Lucas & Lucas<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a<\/strong>2012\u5e74\u6211\u4eec\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u6765\u5230\u8fd9\u5904\u5e84\u56ed\u65f6\uff0c\u623f\u5c4b\u5c31\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u63a2\u7d22\u6027\u7684\u62c6\u6539\u4e4b\u4e2d\u4e86\u3002\u4e00\u7247\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u6a44\u6984\u6811\u56ed\u5f88\u5feb\u5730\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u6211\u7684\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u8fd9\u7247\u6797\u5b50\u6bd7\u90bb\u5e84\u56ed\uff0c\u5360\u636e\u4e86\u8fd96\u82f1\u4ea9\u573a\u5730\u4e0a\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u53ef\u7528\u5730\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u5357\u90e8\u662f\u8461\u8404\u56ed\uff0c\u5317\u90e8\u662f\u8352\u5730\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u4f18\u826f\u7684\u666f\u8272\u7ed9\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u611f\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u8eab\u5904\u4e16\u5916\u6843\u6e90\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u5904\u771f\u6b63\u4ee4\u4eba\u8212\u9002\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

Lucas & Lucas<\/a>:<\/strong> Upon first arrival at this inhabited property in 2012, the existing home was already under exploratory demolition and remodeling plans were underway. I was immediately taken by the well-established Olive Tree grove that resided directly adjacent to the home and occupied a major portion of usable ground on this 6 acre site abutting vineyards to the south and wild lands to the north. The place had an excellent sense of prospect and refuge, the ideal setting for true comfort.<\/p>\n

\u5f85\u5730\u4e0b\u7ba1\u7ebf\u88ab\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u7f6e\u540e\uff0c\u8fd9\u7247\u91ce\u751f\u6a44\u6984\u6811\u7684\u6811\u51a0\u4e4b\u4e0b\u5c06\u4f1a\u5f15\u53d1\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u3001\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6237\u5916\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\u88ab\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u4e2a\u9633\u5149\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u2014\u2014\u524d\u9662\uff0c\u5206\u9694\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u6811\u7bf1\u5c06\u6cf3\u6c60\u9690\u85cf\u5728\u843d\u5ba2\u533a\u5916\uff0c\u906e\u6321\u7740\u4ed6\u4eba\u89c6\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n

Unique opportunities for outdoor living were eventually developed below the canopy of these open and wild Olive trees (once septic lines were relocated) and a swimming pool was placed in the only available sunny spot, the front yard, neatly concealed from the arrival area by a hedge that screens the space from view.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u52d8\u63a2\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c71\u77f3\u5d99\u5ccb\u7684\u5c0f\u4e18\u9675\uff0c\u4e0a\u9762\u5e03\u6ee1\u704c\u6728\u548c\u8346\u68d8\u3002\u5728\u540e\u6765\u7684\u6539\u9020\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b83\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u98ce\u666f\u5982\u753b\u7684\u8349\u576a\u5c71\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u51fa\u9732\u5730\u8868\u7684\u5ca9\u77f3\u4e0a\u6709\u8fd8\u85cf\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u7f8e\u5999\u7684\u706b\u5751\u3002<\/p>\n

Further exploration of the property located a rocky knoll that was overgrown with scrubby shrubs and bramble, later transformed into a picturesque lawn and promontory with a wonderful fire pit tucked into the unearthed rocky outcropping.<\/p>\n

\u4ece\u5e84\u56ed\u548c\u6a44\u6984\u56ed\u4e2d\u5ef6\u4f38\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u5c0f\u5f84\u5c06\u4e0e\u82b1\u56ed\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\uff0c\u4e3a\u8fbe\u5230\u5176\u4ed6\u7a7a\u95f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5171\u540c\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5e84\u56ed\u573a\u6240\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u8ddd\u79bb\u7d22\u8bfa\u9a6c\u7684\u57ce\u9547\u5e7f\u573a\u4ec5\u6709\u51e0\u5206\u949f\u7684\u8def\u7a0b\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u5b8c\u6210\u4e8e2017\u5e74\uff0c\u662f\u51dd\u805a\u5404\u65b9\u52aa\u529b\u7684\u6210\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

Formal trails that play off of the two grids of home and olive grove unite the garden and provide access to the many component parts that make up this unique estate property just minutes from the town square in Sonoma. Completed in 2017, this extensive project was a true testament of commitment for all parties involved.<\/p>\n
