ZAV Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8eMinoodasht\u5c71\u4e0b\uff0c\u5761\u5ea6\u9002\u4e2d\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u8fbd\u9614\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u4e00\u4e9b\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u800c\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u662f\u5426\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u4fdd\u7559\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u573a\u5730\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u7279\u5f81\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5c06\u5176\u6253\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u9002\u5b9c\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u573a\u6240\uff1f\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u5426\u62b5\u6297\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8ff7\u4eba\u7684\u98ce\u666f\u4e2d\u589e\u52a0\u5efa\u7b51\u5bb9\u91cf\u7684\u8bf1\u60d1\uff0c\u800c\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u6355\u6349\u5176\u4ee4\u4eba\u60ca\u53f9\u7684\u666f\u8272\uff1f<\/p>\n

ZAV Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe site is vast. It is located down the Minoodasht hills and has a moderate downward slope. The design of the project is very much informed by simple questions: Is it possible to preserve and enhance the site\u2019s natural character, while appropriating it as an inhabitable locale? Can we ignore the temptation of putting an architectural volume on this fascinating field and instead, focus on capturing\u00a0its stunning views?<\/p>\n

\u4f4f\u5b85\u9009\u5b9a\u5728\u96e8\u6c34\u84c4\u6c34\u6c60\u65c1\u8fb9\u7684\u4e00\u5757\u88ab\u4eba\u9057\u5fd8\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u5b9a\u4f4d\u65e8\u5728\u4f7f\u5b83\u4ece\u66f4\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u7684\u73af\u5883\u666f\u89c2\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4f4f\u5b85\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u6539\u53d8\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u4e61\u6751\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u90ca\u533a\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u548c\u7a7a\u95f4\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u5c06\u4f4f\u5b85\u4eba\u884c\u6d41\u7ebf\u548c\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ec4\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u9519\u843d\u6709\u81f4\u5730\u5e03\u5c40\u5728\u5c45\u4f4f\u5355\u5143\u5468\u56f4\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u201c\u5e73\u53f0\u6216\u6b22\u4e50\u4f11\u606f\u5ba4\u201d\u5f0f\u7684\u9ad8\u67b6\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u91cd\u590d\u7684\u9ad8\u67b6\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5c3d\u6700\u5927\u52aa\u529b\u5728\u519c\u573a\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u65bd\u52a0\u6700\u5c0f\u5e72\u9884\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

The architectural volume is placed on a forgotten patch of land next to the rainwater reservoir and its positioning enables it to benefit from a panoramic view of the project\u2019s greater context. To secure maximum connection with nature, the conventional circulation and spatial diagram for rural and sub-urban constructions is challenged. (Above diagram) Circulation and social spaces of the house are combined and misplaced to be situated around the habitation units as an elevated open space called \u201cthe Platform or Joy Lounge\u201d, which was the result of our endeavor to impose the minimum interven- tion on the farm land that appears as a duplicated and elevated piece of land.<\/p>\n

\u7efc\u4e0a\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u73af\u5883\u6761\u4ef6\u826f\u597d\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6216\u5c45\u4f4f\u5355\u5143\uff0c\u90fd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u548c\u89c6\u91ce\u3002\u5728\u5e95\u5c42\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u666f\u89c2\u9075\u5faa\u81ea\u7136\u8f6e\u5ed3\u548c\u571f\u5730\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u5730\u7406\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5b8c\u6574\u800c\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u662f\u519c\u573a\u548c\u5c71\u4e18\u7684\u5ef6\u7eed\uff0c\u800c\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u9ad8\u67b6\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4fbf\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u81ea\u7136\u666f\u89c2\u548c\u4eba\u5de5\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u89c2\u666f\u8bbe\u5907\u3002<\/p>\n

As such, each and every environmentally conditioned spatial pocket, or the habitation units, is endowed with independ- ent access and view. Underneath, a continuous landscape is in full operation. The constructed land- scape of the site, follows the natural contours and the initial geo-morphology of the land. As such, the landscape is a continuation of the farm and the hills, while the architecture, the elevated platform, operates as a viewing apparatus both for the natural and the constructed landscapes.<\/p>\n
