Formwerkz Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5341\u4e8c\u53f7\u697c\u662f\u7740\u843d\u4e8e\u6df1\u5733\u5357\u5c71\u533a\u4fa8\u57ce\u574a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u5185\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5efa\u7b51. \u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u5979\u7684\u662f\u529e\u516c, \u4f4f\u5b85, \u516c\u5bd3\u548c\u4f1a\u5c55\u5385\u7684\u53e6\u591611\u680b\u9ad8\u697c.<\/p>\n

Formwerkz Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aBuilding12 is a standalone retail mall nestled in the heart of the massive Qplex commercial development in the Chinese city of Shenzhen.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4e00\u5708\u9ad8\u697c\u7684\u56f4\u7ed5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5341\u4e8c\u53f7\u697c\u5f88\u81ea\u7136\u5730\u6210\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u7684\u54f2\u5b66\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548c\u805a\u96c6\u70b9\uff0c\u5728\u4fa8\u57ce\u574a\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5979\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u9644\u5e26\u7740\uff0c\u80fd\u4e3a\u5468\u8fb9\u5c0f\u533a\u9f13\u8d77\u793e\u7fa4\u52a8\u8109\u7684\u6f5c\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8981\u6210\u529f\u626e\u6f14\u8fd9\u4e2a\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5341\u4e8c\u53f7\u697c\u4e0d\u80fd\u4ec5\u662f\u767e\u697c\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u680b\u666e\u901a\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u5979\u5fc5\u987b\u81ea\u8eab\u5e26\u6709\u7275\u5f15\u529b.<\/p>\n

Encircled by a ring of eleven residential, hotel and towers, Building12 is the natural philosophical center and pulse of the entire development. The design intent places a heavy emphasis on establishing Building12 as a communal center, not just for the Qplex development but also for the number of residential communities around it.<\/p>\n

\u6311\u6218\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\uff0c\u600e\u4e48\u628a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee5\u5546\u4e1a\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\u8003\u91cf\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7c7b\u578b, \u91cd\u65b0\u8be0\u91ca\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u4ece\u793e\u7fa4\u9700\u6c42\u89d2\u5ea6\u51fa\u53d1\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u5efa\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n

To do that, Building12 needs to be more than just another shopping mall. The design process began with the task of reimagining a commercially focused building typology into one that is also community driven.<\/p>\n

\u5341\u4e8c\u53f7\u697c\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u201c\u516c\u56ed\u201d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u542f\u53d1\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u201d\u516c\u56ed\u201d\u539f\u6765\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u793e\u4ea4\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c \u4e00\u4e2a\u793e\u7fa4\u7684\u4ea4\u6c47\u70b9\u3002\u516c\u56ed\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u89c6\u89c9\u5c3a\u5ea6\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u5b89\u9038\u753b\u9762\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c \u4e5f\u80fd\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u8bbf\u5ba2\u63d0\u4f9b\u72ec\u6709\u7684\u4eb2\u5bc6\u4f53\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

The idea of a public park serves as the starting premise because of its natural platform as a community node. A park also offers an opportunity to project a powerful visual image on an urban scale, while simultaneously encouraging users to discover their individual and unique relationships with it.<\/p>\n

\u5341\u4e8c\u53f7\u697c\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u76ee\u6807\u662f\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u4e0d\u505c\u542f\u53d1\u597d\u5947\u611f\u548c\u7528\u6237\u5b9a\u5236\u5316\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u63a8\u52a8\u4e0b\uff0c\u5341\u4e8c\u53f7\u697c\u6162\u6162\u6f14\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\uff0c\u5546\u573a\u5c31\u662f\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u516c\u56ed\u5c31\u662f\u5546\u573a\uff0c\u4e24\u8005\u4e4b\u95f4\u5bc6\u4e0d\u53ef\u5206\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n

Activity spaces are weaved into the development across multiple levels. Public plazas and roof gardens are carefully curated based on environmental conditions, spatial qualities and locations to maximize realistic usability.<\/p>\n

Timbered and turfed roofs blend into one another, creating multiple entries into the mall across various \u201cground levels\u201d. This allows Building12 to become a rich canvas of overlapping thresholds where the mall IS the park and the park IS the mall.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u8282\u594f\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u5377\u5165\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\uff0c\u53ea\u7528\u6548\u7387\u548c\u6570\u636e\u770b\u5f85\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u4ee5\u504f\u6982\u5168\u7684\u89c2\u70b9\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0b\uff0c\u88ab\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u5f80\u5f80\u90fd\u662f\u4eba\u6027\u5316\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8003\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5341\u4e8c\u53f7\u697c\u628a\u4e00\u4e1d\u6e29\u67d4\u5f52\u8fd8\u7ed9\u4e86\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e5f\u7ed9\u8bbf\u5ba2\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u5728\u65e2\u5b9a\u5047\u8bbe\u4e2d\u8de8\u51fa\u5e38\u89c4\u4f53\u9a8c\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

With the accelerated pace of architecture projects today, it\u2019s easy to be pulled into the rabbit hole of statistics, efficiencies and a two-dimensional pursuit of energy sustainability as the single solution for architectural design. This often results in a diminished emphasis on human and social sustainability issues.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u5e26\u7ed9\u4e86\u529e\u516c\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u8212\u9002\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u5e26\u7ed9\u4e86\u6d88\u8d39\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u4f11\u95f2\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e26\u7ed9\u4e86\u5468\u56f4\u5c45\u6c11\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u6709\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u6bd4\u8d77\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u5546\u573a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u6837\u7684\u5ba2\u7fa4\uff0c\u9017\u7559\u66f4\u957f\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u53c2\u4e0e\u66f4\u591a\u79cd\u7c7b\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5e0c\u671b\uff0c \u5c31\u662f\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u5341\u4e8c\u53f7\u697c\u4e00\u6b65\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u6e10\u6e10\u5730\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u533a\u7684\u7528\u6237\u548c\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u7f16\u5236\u51fa\u81ea\u6210\u4e00\u683c\u7684\u793e\u533a\u808c\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n

Compared to a typical shopping mall, Building12 is seeing a bigger diversity of users, spending greater amounts of time and engaging in a wider range of activities. It is the hope that Building 12 will be able to weave contending commercial and communal concerns together in a mutually enabling and socially sustainable environment.<\/p>\n
