EADG<\/strong><\/a>: Since the 14th Venice Architecture Biannual Exhibition, the public has gotten to know about the Himalayan Center of Zendai in Nanjing. At the same time, Nanjing as a city of mountains and water has been gradually rooted in the hearts and minds of the people. Naturally, many people are interested in the meaning of Shanshui city and want to explore the landscape of the Himalayan Center of Zendai in Nanjing.<\/p>\n

01 <\/strong>\u573a\u5730 Site<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5357\u4eac\u8bc1\u5927\u559c\u739b\u62c9\u96c5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6574\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7531\u516d\u4e2a\u5730\u5757\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6253\u9020\u4e24\u5927\u8857\u533a\u3001\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u6240\u5904\u5177\u4f53\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4e3a\uff1a\u5357\u4eac\u9ad8\u94c1\u65b0\u57ce\u6838\u5fc3\u542f\u52a8\u533a\u2014\u2014\u5357\u4eac\u5357\u7ad9\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5357\u4eac\u57ce\u5e02\u95e8\u6237\uff0c\u9ad8\u94c1\u5357\u7ad9\u533a\u57df\u5185\u4e0d\u4ec5\u878d\u6c47\u4e86\u7efc\u5408\u4ea4\u901a\u3001\u73b0\u4ee3\u670d\u52a1\u4e1a\u548c\u521b\u610f\u4ea7\u4e1a\uff0c\u5176\u4ea4\u901a\u529f\u80fd\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u4ea7\u4e1a\u677f\u5757\u8054\u52a8\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u8fd8\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6e90\u6e90\u4e0d\u65ad\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5ba2\u7fa4\u3002\u00a0\u800c\u5750\u843d\u4e8e\u5357\u4eac\u5357\u7ad9\u533a\u57df\u5185\u7684\u5357\u4eac\u8bc1\u5927\u559c\u739b\u62c9\u96c5\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u5c31\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u8fc8\u4e0b\u9ad8\u94c1\u4e4b\u540e\u524d\u5f80\u7684\u5357\u4eac\u201c\u57ce\u5e02\u805a\u96c6\u5730\u201d\u3002\u00a0\u6e38\u8d70\u4e8e\u5404\u5927\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u89c2\u5149\u5ba2\u4eec\u5df2\u4e60\u60ef\u4e86\u90fd\u5e02\u4e4b\u7e41\u534e\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u5bf9\u57ce\u5e02\u7eff\u610f\u62b1\u6709\u5411\u5f80\u3002<\/p>\n

The whole project of Nanjing Zendai Himalayan Center is composed of six plots. Its\u2019 layout comprises of two streets and a square. The specific location is in Nanjing South Railway Station, the core start-up area of Nanjing’s newly developing site. As the gateway of Nanjing City, the high-speed railway south station area integrates comprehensive transportation, service industry, the creative industry and brings a continuous stream of urban visitors. The Himalayan Center has become the “destination” of Nanjing after visitors step off the high-speed railway. Tourists have visited countless notable other cities, and are used to the city’s prosperity but now they yearn for this city’s vivid greenery.<\/p>\n

The Himalayan Center, as one of the gateways of Nanjing, will represent a dialogue between humans and landscape, green and nature. This is the landscape direction of the Himalayan Center: in the prosperous city, enjoy the scenery, and feel the bond of people with nature, and landscape and architecture. In this space, the landscape tells stories of the village, green mountain, and bamboo forest.<\/p>\n

02 <\/strong>\u6751\u5e84 Village<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e00\u680b\u680b\u5761\u5c4b\u9876\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u9519\u843d\u76f8\u63a5\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5728\u4e00\u5c42\u7a7a\u95f4\u7559\u51fa\u4e86\u5546\u4e1a\u8857\u9053\uff0c\u4e8c\u5c42\u5219\u7531\u8fde\u5eca\u4e32\u8054\uff0c\u8d2f\u7a7f\u873f\u8712\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5c42\u7684\u8857\u5eca\u3002\u5728\u6574\u4f53\u7a7a\u95f4\u6784\u67b6\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8981\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u662f\u6d88\u9632\u73af\u9053\uff0c\u5916\u6446\u7a7a\u95f4\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u5728\u53cd\u590d\u63a8\u6572\u5982\u4f55\u907f\u8ba9\u6d88\u9632\u3001\u5e97\u62db\u53ca\u6ee1\u8db3\u529f\u80fd\u6240\u9700\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5982\u613f\u79cd\u4e0b\u4e86\u201c\u5927\u6811\u201d\uff0c\u5c06\u201c\u5c0f\u6865\u201d\u3001\u201c\u6d41\u6c34\u201d\u9690\u55bb\u4e8e\u6d41\u52a8\u7684\u94fa\u88c5\u4e4b\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The buildings with sloping roofs are connected at random. We set aside commercial streets on the first floor, and the corridors are connected in series on the second floor. The design balances the relationship between emergency services, the outdoor setting, commercial activities, and nature in the overall space framework. After pondering over how to meet emergency servicing requirements, shopping flow, and meet other functional requirements, we planted iconic structures such as the “centenarian trees”, “miniature bridges,” and “flowing water,” between all paths.<\/p>\n

Like in the days of the past, the impression of the village is gradually emerging. Walking in sequence, visitors feel the sunlight passing through the treetops, the leaves brushing their sleeves, hear the murmur of water, the melody of birds, and see the layers of green leaves revealing the colors of the four seasons.<\/p>\n

Below the mountains and high-rise buildings, there is another scene; the tranquil village will be full of people. They will play, eat, shop, or gather here. The design combines casual activities with the landscape in a sophisticated way.<\/p>\n

03 <\/strong>\u7eff\u5c71 Moutains<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u7acb\u4e8e\u6751\u5e84\u4e4b\u4e2d\u592e\uff0c\u662f\u201c\u5c71\u201d\uff0c\u5b83\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u8fde\u7ef5\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u7fa4\u5c71\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u8868\u76ae\u5927\u80c6\u5730\u5c1d\u8bd5\u4e86\u6574\u4f53\u7eff\u690d\u8986\u76d6\uff0c\u7a7a\u4e2d\u5546\u4e1a\u65d7\u8230\u5e97\u5916\u56f4\u7684\u94a2\u6784\u67b6\u662f\u7eff\u690d\u7684\u57fa\u5e95\uff0c\u642d\u5efa\u65f6\u9700\u5145\u5206\u8003\u91cf\u95e8\u3001\u7a97\u3001\u53ca\u5c4b\u9762\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u89c6\u7ebf\u4e0e\u529f\u80fd\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u5782\u76f4\u7eff\u5316\u5c42\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u4f7f\u7528\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u53ef\u89e6\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u5728\u8fd1\u4eba\u5c3a\u5ea6\u4ee5\u771f\u690d\u7269\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u8fdc\u8ddd\u79bb\u4e0e\u4eff\u771f\u690d\u7269\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u91c7\u7528\u6ef4\u704c\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n

Standing in the center of the village will grant one a feeling of being on top of a mountain. We boldly attempted to cover the entire center with greenery. The steel frame of the retail flagship store is the base for green planting. The vertical greenery took account of user\u2019s comfort experience at eye level. Primarily using natural plants, and it is seamlessly combined with artificial plants. The entire area will be covered with a drip irrigation control system.<\/p>\n

When you are outside village (the mountain), looking in, what you see is hope being awakened; with peacefulness radiating around the village. It will also provide visitors with a different shopping experience; the fresh feeling and the visual experience that online shopping can rarely provide.<\/p>\n

04 <\/strong>\u7af9\u6797 Bamboo Forest<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c\u7af9\u201d\u5728\u529e\u516c\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u6709\u5176\u201c\u6587\u58a8\u201d\u4e4b\u5bd3\u610f\u3002\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5546\u4e1a\u533a\uff0c\u529e\u516c\u73af\u5883\u4f1a\u8425\u9020\u66f4\u4e3a\u96c5\u81f4\u4e0e\u79c1\u5bc6\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u4e1a\u6001\u4ea4\u754c\u9762\u5f62\u6210\u201c\u5929\u7136\u5c4f\u969c\u201d\uff0c\u5728\u690d\u7269\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u4e0a\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u9009\u7528\u4e86\u6587\u4eba\u58a8\u5ba2\u5fe0\u7231\u4e4b\u201c\u7af9\u6797\u201d\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5728\u5ba4\u5185\u6216\u5ba4\u5916\uff0c\u90fd\u5e0c\u671b\u4eba\u4eec\u4e8e\u6b64\u95f4\u5f97\u4ee5\u91ca\u653e\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

“Bamboo” in the office area has a “calligraphic” atmosphere. Compared with the business district, the office environment will be of a more elegant and private space. We posed the question of \u201cHow to form a “natural barrier” at the boundary between the office and commercial zones?\u201d The solution was the planting; we chose the “bamboo forest,” which is a favorite of Chinese artists. Whether indoor or outdoor, we hope that people can relax in this space.<\/p>\n

\u6216\u8bb8\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5f53\u65f6\u201c\u60ca\u8273\u201d\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u6700\u540e\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u6d41\u4e8e\u8868\u9762\u7684\u201c\u60ca\u8273\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u201d\uff0c\u5b83\u6ca1\u6709\u642d\u5efa\u66f4\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6784\u67b6\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u5de5\u827a\u590d\u6742\u7684\u5c0f\u54c1\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6ca1\u6709\u5546\u4e1a\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u5927\u578b\u7cbe\u795e\u5821\u5792\u3002\u4f46\u6e38\u8d70\u4e8e\u5176\u95f4\uff0c\u653e\u773c\u8fdc\u773a\uff0c\u5357\u4eac\u8bc1\u5927\u559c\u739b\u62c9\u96c5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5e26\u7ed9\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u6ee1\u76ee\u7eff\u610f\uff1b\u662f\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u53cd\u53cd\u590d\u590d\u63a8\u6572\u4e0e\u7814\u7a76\u540e\uff0c\u6240\u5f00\u542f\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u547c\u5524\u4eba\u4e0e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff1b\u662f\u4e00\u573a\u5c71\u6c34\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u6765\u8fc7\uff0c\u5982\u82e5\u7559\u4e8e\u8111\u6d77\u6709\u7eaf\u7cb9\u4e4b\u611f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4fbf\u4e5f\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u201c\u4e0d\u7ecf\u610f\u201d\u60f3\u8425\u9020\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n

At first glance this project might not have \u201cwow\u201d factor. It didn’t build a unique framework, have complicated sketches, nor even have a dominating \u201cspiritual\u201d landmark commonly used in business districts. However, looking from afar, the Himalayan Center fills people with feelings of green vitality; it is a dialogue between humans and nature opened by the landscape design team and architects after repeated deliberation and research; it is an experiment of Shanshui city. When people come here in a relaxed state, they will spontaneously feel the tranquility and purity of nature, which is the atmosphere that we wanted to create.<\/p>\n
