Central de Proyectos SCP<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u8003\u8651\u5230\u56fe\u5362\u59c6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u591a\u6237\u4f4f\u5b85\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u591a\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u5efa\u7acb\u5177\u6709\u5f52\u5bb6\u611f\u7684\u65b0\u5c45\u4f4f\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u91cd\u590d\u7684\u5355\u5143\u5782\u76f4\u5806\u53e0\u4e4b\u5916\uff0cKiki\u66f4\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6574\u4f53\u7684\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5404\u5355\u5143\u4e4b\u95f4\u754c\u5b9a\u660e\u786e\u3001\u5404\u81ea\u72ec\u7acb\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u7ec4\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0d\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u5177\u6e17\u900f\u6027\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n

Beyond the repetition of vertically stacked repetitive products, Kiki is about belonging to the whole, where the units, although defined and independent, are understood in their relationship with each other forming an inseparable building, a porous and permeable monolith.<\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u4ee53.60\u7c73\u7684\u7f51\u72b6\u7f51\u683c\u7ed3\u6784\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u5c06\u4f4f\u5b85\u5355\u5143\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6210\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u9700\u6c42\u6539\u53d8\u5367\u5ba4\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u914d\u7f6e\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b26\u300152\u548c78\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u6237\u578b\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u6765\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u697c\u5c42\u505a\u51cf\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u521b\u5efa\u9732\u53f0\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u53ef\u63a7\u7684\u73af\u5883\u89c6\u91ce\u3002<\/p>\n

The project strategy is based on a reticular grid structure of 3.60 meters in which the housing units can be configured modularly from one to two bedrooms as required, providing products of 26, 52 and 78 square meters. This scheme allows us to generate subtractions at various levels to obtain terraces and controlled views of the context.<\/p>\n

\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5927\u578b\u516c\u5171\u8d70\u5eca\u8fde\u63a5\u7740\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u8857\u9053\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5f62\u6210\u8fdb\u5165\u4e2d\u592e\u5ead\u9662\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u4e2d\u592e\u5ead\u9662\u5c06\u4e5d\u4e2a\u5355\u5143(\u53ef\u5206\u4e3a12\u4e2a)\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5728\u96c6\u5408\u5c45\u6c11\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u793e\u533a\u7a7a\u95f4\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u901a\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u5c42\u7684\u516c\u5171\u9732\u53f0\u548c\u6e38\u6cf3\u6c60\uff0c\u4eff\u4f5b\u5df2\u5c06\u56fe\u5362\u59c6\u4e1b\u6797\u7684\u7eff\u610f\u4e5f\u8fde\u63a5\u4e86\u8d77\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n

Access is achieved by a large public porch that connects the building with the street and serves as a threshold to access the central courtyard, which organizes the nine units (divisible to twelve) in quadrants around a community space among the inhabitants of the set, and which in turn leads to the public terrace and pool on the third level, connecting them with the Tulum jungle at treetop level.<\/p>\n
