AAd\uff08Ayutt and Associates design\uff09<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u4eba\u53e3\u5feb\u901f\u589e\u957f\u3001\u9ad8\u697c\u5927\u53a6\u6797\u7acb\u7684\u66fc\u8c37\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u8282\u594f\u4e0d\u65ad\u52a0\u5feb\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u8c03\u6574\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u4ee5\u6c42\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e73\u9759\u548c\u79c1\u5bc6\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\uff1f\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u53ef\u5426\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u4fbf\u5229\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u968f\u5904\u53ef\u89c1\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\u517c\u5bb9\u5462\uff1f\u66fc\u8c37\u7684\u4e00\u5bb6\u77e5\u540d\u5efa\u7b51\u516c\u53f8AAd\uff08Ayutt and Associates design\uff09\u627e\u5230\u4e86\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u8be5\u56e2\u961f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u540d\u4e3a\u201c The Haute\u201d\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u529e\u516c\u5efa\u7b51\u4ee5\u7f13\u89e3\u57ce\u5e02\u4f4f\u5b85\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u548c\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u7ed3\u5408\u4f53\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u65b9\u6848\u4e3a\u6cf0\u56fd\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u4f4f\u623f\u5f00\u53d1\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u9009\u62e9\u3002<\/p>\n

AAd\uff08Ayutt and Associates design\uff09<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aLiving amidst the rapid growth of urban population and high rises in Bangkok, a critical question is raised: how can we adjust ourselves to live peacefully and privately in this speedily changed environment and lifestyles? In doing so, how can we avoid losing contact with the amenities that megacity provides us and accessibility to the green space? A Bangkok-based well known architectural firm, Ayutt and Associates<\/em> design <\/em>(AAd<\/em>) <\/em>proposes an alternative design solution to mitigate this urban-dwelling problematic issue by crafting the home-office buildings called \u201cTHE Haute\u201d, <\/em>a self-sustainable workplace and residence, to become a new solution concept for the next generation of housing development in Thailand.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u6982\u5ff5\u4ece\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u53e0\u76d2\u5b50\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u9ed1\u8272\u77f3\u76d2\u5b50\u548c\u94f6\u8272\u94dd\u76d2\u5b50\u4ee3\u8868\u5de5\u4f5c\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u5c45\u4f4f\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u5806\u53e0\u7ec4\u6210\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u7a97\u6237\u5f7c\u6b64\u4e0d\u9762\u5bf9\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u9690\u79c1\u3002<\/p>\n

The building concept is begun with the simple idea of stacked boxes, between the black stone box and aluminium box. These boxes are composed of 2 main functions as the working space and living space. The openable windows are designed for not facing each other to make the most privacy possible.<\/p>\n

AAd\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u79c1\u4eba\u7eff\u6d32\u6982\u5ff5\u65e2\u73b0\u4ee3\u53c8\u5145\u5206\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u73af\u5883\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u9002\u5408\u66fc\u8c37\u7684\u70ed\u5e26\u6c14\u5019\u3002\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5efa\u7b51\u5355\u5143\u90fd\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u5728\u4e0d\u5931\u79c1\u5bc6\u6027\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\u6b23\u8d4f\u5230\u90bb\u5c45\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The sustainable environmental design aspects are considered thoroughly with the private oasis concept which responses directly to the tropical climate of Bangkok. AAd gives an innovative design solution for this modern and sustainable living. All units are designed with the concept of living by own nature and also borrowing the green space from the neighbour\u2019s view without losing both privacy.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u79c1\u4eba\u7eff\u6d32\u201d\u751f\u957f\u5728\u4e94\u5c42\u9ad8\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0a\uff0c\u5728\u5782\u76f4\u89d2\u5ea6\u4e3a\u793e\u533a\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u9053\u7eff\u8272\u7684\u98ce\u666f\u7ebf\u3002\u6811\u6728\u88ab\u5b89\u63d2\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e3a\u5efa\u7b51\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5229\u7528\u4e86\u7eff\u8272\u533a\u57df\u548c\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5728\u4e0d\u727a\u7272\u9690\u79c1\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e3a\u9002\u5e94\u70ed\u5e26\u6c14\u5019\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u6700\u5927\u7684\u901a\u98ce\u548c\u5f00\u653e\u6027\u3002\u5185\u90e8\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ba9\u4f4f\u6237\u81ea\u5728\u5730\u4eab\u53d7\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u79c1\u5bb6\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u5185\u5916\u7a7a\u95f4\u76f8\u4e92\u4ea4\u7ec7\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u51fa\u79c1\u5bc6\u7684\u7eff\u6d32\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

The key design concept is to create a 5 storey residence that gives the \u201cPrivate Oasis\u201d that shares the green space vertically to the community and city. The trees are placed at every possible space in the building, creating the natural green character for the building envelope. While the project is designed to maximize both the usable area and the open space of the green area, their spatial relationship creates maximum ventilation and openness in responses to the tropical climate without sacrificing privacy. The internal spaces are designed to enjoy their own private garden. This interwoven correlation of interior space and open space creates the sense of a private oasis.<\/p>\n

\u8d77\u5c45\u5ba4\u548c\u5367\u5ba4\u7684\u5916\u5899\u5177\u6709\u5178\u578b\u7684AAd\u7acb\u9762\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7279\u5f81\uff1a\u6805\u683c\u94dd\u677f\u80fd\u591f\u5e2e\u52a9\u623f\u5c4b\u91ca\u653e\u6e29\u5ea6\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u7a7a\u6c14\u6d41\u901a\uff0c\u9633\u5149\u4e5f\u80fd\u7a7f\u8fc7\u95f4\u9699\u7167\u8fdb\u5c4b\u5185\u3002\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u5c31\u50cf\u9694\u70ed\u5c42\u4e00\u6837\u9632\u6b62\u623f\u5c4b\u5438\u6536\u592a\u591a\u5149\u7167\u70ed\u91cf\uff0c\u8fd9\u5728\u70ed\u5e26\u6c14\u5019\u4e2d\u5c24\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5728\u590f\u5b63\u6d4b\u91cf\u6e29\u5ea6\u65f6\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9762\u677f\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5c06\u5916\u90e839\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\u51b7\u5374\u81f3\u5185\u90e826\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8fd8\u80fd\u906e\u6321\u5916\u754c\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\uff0c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e86\u79c1\u5bc6\u6027\u3002\u8be5\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7528\u6781\u5176\u5438\u775b\u7684\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u5de7\u5999\u5730\u4fdd\u969c\u4e86\u4f4f\u6237\u7684\u9690\u79c1\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fd9\u7247\u4eba\u53e3\u7a20\u5bc6\u7684\u793e\u533a\u7684\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u5efa\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n

The facades of the living spaces and bedrooms are still maintaining the signature of AAd\u2019s fa\u00e7ade design: using the air gap and aluminium panels to relieve the house from being heated as well as allowing sunlight and air ventilation to pass through. The facade acts as insulation protecting solar heat gain from outside which is highly concern in a tropical climate. When measuring the temperature during the summer season, these panels help cooling down the 39 degrees Celsius outside to be at 26 degrees inside. This fa\u00e7ade also provides privacy by blocking the view from outsiders or the opposite-units. The design aimed to provide full privacy from this dense surrounding while also being eye-catching, a landmark of this neighbourhood.<\/p>\n
