\u5f20\u5510\u666f\u89c2<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u5927\u534e\u9a6c\u6770\u514b\u53cc\u8bed\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u79c1\u7acb\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u7684\u6539\u9020\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e0a\u6d77\u5b9d\u5c71\u533a\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u5357\u4fa7\u4e34\u6cb3\uff0c\u897f\u90bb\u5e02\u653f\u7f8e\u4e39\u8def\uff0c\u5317\u4e1c\u4e24\u4fa7\u4e3a\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e94\u5e74\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u5927\u534e\u84dd\u6e56\u5929\u5883\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u5c55\u793a\u533a\u3002\u4eba\u751f\u72b9\u5982\u4e00\u573a\u6c89\u6d78\u5f0f\u620f\u5267\uff0c\u7ae5\u5e74\u5f00\u542f\u6545\u4e8b\u7684\u7bc7\u7ae0\uff0c\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u5219\u6210\u4e3a\u627f\u8f7d\u591a\u6837\u6027\u6545\u4e8b\u7684\u68a6\u60f3\u821e\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n

Z+T Studio<\/strong><\/a>: Dahua Magic International Kindergarten is a renovation project, which is located in Baoshan District, Shanghai, along with a river on the south, Meidan Road on the west, and high-density residential buildings on both sides of the north and east. Here has been the display area of Dahua Blue Lake in the past five years. Life is like an immersive show. Childhood opens the first chapter, and kindergarten becomes a dream stage that carries diverse stories.<\/p>\n

\u4eba People<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u7ed9\u5c0f\u670b\u53cb\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u6ecb\u751f\u5feb\u4e50\u56de\u5fc6\u7684\u821e\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n

Childhood is very important to a person\u2019s life. Entering kindergarten is the first time for children to leave their parents, live independently, and start their short journals. The famous psychologist Fred Adler once said: “A lucky man is always healed by his childhood.\u201d Dahua Magic International Kindergarten uses “Unique Kids, Unique Education” as the educational concept. It aims to provide an immersive English environment. By focusing on children’s cognition, emotion, social interaction, movement, and language, the kindergarten cultivates children\u2019s study habits, reading habits, and exploration spirit and helps children develop language skills, comprehensive quality capabilities, global vision, and unique personality characteristics.<\/p>\n

As landscape architects, we hope to provide children with a stage to breed happy memories.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u5b69\u5b50\u505a\u4e2a\u56ed\u5b50\uff0c\u662f\u5438\u5f15\u6211\u4eec\u63a5\u4e0b\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u521d\u8877\uff0c\u800c\u53bb\u5230\u73b0\u573a\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8bf8\u591a\u95ee\u9898\u4e0e\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u5219\u6210\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u6253\u5f00\u8bbe\u8ba1\u76d2\u5b50\u7684\u94a5\u5319\u3002<\/p>\n

\n5. \u4e0a\u6d77\u5e7c\u513f\u56ed\u7684\u786c\u6027\u89c4\u8303\u8981\u6c42\u5747\u9700\u6ee1\u8db3\uff0c\u5408\u7406\u5e03\u7f6e\u5728\u6709\u9650\u7684\u573a\u5730\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\u3002
\n6. \u7f3a\u5c11\u539f\u59cb\u7ae3\u5de5\u56fe\u7eb8\u5b58\u6863\uff0c\u5730\u4e0b\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e0d\u6e05\u6670\uff0c\u5927\u62c6\u5927\u6316\u5219\u589e\u52a0\u9884\u7b97\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u540e\u671f\u65b0\u589e\u8bbe\u65bd\u57fa\u7840\u907f\u8ba9\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

Making a garden for children is the original intention that attracted us to take this project. However, when we arrived at the site, the problems and challenges became our keys to open the design box.<\/p>\n

1. The site axis creates a strong sense of division. The decorative and symbolic style of elements makes it difficult to achieve the ideal kindergarten design as clients imagined.
\n2. A large number of low shrubs attract mosquitoes. The unclear vision will cause a safety issue, and there is limited outdoor space for children.
\n3. We propose to keep the attractive existing canopy trees but the original elevation of planting beds has conflicts with the drainage requirements of the new design in many places.
\n4. Considering the cost and location, it is difficult to transport the earthwork and small pieces of waste.
\n5. The specifications of Shanghai kindergartens must be met and be reasonably arranged in a limited space.
\n6. The lack of original as-built drawings and archives, the unclear underground works, and large-scale demolition and excavation will increase the budget, which also puts forward higher requirements for future infrastructure development.<\/p>\n

\u25bc\u6539\u9020\u524d\u573a\u5730\u9762\u8c8c\uff1a\u8f74\u7ebf\u5f0f\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u704c\u6728\u89c6\u7ebf\u906e\u6321\u4e25\u91cd\uff0c\u8f74\u7ebf\u5f0f\u3001\u7b26\u53f7\u5316\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u660e\u663e<\/strong> The major issues before renovation are the axis-type layout, the obstructed sight by shrubs, and the outstanding axis-type and symbolic elements.<\/span><\/p>\n
