Something unexpected beyond any typical playground. An intervention that, by itself, would turn one of their most dead pedestrian streets with poor pedestrian circulation into an attractive and busy \u201cSPACE\u201d,\u00a0where their customers could bring their kids and families and spend some quality time interacting with other kids and families, as well as reactivating the pedestrian circulation at that spot.<\/p>\n

\u5927\u5b81\u56fd\u9645\u5546\u4e1a\u5e7f\u573a\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5360\u573011\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u62e5\u670925\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u7528\u9014\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u9732\u5929\u96f6\u552e\u8857\u7684\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u662f\u4e0a\u6d77\u6700\u70ed\u95e8\u7684\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

Life Hub @ Daning, a 250,000 sqm mixed-use development with 110,000 sqm shopping mall, is one of the hottest shopping centers in Shanghai, due to its condition of open-air retail street.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u8fd9\u6761\u6b65\u884c\u8857\u7a7a\u95f4\u8fc7\u4e8e\u72ed\u7a84\uff0c\u5728\u4e3e\u529e\u4e00\u4e9b\u513f\u7ae5\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5f88\u96be\u4fdd\u969c\u884c\u4eba\u81ea\u7531\u8212\u9002\u5730\u6d41\u901a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u51b3\u5b9a\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u5782\u76f4\u7684\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\uff0c\u91ca\u653e\u5730\u9762\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u4fdd\u969c\u901a\u9053\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u6d41\u901a\u3002<\/p>\n

The pedestrian street to intervene was too narrow to be able to host any kind of activity involving kids while respecting the free & comfortable circulation of pedestrians. Therefore we decided to create a vertical playground, liberating space on the ground level to allow proper circulation along the corridor.<\/p>\n

\u6700\u7ec8\u6211\u4eec\u51b3\u5b9a\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u5782\u76f4\u8ff7\u5bab\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8ff7\u5bab\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b69\u5b50\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u501f\u52a9\u50cf\u68af\u5b50\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u677f\u9762\uff0c\u5728\u8ff7\u5bab\u4e2d\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6500\u767b\u79fb\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

The resulting proposal was a vertical maze, in which the horizontal slabs would act as a ladder system helping kids to climb up & down.<\/p>\n
