. Here is the boundary between the city and the site, the boundary between the previous demonstration area and the site, and the boundary between Western and Chinese styles. The design needs to express the artistic and aesthetic atmosphere of boutique hotels. However, at the same time, it needs to satisfy the client’s and visitors\u2019 functional requirements for static and movable activities of sightseeing or staying.<\/p>\n

The project is also facing the cost control limit in 2020. Z\u2019scape with the Shijiazhuang Sunac team\u00a0tries to break through the boundaries, blend in the junctions and fuzzy areas, and achieve “innovation in the law”. We believe that boundaries and restrictions will also stimulate the energy of design.<\/p>\n

\u65e0\u9650 Infinity<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5728\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u91c7\u7528\u7b80\u5355\u800c\u6709\u529b\u5ea6\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5206\u9694\uff1b\u7ebf\u6027\u5899\u9762\u3001\u6298\u5eca\u3001\u5757\u9762\u94fa\u88c5\u7684\u5e76\u7f6e\u548c\u9635\u5217\u7684\u6811\u6797\uff0c\u8ba9\u6709\u754c\u7684\u533a\u57df\u901a\u8fc7\u955c\u9762\u3001\u6c34\u9762\u53cd\u5c04\u8fbe\u5230\u65e0\u9650\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u573a\u666f\uff1b\u7528\u65f6\u4e5f\u901a\u8fc7\u6750\u8d28\u548c\u5f62\u72b6\u5757\u9762\u7684\u5bf9\u6bd4\u548c\u5173\u8054\uff0c\u88c5\u7f6e\u827a\u672f\u4e0a\u7ebf\u6027\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u5fae\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u8ba9\u8be5\u573a\u5730\u5145\u6ee1\u8bb0\u5fc6\u611f\u3002\u5728\u8868\u8fbe\u7cbe\u54c1\u9152\u5e97\u827a\u672f\u6c14\u8d28\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e5f\u8ba9\u6765\u53c2\u89c2\u548c\u8d2d\u623f\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6709\u65e0\u9650\u7684\u4e50\u8da3\u53ef\u5bfb\u5473\u3002<\/p>\n

The landscape design technique is a simple and powerful spatial separation. The juxtaposition of linear walls, corridors, paving, and an array of forests allow bounded areas to have infinite spatial experience through mirrors and water reflections. Through the contrast and association of materials and shapes and the slight intervention of linear elements in the installation art, the site is full of memory. While depicting the artistic and boutique hotel style, the design also allows the families who come to visit to have unlimited fun.<\/p>\n

\u5165\u53e3 Entrance<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u6df1\u8272\u7684\u955c\u9762\u5df7\u9053\u4f5c\u4e3a\u751f\u6d3b\u7f8e\u5b66\u9986\u52a8\u7ebf\u7684\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u4e5f\u8d77\u5230\u8fde\u63a5\u539f\u6cd5\u5f0f\u793a\u8303\u533a\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u767d\u8721\u6797\u610f\u5728\u6a21\u7cca\u4e2d\u897f\u4e24\u79cd\u5f62\u5f0f\u78b0\u649e\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u6797\u955c\u5899\u5219\u610f\u5728\u7528\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u8bed\u6c47\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u6797\u5730\u4e2d\u5c06\u65b0\u65e7\u533a\u57df\u4e32\u8054\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u955c\u50cf\u4e5f\u5c06\u539f\u793a\u8303\u533a\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u548c\u98ce\u683c\u6e10\u6e10\u6d88\u878d\u3002<\/p>\n

The alley with dark mirrored texture starts at the pedestrian circulation of the Life Art Museum and serves as a connection to the previous French-style demonstration area. The Chinese Ash Woods intends to blur the boundary between the Chinese style and the western. The mirror wall uses a modern language to connect the old and the new in the natural woodland, and gradually melt the boundary and style of the previous demonstration area through mirroring image.<\/p>\n

\u6797\u955c Mirror Forest<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5728\u6c5f\u5357\u6c34\u4e61\uff0c\u6c34\u5982\u540c\u4e00\u9762\u9ed1\u955c\u6c34\u5e73\u5730\u5012\u6620\u5929\u7a7a\u548c\u767d\u5899\u9ed1\u74e6\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u6797\u955c\u5df7\u9053\u7684\u610f\u5ff5\u6765\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n

The typical image of a southern town is water reflecting the sky and the buildings with white walls and black tiles horizontally like a black mirror. This also inspired the Mirror Forest Alley.<\/p>\n
