Basis architectural bureau<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe Pavshinskaya Poyma is a densely populated residential area of Krasnogorsk with a very compact development of high-rise residential buildings which needed recreational areas for comfortable living, walks with children and leisure (the nearest park was not located within walking distance). Basis studio has been working on this project for five years and continues to work on it. The entire project for the improvement of Pavshinskaya Poyma covers about 13 hectares. The first stage, completed in autumn 2020, constituted 4 hectares; now another large part of the lower embankment is completed.<\/p>\n

Basis\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u8d1f\u8d23\u4ebaIvan Ohapkin\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u4e00\u76f4\u5907\u53d7\u5e02\u6c11\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5b83\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6cb3\u8fb9\uff0c\u5bf9\u9762\u662f\u5f53\u5730\u6700\u5927\u7684\u97f3\u4e50\u4f1a\u548c\u5c55\u89c8\u9986\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fde\u63a5\u6574\u4e2a\u5e02\u533a\u7684\u5730\u94c1\u7ad9\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u88ab\u975e\u5e38\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u9ad8\u5c42\u4f4f\u5b85\u5efa\u7b51\u6240\u5305\u56f4\uff0c\u7d27\u5bc6\u8fde\u63a5\uff0c\u4eba\u6d41\u91cf\u5f88\u5927\u3002\u60f3\u8981\u628a\u6ee8\u6cb3\u6b65\u884c\u5927\u9053\u548c\u4f4f\u5b85\u533a\u7684\u516c\u5171\u82b1\u56ed\u7ed3\u5408\u8d77\u6765\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u5e78\u8fd0\u5730\u6709\u51e0\u540d\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u5c31\u4f4f\u5728\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u5e76\u53c2\u4e0e\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5c3d\u7ba1\u9047\u5230\u4e86\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4ecd\u7136\u627e\u5230\u4e86\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n

Ivan Ohapkin, head of Basis studio: “The area has been on everyone’s radar because of the current difficult situation. On the one hand, it is located on the river, opposite the biggest concert and exhibition complex and the metro station used by the entire Krasnogorsk city. On the other hand, it is surrounded by a very dense development of high-rise residential buildings, and in fact, acts as the adjacent territory. There is a large amount of pedestrian traffic passing through the project area. The task of combining a modern promenade for residents and courtyards for locals was quite a challenge. We were lucky enough to have several architects living in the area and working on the project, so despite the challenge, we understood the problems and found the solutions.”<\/p>\n
