From the developer to the designer and construction party have invested great enthusiasm and sincerity in the project, and cherish the development of this precious land to the greatest extent Resources are a kind of feedback to society.<\/p>\n

\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6848\u5728\u5e73\u9762\u4e0e\u7ad6\u5411\u4e2d\u5f15\u5165\u8fde\u8d2f\u7684\u6298\u7ebf\uff0c\u5f00\u5408\u642d\u914d\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4f7f\u666f\u89c2\u5145\u6ee1\u620f\u5267\u5316\u5f20\u529b\u548c\u63a2\u7d22\u4e50\u8da3,\u6700\u7ec8\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6298\u53e0\u7eff\u6d32\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

We built a three-dimensional virtual model according to the actual situation of the site to ensure the feasibility and reductivity . After discussion, we finally decided to implement\u00a0Stone\u00a0Dry\u00a0Suspension instead of the Aluminum Sheet\/ Lacquer to show the texture of the stone and the rhythm of collage.<\/p>\n

We compared more than 20 kinds of similar stone. With the cost support of China Overseas, 528 pieces of imported White Mocha Stones from Italy were finally applied to this project. The stone were polished by the craftsman for six times to ensure the sense of quality.<\/p>\n

Planted on both sides of the Guest-meeting Avenue is a selection of 12 Acer Truncatums. The tough search began in 2019 when the epidemic came. We drove over 200 kilometers a day and combed all over the nursery areas around Beijing.<\/p>\n

\u843d\u5ba2\u533a\u95e8\u5eca\u4e3a\u9876\u68da\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u9ad86\u7c73\uff0c\u5355\u81c2\u60ac\u631117.8\u7c73\uff0c\u60ac\u6311\u8de8\u5ea6\u4e3a\u201c\u5317\u4eac\u7b2c\u4e00\u6311\u201d\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u843d\u5b9e\u65b9\u6848\u60f3\u8981\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5728\u5b9e\u666f\u4e2d\u589e\u5f3a\u8fd9\u79cd\u89c6\u89c9\u9707\u64bc\u529b\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u8bc1\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u76f8\u5173\u5de5\u7a0b\u8f6f\u4ef6\u8fdb\u884c\u53d7\u529b\u8ba1\u7b97\uff0c\u63a8\u6572\u51fa\u627f\u91cd\u5899\u4f53\u7684\u5341\u51e0\u79cd\u53ef\u884c\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n

The porch of drop-off area is 6 meters high and 17.8 meters overhanging, which is NO.1 in Beijing. In order to enhances the visual impact and ensure the feasibility of the structure. We calculate the force through the mechanical engineering software, and figure out feasible positions of the bearing wall.<\/p>\n

The space of drop-off area brings luxury hotel experience. We were referring from the brand management of Shanghai Bvlgari Hotel, hoping to create its own brand image. The waterscape is made of a whole stone of Ancient Wood Grain Marble, with One Sino Residence logo inlaid with copper bars.<\/p>\n

We hope to show the high quality as much as possible by combining the fine texture of the material with the simple details, so that the work can have a dialogue with space, material and nature.<\/p>\n

Project Reflection: <\/strong>With the rapid development of the design industry, Party A pays more attention to the originality and innovation. On this basis, the project has super high requirements on the final effect. In this project, we need to feed back the concept of the conceptual scheme. The limitation of time, the strict control of cost and the impact of the epidemic in 2020 are all challenges to the whole production chain of our project. The final effect also benefits from Party A’s respect for the design.
