Heatherwick Studio<\/a>\u00a0\u5728<\/strong>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u65b0\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u4e8e2019\u5e744\u6708\u6b63\u5f0f\u5ba3\u544a\u7ae3\u5de5\u3002\u8fd9\u680b104.5\u7c73\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5c31\u5750\u843d\u5728\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5386\u53f2\u60a0\u4e45\u7684\u4e4c\u8282\u8def\u8857\u533a\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u8be5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u9996\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4f7f\u5f97\u81ea\u7136\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u5bd3\u751f\u6d3b\u5f97\u4ee5\u5b8c\u7f8e\u878d\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n

Heatherwick Studio<\/strong><\/a> today unveiled designs for a new residential project in Singapore. Located in the historic Orchard Road Neighbourhood of Singapore and commissioned by Swire Properties, the 104.5 metre building – the first residential project in Asia by the studio – offers a unique response to its location that entwines nature with city apartment living.<\/p>\n

\u201cEDEN\u201d\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5f62\u72b6\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u810a\u67f1\u53f6\u7247\uff1a\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u5782\u76f4\u76f4\u7ebf\u6784\u6210\u5e73\u9762\u4e0e\u7ec6\u957f\u7684\u7a97\u6237\u7ec4\u5408\u6210\u53f6\u7247\uff0c\u4e2d\u95f4\u662f\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u9633\u53f0\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u8fd9\u79cd\u5355\u5143\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e3a20\u5957\u516c\u5bd3\u4e2d\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u5957\u90fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u79c1\u5bc6\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u4e2d\u592e\u5c45\u4f4f\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5468\u56f4\u7279\u8272\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5899\u6839\u636e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5730\u5f62\u56fe\u5851\u9020\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u5730\u5f62\u56fe\u7ecf\u8fc7\u62bd\u8c61\u5316\u5904\u7406\u540e\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u7acb\u4f53\u7eb9\u7406\u56fe\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n

\u2018EDEN\u2019 is designed to resemble a spine blade: simple vertical rectilinear plains with slim windows form the blade with generous garden balconies situated in between. This approach grants privacy for each of the twenty apartments and allows for a generous central living space that forms the heart of each residence. The unconventional concrete walls are moulded with a topographical map of Singapore\u2019s terrain which has been abstracted to create a unique three-dimensional texture.<\/p>\n

\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u4e3a\u6bcf\u5957\u516c\u5bd3\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u662f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u9ad8\u5c42\u516c\u5bd3\u4e0e\u8857\u9053\u7eff\u5316\u8131\u8282\u6700\u597d\u7684\u56de\u5e94\u3002\u4e3a\u54cd\u5e94\u674e\u5149\u8000\u5173\u4e8e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u662f\u201c\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u201d\u7684\u6700\u521d\u613f\u666f\uff0c\u8be5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7a7a\u4e2d\u82b1\u56ed\u5c06\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u5411\u4e0a\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u5c06\u5ba4\u5185\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0e\u5ba4\u5916\u8fde\u63a5\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u597d\u7684\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7eff\u8272\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

The focus on creating a garden for each apartment is a response to the disconnection between high rise apartments and the lush greenery at street level in Singapore. Responding to Lee Kuan Yew\u2019s original vision of Singapore as a \u2018city in a garden\u2019, the design extends the landscape of Singapore upwards through the building with a series of hanging gardens, connecting the interior living space with the outdoors, providing views of Singapore\u2019s green landscape.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u50cf\u5168\u7403\u5927\u591a\u6570\u57ce\u5e02\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684\u5929\u9645\u7ebf\u5145\u6ee1\u4e86\u68f1\u89d2\u5206\u660e\u7684\u94a2\u94c1\u548c\u73bb\u7483\u5927\u53a6\u3002\u8fd9\u6b21\u901a\u8fc7\u592a\u53e4\u5730\u4ea7\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u60f3\u521b\u9020\u4e00\u4e9b\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\uff0c\u5c06\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u63cf\u7ed8\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u82b1\u56ed\u4e2d\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u91cd\u5efa\u66fe\u7ecf\u968f\u5904\u53ef\u89c1\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u540e\u9662\u901a\u9053\u3002EDEN\u5c0f\u533a\u5185\u7684\u6bcf\u680b\u623f\u5b50\u95e8\u53e3\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u90c1\u90c1\u8471\u8471\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u5b83\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u56db\u56db\u65b9\u65b9\u7684\u94fa\u88c5\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u53d6\u800c\u4ee3\u4e4b\u7684\u662f\u6709\u673a\u800c\u5bbd\u655e\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u73bb\u7483\u5e55\u5899\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u53ea\u6709\u8c61\u5f81\u6027\u7684\u9633\u53f0\u3002\u201d\u00a0Heatherwick Studio\u521b\u59cb\u4ebaThomas Heatherwick\u5982\u662f\u8bc4\u8bba\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201cLike most global cities, Singapore\u2019s skyline is filled with angular steel and glass towers. With Swire Properties we wanted to create something distinctive that represents Singapore as a city in a garden, and recreate the verdant backyard access once ubiquitous across homes here.
