Br\u00fcckner & Br\u00fcckner Architekten GmbH<\/a><\/strong>\uff1aA new house sprouts from out of the ground in the midst of a forest glade, the home to one of Europe\u2019s largest sawmills. An interplay of light, shade and wood. A house rooted in the forest. A home for the central administration of the Ziegler Group, in the very place where the success story of the family company began, a story that was forged with the Betzenm\u00fchle sawmill. Built out of the very material the company works with every day. Our architecture is the essence of the company, the Ziegler work environment, its products and its philosophy. Today, the Ziegler Group is a globally operating family company with its headquarters in Betzenm\u00fchle \/ Pl\u00f6\u00dfberg in the Upper Palatinate region. Its core business activities are within the field of wood processing. The company group\u2019s business divisions also include logistics, mechanical engineering, software development, forest management, interior design and the construction of prefabricated houses, with quite a few locations and approximately 1400 employees.<\/p>\n

\u4e3a\u4e86\u5728\u952f\u6728\u5382\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u68ee\u6797\u4e2d\u5bfb\u627e\u5408\u9002\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u548c\u5ba2\u6237\u4e00\u8d77\u8be2\u95ee\u548c\u63a2\u7d22\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u627e\u5230\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u5730\u70b9\uff1a\u662f\u8be5\u533a\u57df\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u70b9\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u68ee\u6797\u548c\u751f\u4ea7\u7a7a\u95f4\u76f8\u4ea4\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u96c6\u4f53\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u7ed3\u675f\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u60f3\u6cd5\u8bde\u751f\u4e86\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u91c7\u7528Ziegler\u6700\u65e9\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u9ad819\u7c73\u7684\u4e91\u6749\u6811\u830e\uff0c\u6765\u5efa\u9020\u623f\u5c4b\u3002\u4ece\u7acb\u9762\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u53ef\u4ee5\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u6728\u6750\u9f50\u58f0\u6f14\u594f\u7684\u7f8e\u5999\u97f3\u4e50\uff0c\u5b83\u56f4\u7ed5\u7740\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u8282\u594f\u6027\u5730\u6392\u5217\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u97f3\u7b26\u7ebf\u4e00\u6837\u3002\u4ece\u5916\u5230\u5185\uff0c\u4e5f\u4ece\u5185\u5230\u5916\uff0c\u6728\u6750\u7acb\u9762\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5c42\uff0c\u8fd9\u8981\u5f52\u529f\u4e8e\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6652\u7684\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\uff0c\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u6838\u5fc3\u533a\u57df\u7684\u73bb\u7483\u3001\u6728\u6750\u548c\u91d1\u5c5e\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u906e\u9633\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n

In the search for a suitable location in the forest surrounding the sawmill, we, together with the builders, asked ourselves: what exactly do we want growing here, and where? And we found the perfect spot: at the highest point of the plot, where forest and production space intersect. After engaging in collective workshops, an idea was born: We would take the earliest product from the Ziegler product range, a tree stem of spruce soaring 19 metres high and build a house from it. From the outside, you can almost hear the musical score of the Ziegler products playing in unison, a rhythmic procession of logs surrounding the building like lines of musical notes. The wood serves as a natural filter, both from the inside and outside, with additional shade thanks to a textile that provides protection from the sun, and at the core, a fa\u00e7ade made of glass, wood and metal.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u7acb\u65b9\u4f53\u76f8\u4e92\u54ac\u5408\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u68f5\u6811\u7684\u830e\u4e00\u6837\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u8fd8\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u5185\u90e8\u5ead\u9662\u3002\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5458\u5de5\u90fd\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7a97\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n

The two cubes are raised up with felling cuts, like the stem of a tree, with two inner courtyards between them. Each employee has their own window.<\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6982\u5ff5\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u90fd\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5ef6\u7eed\uff0c\u6728\u6750\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u6728\u6750\u52a0\u5de5\u7684\u6240\u6709\u540e\u7eed\u6b65\u9aa4\u90fd\u6e05\u6670\u53ef\u89c1\uff0c\u4ece\u67dc\u53f0\u7684\u539f\u59cb\u6728\u6750\u5230\u529e\u516c\u5bb6\u5177\u7684\u7cbe\u5236\u6728\u8d28\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u79cd\u7c7b\u9f50\u5168\uff0c\u5728\u8d28\u91cf\u7b49\u7ea7\u548c\u989c\u8272\u65b9\u9762\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u4f53\u73b0\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u662f\u7eaf\u6728\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u4ea4\u53c9\u5c42\u538b\u7684\u6728\u5236\u5899\u4f53\u548c\u5c4b\u9876\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e24\u4e2a\u9884\u5236\u672a\u52a0\u5de5\u7684\u88f8\u9732\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u7d27\u6025\u697c\u68af\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u521b\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c06\u6728\u6750\u7528\u4e8e\u5efa\u7b51\u5efa\u9020\u3002<\/p>\n

This concept is continued throughout the structure\u2019s interior, the quality of the wood becomes increasingly more refined and the house makes all subsequent steps in the processing of the wood visible, from the raw wood of the counters, to the refined wooden surfaces of the office furniture. Wood in its complete diversity, exemplified in the quality, grade and colour. The new administrative building is a pure wood construction with cross-laminated timber walls and covers, and two exposed concrete emergency staircases made with brushed raw plug casing. We also wanted to consequently create innovative new ways to implement wood as a building material and to find modern solutions for its use.<\/p>\n
