Atlas-China<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aXisanqi street in Haidian district was once an industrial base of old building materials in the northern suburb of Beijing, where a number of traditional industrial enterprises such as Temple of Heaven Furniture were gathered. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xisanqi street has embarked on a road of rejuvenation of the old industrial base in accordance with the two construction modes of “Vacating Cage to Change Bird” (reconstruction of old plant) and “Phoenix Nirvana” (demolition and reconstruction).<\/p>\n

With the landscape planning design carried out by ATLAS, the former Temple of Heaven Furniture Factory has been transformed into a high-end intelligent manufacturing park — Jinyu Intelligent Smart Manufacturing Factory.<\/p>\n

Jinyu Intelligent Smart Manufacturing Factory is divided into north and south areas according to the central axis, with a total area of 200000 square meters and a construction area of 120000 square meters, which is invested by Jinyu Group and operated by Beijing Jinyu Culture and Technology Development Co., Ltd..<\/p>\n

With the strong support of Haidian District government, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, Haidian District Investment Promotion Bureau, Economic and Information Technology Commission, and district Science and Technology Commission, etc., the park was opened in 2018, which is the first industrial park upgraded and transformed by Beijing Jinyu Group Co., Ltd. It is estimated that the output value of the park will exceed 10 billion Yuan by 2022.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u9879\u76ee\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u9879\u76ee\u6700\u5927\u7684\u533a\u522b\u662f\u6587\u5316\u7684\u4f20\u627f\uff0c\u5c0a\u91cd\u539f\u5efa\u7b51\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u7075\u6d3b\u8fd0\u7528\u5efa\u7b51\u5143\u7d20\u8425\u9020\u7279\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

\u667a\u9020\u5de5\u573a\u201c\u82af\u9053\u201d\u7531\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5999\u624b\u6253\u9020\uff0c\u76f4\u89c2\u5730\u8868\u8fbe\u51fa\u4e86\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\u4e2dAI\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u6027\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5c06\u201c\u91d1\u9685\u7ea2\u201d\u690d\u5165\u7070\u8272\u94fa\u88c5\u4e2d\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5f3a\u8c03\u201c\u82af\u9053\u201d\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e32\u8054\u8d77\u4e86\u6563\u843d\u5728\u573a\u5730\u4e2d\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u529f\u80fd\u5efa\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n

\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5bf9\u56ed\u533a\u5185\u90e8\u6d41\u7ebf\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u91cd\u65b0\u68b3\u7406\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u786c\u8d28\u94fa\u88c5\u3001\u8349\u576a\u3001\u7eff\u690d\u53ca\u6c34\u666f\u6253\u9020\u4e86\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u516c\u5171\u6b65\u884c\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u547c\u5e94\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u98ce\u683c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u91cd\u70b9\u8003\u8651\u9ad8\u67b6\u6b65\u884c\u8fde\u5eca\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e86\u56ed\u533a\u529e\u516c\u5efa\u7b51\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4f4e\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u7eff\u5316\u8986\u76d6\u7387\u9ad8\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n

Jinyu Intelligent Smart Manufacturing Factory is a renovation project whose predecessor is Temple of Heaven Furniture Factory, with the building form mainly about large space workshop. The current industrial planning orientation is to provide high-quality office space and development platform for people and enterprises in intelligent manufacturing, scientific & technological research and development, scientific and technological creation fields.<\/p>\n

The biggest difference between this project and other projects is the inheritance of culture, respect for the spatial organization form of the original architectural planning, flexible use of architectural elements to create characteristic space and differences with other projects.<\/p>\n

The “core channel” of this project is created by the skillful hand of landscape designers, which intuitively expresses the science and technology of AI in the design concept. At the same time, the “Jinyu Red” is implanted into the gray pavement to further emphasize the “core channel”, which also connects different functional buildings scattered in the site.<\/p>\n

The landscape design reorganizes the internal streamline of the park, uses hard pavement, lawn, green plants and waterscape to create an internal public walking environment, echoing the simple architectural style, while focusing on the elevated pedestrian corridor, which strengthens the characteristics of low density of office buildings and high coverage of landscape greening.<\/p>\n

\u56ed\u533a\u5185\u5efa\u7b51\u7acb\u9762\u5747\u4e3a\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u98ce\u683c\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5899\u9762\u4ee5\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u6d45\u8272\u6216\u767d\u8272\u6d82\u6599\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u91c7\u5149\u73bb\u7483\u7a97\u4e3a\u8f85\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4ee5\u6b64\u4f5c\u4e3a\u80cc\u666f\u8003\u8651\u666f\u89c2\u89c4\u5212\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8003\u8651\u56ed\u533a\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u56db\u5b63\u98ce\u8c8c\uff0c\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u914d\u4ee5\u591a\u79cd\u4e54\u6728\u7eff\u690d\uff0c\u53ca\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u8349\u576a\u3001\u6c34\u7cfb\uff0c\u4ee5\u547c\u5e94\u7b80\u6d01\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u98ce\u683c\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u56ed\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

The building facades in the park are all simple and modern design styles whose main walls are mainly light colored or white paint with large area of daylighting glass windows. The designers take it as the background to consider the landscape planning and design while considering the four seasons of the park landscape, the park is flexibly equipped with a variety of trees and green plants, and a large area of lawn and water system to echo the simple architectural style, thus to create a modern high quality park.<\/p>\n

\u5317\u533a\u7684\u6700\u5357\u4fa7\u4e24\u680b\u5efa\u7b51\u5317\u5411\u7acb\u9762\u73b0\u4fdd\u7559\u6709\u539f\u5382\u623f\u5de5\u4e1a\u9057\u5740\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5728\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cd\u91c7\u5149\u3001\u529f\u80fd\u53ca\u7acb\u9762\u6548\u679c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5bf9\u5176\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4fdd\u7559\u5e76\u91cd\u65b0\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u56ed\u533a\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u8bb0\u5fc6\u5f97\u4ee5\u4fdd\u7559\u3002<\/p>\n

As the “R & D core” of the industrial park, the north district symbolizes the “brain” of the park and reflects the driving force and strategic advantages of the industrial development of the park; while as the “body” of the park, the site environment provides a pleasant space and positions the image of the Jinyu Intelligent Smart Manufacturing Factory; the south district serves as the “exhibition hall” of the industrial park which symbolizes the “heart” of the park and expresses the indelible memory and spiritual temperament of the project site.<\/p>\n

The north facade of the two buildings on the southernmost side of the north district now retains the original industrial site of the factory building. The designers have reserved and redesigned them without affecting the lighting, function and facade effect, which has become the industrial memory of the park.<\/p>\n

The south district is relatively open as a public space, whose architectural functions are relatively complex as well. The landscape design is based on the scale of the square to the greatest extent, while the design tries to keep the large-scale open space as far as possible. Respect the original architectural planning space organization form is also one of the design discipline of this project, as it facilitates the various functional requirements of the outdoor site in the later stage.<\/p>\n

The transformation of the original equipment function room in the main entrance streamline of the South District has also become the highlight of the park entrance, which is very likely to be used as the main leisure commercial space. Therefore, the designers have made a comprehensive consideration from the aspects of architectural function, facade image and landscape design.<\/p>\n
