The Youngor Jianghui City is located in the Wujiangwan urban area of Ningbo. The design inspiration responds to Wujiang Bay. The concept of simplification to \u2018one\u2019, presents the emotional charm of vigorous life here. “Jianghui, Jianghui”, the rivers of Wujiang Bay are meeting here, nurturing lives, distributing vitality, and bring new opportunities to the community.<\/p>\n

The circle is a shape showing same the same elevation at a different perspective, which is easy to blend into the environment. The arc flows without direction, which can be considered moving or static at the same time to make the space eternal.<\/p>\n

\u9633\u5149\u5c06\u6c34\u4e2d\u751f\u673a\u7167\u5f97\u5982\u83b9\u6da6\u73e0\u7389\uff0c\u9001\u4e8e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u76f8\u6c47\uff0c\u53c8\u77ac\u7684\u56db\u6563\u8513\u5ef6\uff0c\u751f\u547d\u540c\u6c5f\u6c47\u6512\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

The sunlight illuminates the vitality in the water like pearls and jade, sending it to the center to meet. But it spreads in an instant, like life moving with the river.<\/p>\n

The favorite activity of childhood is to play at the waterfront. The water flow and its clarity attract children. Kids stretch out to reach the water, feeling the coolness, and smile instantly. Grandpa is also smiling at this moment. It’s just a cycle of life.<\/p>\n

\u6989\u6811\u81ea\u5357\u5411\u5317\u6210\u77e9\u9635\u6392\u5217\uff0c\u7acb\u4e8e\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u968f\u6d6a\u800c\u884c\uff0c\u5c06\u5e87\u62a4\u4e0e\u7eff\u836b\u7686\u9001\u5165\u795d\u798f\u3002\u7f6e\u4e8e\u6811\u4e0b\u7684\u5927\u7406\u77f3\u5706\u76d8\u5750\u51f3\u4e3a\u5e7f\u573a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4f11\u61a9\u548c\u4ea4\u6d41\u573a\u6240\u3002\u5927\u7406\u77f3\u7684\u51f3\u9762\u4e3a\u5927\u767d\u8d34\u9762\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5448\u73b0\u6d41\u52a8\u4e4b\u52bf\uff0c\u751f\u547d\u7684\u9c9c\u6d3b\u4e0e\u4ea4\u6d41\u4eff\u4f5b\u7686\u5728\u6b64\u6c47\u805a\u3002<\/p>\n

The zelkova trees are arranged in a matrix from south to north, standing on the square and offering shelter and greenery. The marble round benches under the trees provide a place for rest and communication in the plaza. The marble stool surface has a large white veneer, showing the tendency of flow, where the vitality and communication of life converge.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4e3a\u5706\u76d8\u5e95\u90e8\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e00\u5904\u4e0b\u51f9\u7684\u5185\u659c\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u4e3a\u5c0f\u61a9\u4e4b\u5904\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ec6\u5fc3\u7684\u843d\u8db3\u533a\u3002\u5728\u5750\u51f3\u505c\u606f\u65f6\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u4e0b\u51f9\u5f27\u5ea6\u4e3a\u6765\u5f80\u884c\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8212\u9002\u7684\u642d\u811a\u4e4b\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n

The concave inward oblique detail for the bottom of the disk to provide a landing area for people. The natural concave arc provides a comfortable place for pedestrians.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u5916\u56f4\uff0c\u7eff\u6d6a\u6d8c\u52a8\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u6448\u5f03\u8d77\u627f\u8f6c\u5408\u7684\u590d\u6742\u53d8\u5e7b\uff0c\u53ea\u7528\u4e00\u79cd\u704c\u6728\u4e00\u79cd\u79e9\u5e8f\u5bf9\u751f\u547d\u6d8c\u52a8\u4f5c\u6700\u7b80\u6d01\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u9648\u8ff0\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u8857\u533a\u7b80\u6d01\u660e\u4e86\u4e14\u5bcc\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u529b\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u3002<\/p>\n

On the periphery of the site, green is growing. The designer uses a single kind of shrub and the same order to make the most concise and direct statement of life. Here is the concise and infectious boundary of the entire district.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e00\u7f15\u7eff\u610f\u76ce\u7136\u5c06\u751f\u673a\u9001\u5165\u5357\u4fa7\u3001\u4e1c\u8857\u4e0e\u5317\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u4f3c\u8f7b\u67d4\u5e73\u548c\u7684\u6c34\u6d41\u4e00\u822c\u4f34\u7740\u6625\u610f\u6f7a\u6f7a\u6d41\u6dcc\uff0c\u4f5c\u8fd9\u751f\u547d\u60c5\u611f\u7684\u5ef6\u7eed\u3002<\/p>\n

The greenery brings vitality to the south, east street, and north plaza, like a gentle and peaceful stream flowing as a continuation of the emotions of life.<\/p>\n

People can feel the continuous vitality spread out to the surroundings and understand the design concept of ‘growing strong’.<\/p>\n

\u9c7c\u975e\u9c7c \u00b7 \u53c1 Beyond Shape three<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u6d9f\u6f2a\u5fae\u8361\uff0c\u77f3\u4f5c\u666f\u89c2\u534a\u533f\u4e8e\u6c34\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f3c\u9c7c\u513f\u6251\u817e\u5b09\u95f9\uff0c\u6e38\u5165\u5cb8\u8fb9\u3002\u7075\u52a8\u4e0e\u751f\u6c14\u6e7f\u5316\u4e86\u9662\u4e2d\u94fa\u88c5\uff0c\u6c24\u6c32\u95f4\u5c06\u751f\u547d\u6ecb\u517b\u6325\u6563\u3002<\/p>\n

The stone installation is half-hidden in the water, like fish flopping and swimming into the shore. The agility and vitality of the water soften the pavement in the courtyard, nourishing life as well.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5e76\u672a\u7528\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u9ed1\u8272\u6c60\u5e95\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u9009\u62e9\u7528\u56ed\u8def\u94fa\u88c5\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u8fdb\u884c\u94fa\u780c\uff0c\u610f\u5728\u51cf\u5c11\u5efa\u7b51\u5012\u5f71\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u907f\u514d\u6c34\u4e0a\u4e94\u5c42\u3001\u6c34\u4e0b\u4e94\u5c42\u7684\u7e41\u590d\u5728\u4e2d\u5ead\u4e0d\u5927\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u4ea7\u751f\u538b\u8feb\u611f\uff0c\u5c06\u751f\u547d\u7684\u7075\u52a8\u6d88\u8017\u3002<\/p>\n

The designer did not choose the common black pool finish but select the same material for the garden path to reduce the reflection and oppression of the building and to save the vitality of life.<\/p>\n

The rhythm of vitality is the slow inflow of green waves outside the court. The ball-shape holly undulates and gives life to the courtyard. To reduce the scale pressure of the building facade and extend the “rhythm”, the designer and the owner canceled the north wall of the building after coordination, and visually connected the atrium and the plaza.<\/p>\n

The design is not easy to be implemented. The construction process of Jianghui City is very difficult. The simple green wave needs the most attention. The construction party did an off-site experiment. They first try to plant green balls on the wave crests and piled soil in the troughs, but the waveforms were not straight and would be color differences. After researches, the density planting on the grading terrain solves the problem, which requires extremely high construction technology.<\/p>\n

The zelkova trees need to be planted between shrubs and the root ball must be hidden. Also, the narrowest width of the green wave ]is 1.5 meters, which brings great challenges to the hiding and landing of the root ball. The water disc and the stone bench require the shape of purity. Therefore, the cutting, processing, and joint treatment of the stone are full of challenges. The combination of waterscape equipment and the water disc, and the water outlet method also require more professional research and cooperation.<\/p>\n
