PPAA<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aCarrizal\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u57ce\u5357\u90e8\uff0c\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u5728\u8be5\u5730\u5757\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u516b\u680b\u4f4f\u5b85\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n

PPAA<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aLocated south of Mexico City, Carrizal is a project that is part of the client’s needs to develop eight residential houses on the same site.<\/p>\n

The residential design break through the traditional residential type, and the overall space is more private, with a sense of luxury in private houses.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e3b\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u4e2d\u592e\u4e3b\u8f74\u6765\u521b\u5efa\u5404\u680b\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u901a\u9053\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u6446\u8131\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e0e\u4f4f\u5b85\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u82b1\u56ed\u90fd\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u683c\u5b50\uff0c\u4f7f\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u4e24\u4fa7\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e86\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\u4e24\u4e2a\u5b9e\u4f53\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u611f\u548c\u8fdc\u666f\u89c6\u91ce\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

The master plan seek to create access to homes through a common main axis. Looking to move away from the scheme of housing attached to homes, the social part and garden of each house is worked with a lattice that allows transparency from side to side of the property. As a result; a sense of openness between two solids and long views throughout the project.<\/p>\n

\u53ef\u6e17\u900f\u7684\u7f51\u683c\u5899\u7531\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5757\u5236\u6210\uff0c\u4e0e\u8986\u6709\u9ed1\u8272\u77f3\u6750\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u5899\u4f53\u5f62\u6210\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c \u540e\u8005\u7ed9\u6bcf\u680b\u623f\u5b50\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u4e86\u7edf\u4e00\u534f\u8c03\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u5916\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

The permeable grid wall is made of concrete blocks, which is in contrast to the residential facade covered with black materials. The latter gives each house a monolithic appearance.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u6574\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u697c\u4e0e\u79c1\u4eba\u82b1\u56ed\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u516c\u5171\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5367\u5ba4\u3001\u7535\u89c6\u5ba4\u7b49\u79c1\u4eba\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9876\u5c42\u7684\u9732\u53f0\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The program of the houses includes developing public activities on the ground floor, with connection to the private garden, on 1st level private spaces such as bedrooms and TV room and the last level with a terrace.<\/p>\n
