VOYA Landscape<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is the first complete project of 2020 Dowell Group’s new landscape resort products. This project continues the core concept of the Dowell Resort Community, abandoning the simple stylized design, and focusing more on the creation of free and comfortable space, to create a homeward journey full of forest and oxygen for the owner.<\/p>\n

\u57fa\u5730\u4f4d\u4e8e\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u4e24\u6c5f\u65b0\u533a\u9c7c\u5634\u677f\u5757\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4f4e\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u4fbf\u6377\uff0c\u914d\u5957\u5b8c\u5584\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9c7c\u5634\u9547\u56e0\u4f4d\u4e8e\u957f\u6c5f\u5317\u5cb8\u6e7e\u533a\uff0c\u5f62\u5982\u5927\u9c7c\u5634\u800c\u5f97\u540d\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7075\u611f\u53d6\u81ea\u4e8e\u957f\u6c5f\u9c7c\u5634\u7684\u873f\u8712\u5c71\u6c34\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u81ea\u7136\u6c5f\u6cb3\u5f15\u5165\u56ed\u533a\u4e2d\uff0c\u91cd\u5851\u73b0\u4ee3\u91cd\u5e86\u5ea6\u5047\u5f0f\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

The site is located in the fishmouth of Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing. It is a low-density residential area with convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities.<\/p>\n

Fishmouth Town is located in the bay area of the Yangtze River north bank. The name is from its big fish mouth shape. The landscape design is inspired by the winding mountains and waters of the fish mouth of the Yangtze River. We introduce natural rivers into the park to reshape the modern Chongqing resort lifestyle.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u4ee5\u8f7b\u677e\u3001\u81ea\u7531\u3001\u8212\u9002\u7684\u5ea6\u5047\u6c1b\u56f4\u4e3a\u57fa\u8c03\uff0c\u5d4c\u5165\u201c\u5c71\u6797\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u68ee\u6797\u5ea6\u5047\u611f\uff0c\u7528\u5404\u81ea\u72ec\u7acb\u800c\u53c8\u76f8\u4e92\u6e17\u900f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u53bb\u5b9a\u4e49\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u7684\u4e1c\u539f\u5f0f\u5ea6\u5047\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u66f4\u4e3a\u8212\u9002\u548c\u4eb2\u5bc6\u7684\u793e\u533a\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

The keynote of the project is a relaxed, free, and comfortable holiday atmosphere. The design embeds the concept of \u201cmountain forest\u201d to create a sense of holiday in the forest. It uses independent and mutually infiltrating space design techniques to define a new generation of Dongyuan-style holiday landscapes and create a more comfortable and intimate community environment.<\/p>\n

“When people shall enter, they shall go in and out by here.” As the first image of the community, the main entrance adopts a hotel-style design with simple and liberal lines. The style is pure and elegant. The gate tower isolates the hustle and bustle of the city, creating a respectable homecoming experience and unveiling the charm of this holiday trip.<\/p>\n

\u6b65\u5165\u5185\u5ead\u9662\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4fbf\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u96fe\u90fd\u7684\u5c71\u6797\u4e4b\u5883\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f15\u6c5f\u5c71\u4e91\u6d77\u5165\u753b\uff0c\u7528\u7b80\u6d01\u660e\u5feb\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ebf\u6761\u548c\u758f\u6717\u7684\u4e4c\u6855\u6797\u8425\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u8bd7\u610f\u9759\u8c27\u7684\u5ead\u9662\uff0c\u5c55\u5f00\u8fd9\u573a\u5ea6\u5047\u4e4b\u65c5\u52a8\u4eba\u7684\u524d\u594f\u3002<\/p>\n

Passing through the sales department and the community living hall and attached supporting spaces (formerly express station, double-sided express cabinet, safe and smart center), residents can feel the innovative technology, smart and convenient community life experience when home.<\/p>\n

The inner courtyard space has a misty mountain and forest environment. We abstract the mountains and clouds into space and use simple and lively spatial lines and sparse tallow forest to create a poetic and quiet courtyard as a moving prelude of the holiday trip.<\/p>\n

As the challenge of the project, the \u2018rainforest\u2019 not only integrates the contradictions of height difference, retaining wall, vertical traffic, stairs, etc. but also bears the function of the opposite scenery and meeting space. The design is formed by a concise corridor structure. It is cleverly combined with hiding and exposed spaces and blended into a group of tallow forest, which perfectly integrates landscape and architecture, indoor and outdoor space, and finally presents a picturesque rainforest meeting space.<\/p>\n

The central water feature area is the core of the community holiday space. The design strategy jumps out of the regular rectangular “pool” shape to make the combination of water feature and pool and the integration of landscape and swimming. The platform islands, leaf-shaped HUB, shuttle-shaped green islands are embedded in each other and are also opposite to each other, allowing sunlight and fog to come in. The residents return home along the scenic line, moving along the different greenery scenery.<\/p>\n
