GM landscape design<\/strong><\/a>: We agree that Chinese culture “was created in the era of Song Dynasty”, emphasizing the simplicity of the path and the return to the truth. As a treasured project of Siming District in the past ten years, “THE SKYLAND” takes the Song Dynasty as its design core, follows the oriental aesthetic mood in terms of emotion, and at the same time taps into the endogenous cultural potential of the project, refining the memory of the place to link the emotional resonance of the locals. The design abandons the small family method of stacking mountains and water, and pushes the scale of the project to a more subdued atmosphere and even a magnificent spatial feeling, ushering in an ultimate presentation of the Song aesthetics for Xiamen.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5ba1\u7f8e\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u5927\u5b8b\u7f8e\u5b66\uff0c\u4e0e\u5e38\u89c4\u666f\u89c2\u793a\u8303\u533a\u90a3\u79cd\u8fdb\u5165\u5e9c\u95e8\u3001\u5b85\u9662\u7684\u5c3a\u5ea6\u611f\u53d7\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u201c\u57ce\u201d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u6765\u8425\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u4e3a\u6574\u4f53\u78c5\u7934\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5ef6\u5c55\u9762\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6253\u9020\u6062\u5f18\u5927\u6c14\u3001\u7aef\u6b63\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n

The design aesthetic is derived from the aesthetics of the great Song Dynasty. Unlike the scale of the conventional landscape demonstration area, which is the scale of entering the gates and courtyards, the concept of “city” is adopted to create a more overall majestic urban extension, aiming to create a magnificent atmosphere and an upright sightline feeling.<\/p>\n

\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\u91c7\u7528\u57ce\u95e8\u4e0e\u57ce\u5899\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u4e0e\u6750\u6599\u7684\u8d28\u611f\u4e24\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u6295\u4e0b\u7684\u6df1\u8272\u9634\u5f71\u4e3a\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u4efd\u5e84\u4e25\u7684\u538b\u8feb\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

The entrance space adopts the concept of city gates and walls, combining the thickness of the project and the texture of the materials, casting dark shadows to bring a sense of solemnity and oppression to the entrance space.<\/p>\n

\u5229\u7528\u6c34\u666f\u7684\u53cd\u5c04\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5f3a\u5316\u201c\u57ce\u95e8\u201d\u7684\u5bbd\u5ea6\u4e0e\u6df1\u5ea6\uff0c\u94a2\u7af9\u6797\u7acb\u4e8e\u4e00\u4fa7\uff0c\u8fc7\u6e21\u4e86\u6c34\u666f\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\uff0c\u4f46\u5e8f\u5217\u611f\u6781\u5f3a\u7684\u7af9\u666f\u4f9d\u65e7\u4fdd\u6301\u7740\u6574\u4f53\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7edf\u4e00\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

The width and depth of the “city gate” is further enhanced by the reflection of the water feature, and the steel bamboo forest stands on one side, which transitions the boundary of the water feature, but the strong sense of sequence of the bamboo scene still maintains the unity of the overall space design.<\/p>\n

\u52a8\u7ebf\u4e0a\uff0c\u8003\u8651\u5230\u5929\u79a7\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u5b9a\u4f4d\uff0c\u5224\u5b9a\u5ba2\u6237\u5927\u591a\u4f1a\u9a71\u8f66\u524d\u5f80\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5165\u201c\u57ce\u201d\u4e4b\u540e\u4f1a\u76f4\u63a5\u8fdb\u5165\u5230\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u533a\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n

Considering the product positioning of THE SKYLAND, most of the customers will drive there, so they will enter the parking area directly after entering the “city”.<\/p>\n

\u91d1\u5c5e\u683c\u6805\u5236\u7684\u666f\u5899\uff0c\u79e9\u5e8f\u6392\u5217\uff0c\u9690\u7ea6\u900f\u9732\u51fa\u5185\u9662\u7684\u98ce\u666f\uff0c\u50cf\u4e00\u6247\u6247\u7684\u7a97\u6237\uff0c\u5165\u591c\u66f4\u662f\u662f\u4e07\u5bb6\u706f\u706b\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u8f66\u5185\u7684\u7a97\u666f\u6d41\u8f6c\uff0c\u4e00\u7247\u706f\u706b\u9611\u73ca\u3002\u5f53\u8f66\u8f86\u5f90\u5f90\u9a76\u5165\uff0c\u4e8c\u8fdb\u7684\u5e9c\u95e8\u4e5f\u4f1a\u7f13\u7f13\u6253\u5f00\uff0c\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u4e0e\u5165\u57ce\u4e4b\u65f6\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u611f\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n

The landscape wall made of metal grille, arranged in order, vaguely reveals the scenery of the inner courtyard, like a window. It\u2019 like a million lights at night, with the flow of the window view inside the car, a light. When the vehicle slowly drives in, the door of the second entrance opens at the same time, presenting a completely different atmosphere from the time of entering the city.<\/p>\n

\u968f\u7740\u5e9c\u95e8\u7684\u7f13\u7f13\u6253\u5f00\uff0c\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u611f\u53d7\u5b8c\u6210\u4ece\u5165\u57ce\u5230\u5165\u5e9c\u7684\u8f6c\u6362\uff0c\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e5f\u5f00\u59cb\u968f\u4e4b\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n

As the door of the house slowly opens, the psychological feeling of the crowd completes the transition from entering the city to entering the house, and the space begins to change with it.<\/p>\n

When passing through the second entry door of the house, we officially entered our own inner courtyard patio space.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u7ecf\u5386\u4e09\u4ee3\u5929\u5b57\u7cfb\u4ea7\u54c1\u540e\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8005\u5bf9\u95fd\u5357\u4e00\u5e26\u7684\u6c11\u5c45\u6709\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5c06\u5176\u7279\u8272\u7684\u56f4\u5408\u9662\u843d\u53ca\u5929\u4e95\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7b26\u53f7\u5316\u5143\u7d20\u690d\u5165\u9662\u843d\u5ead\u9662\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n

After three generations of Tian series products, the designer has studied the residential houses in the southern Fujian area, and implanted its characteristic enclosed courtyard and patio as symbolic elements in the courtyard.<\/p>\n

\u5929\u4e95\u7a7a\u95f4\u9876\u90e8\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u9542\u7a7a\uff0c\u5929\u5149\u4f1a\u4ece\u4e0a\u65b9\u6253\u5728\u827a\u672f\u88c5\u7f6e\u4e0a\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u5149\u4f1a\u5f15\u5bfc\u6e38\u4eba\u4ef0\u89c6\u7a7a\u95f4\u6700\u4e0a\u65b9\uff0c\u5f53\u89c6\u7ebf\u8ffd\u968f\u7740\u827a\u672f\u88c5\u7f6e\u7684\u7ebf\u6761\u5411\u4e0b\u5ef6\u4f38\uff0c\u7f13\u7f13\u53d1\u73b0\u5e95\u90e8\u624b\u51ff\u7684\u9ec4\u94dc\u6c34\u666f\u6b63\u5728\u5728\u65e0\u58f0\u7684\u55b7\u6d8c\u3002<\/p>\n

There is a cutout at the top of the patio space. There is sky light hit on the art installation from above. And the natural light will guide the visitor to look up at the top of the space. When eyes follow the line of the art installation downward, we will slowly find the hand chiseled brass water feature at the bottom is gushing silently.<\/p>\n

\u827a\u672f\u88c5\u7f6e\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u662f\u91d1\u5c5e\u6750\u8d28\uff0c\u672c\u6709\u7740\u539a\u91cd\u7684\u8d28\u611f\uff0c\u4f46\u91c7\u7528\u69ab\u536f\u7ed3\u6784\u4e92\u76f8\u8fde\u63a5\u6784\u7b51\u51fa\u65b9\u6b63\u4e14\u901a\u900f\u7684\u5f62\u6001\uff0c\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u88c5\u7f6e\u7684\u201c\u8d35\u201d\u53c8\u5f31\u5316\u4e86\u201c\u91cd\u201d\u7684\u5c5e\u6027\u3002\u91d1\u5c5e\u201c\u60ac\u6d6e\u201d\u4e8e\u534a\u7a7a\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u5149\u5f71\u7684\u6298\u5c04\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5c55\u73b0\u7740\u591a\u5c42\u6b21\u7684\u7480\u74a8\uff0c\u6c34\u6d41\u7684\u6e85\u5c04\u8ba9\u827a\u672f\u88c5\u7f6e\u661f\u5149\u70b9\u70b9\uff0c\u5e26\u6765\u201c\u534a\u53c2\u661f\u79fb\u201d\u7684\u610f\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

The art installation is made of metal, which has a heavy texture, but the mortise and tenon structure is interconnected to create a square and transparent form, which retains the “noble” and weakens the “heavy” property of the installation. The metal is “suspended” in mid-air, and with the refraction of light and shadow, it shows multi-layered brilliance together. The splash of water makes the art installation dotted with stars, bringing the mood of “half-sensible star movement”.<\/p>\n

\u79bb\u5f00\u5929\u4e95\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u6e38\u4eba\u80fd\u4ee5\u4e00\u79cd\u5e73\u548c\u7684\u5fc3\u5883\u6765\u6e38\u89c8\u6574\u4e2a\u6c34\u9662\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4eba\u5728\u5e18\u5eca\u4e0b\u884c\u8d70\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e24\u4fa7\u7684\u5e8f\u5217\u611f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6f5c\u79fb\u9ed8\u5316\u7684\u201c\u63a7\u5236\u201d\u884c\u4eba\u6e38\u8d70\u7684\u8282\u594f\uff0c\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u60c5\u7eea\u6c1b\u56f4\u8425\u9020\u4e00\u4efd\u9759\u8c27\u3002<\/p>\n

After visiting the patio space, we hope that the visitors can visit the whole water garden space in a calm state of mind. People walk under the curtain corridor, through the two sides of the sense of sequence design subconsciously “control” the rhythm of pedestrian wandering, to create a quiet atmosphere for the whole space.<\/p>\n

The water courtyard is also the main space of the negotiation area, and the designer hopes that the negotiation area can present an extremely beautiful and classical flavor.<\/p>\n

The space of the curtain corridor decorated with plain gauze curtains is just like the best silk. The beauty walking through, just like the living and breathing “Ladies’ Figure” which is ethereal and elegant.<\/p>\n

The curtain corridor space is connected to the sales office through a walkway flush with the pool. The combination of water and shadow, shuttling between the fog and the indistinctness of the virtual reality, with the wind, the light moving or the ripples caused by a fallen leaf, can bring different visual enjoyment to the enjoyment of this elegant shadow.<\/p>\n
