B.L.U.E.\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u82cf\u5dde\u8001\u57ce\u533a\u7684\u4e00\u5904\u53e4\u5b85\uff0c\u5b85\u9662\u5360\u5730\u9762\u79ef2500\u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u8001\u5b85\u59cb\u5efa\u4e8e\u6e05\u4ee3\uff0c\u6709\u7740\u767e\u5e74\u7684\u5386\u53f2\uff0c\u662f\u5178\u578b\u7684\u82cf\u5dde\u56ed\u6797\u5ead\u9662\u3002\u6574\u4e2a\u56ed\u5b50\u7531\u524d\u540e8\u4e2a\u5927\u5c0f\u4e0d\u4e00\u7684\u5ead\u9662\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u524d\u540e\u6709\u56db\u8fdb\u7684\u5385\u5802\u697c\u9601\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d4\u4e2a\u662f\u6e05\u4ee3\u7684\u6728\u7ed3\u6784\u53e4\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u53e6\u59164\u4e2a\u662f\u540e\u6765\u6269\u5efa\u7684\u7816\u6df7\u7ed3\u6784\u5efa\u7b51\u3002\u6539\u9020\u524d\u7684\u8001\u623f\u5b50\u81ea\u7136\u8870\u8d25\u7684\u73b0\u8c61\u4e25\u91cd\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u5730\u65b9\u5e74\u4e45\u5931\u4fee\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u6c14\u606f\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5185\u5bb9\u5305\u62ec\u53e4\u5efa\u7b51\u548c\u73b0\u4ee3\u5efa\u7b51\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u5ba4\u5185\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53ca\u5ead\u9662\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u5c06\u8001\u5b85\u9662\u53d8\u8eab\u4e3a\u73b0\u4ee3\u6587\u65c5\u516c\u5bd3\u3002<\/p>\n

B.L.U.E. Architecture Studio<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aThe project is located in an ancient house in the old city of Suzhou. The house covers an area of 2,500 square meters. The old house was built in the Qing Dynasty with a history of one hundred years, which is a typical garden garden in Suzhou. The whole garden consists of eight courtyards of different sizes, with four halls and pavilions in front and back. Four of them are ancient wooden buildings in the Qing Dynasty, and the other four are brick and concrete structures that were later expanded. Before the renovation of the old house natural decline serious phenomenon, many places in disrepair, has lost the breath of life. The design content includes the transformation of ancient and modern buildings, interior design and courtyard transformation, and the transformation of the old house into a modern cultural and tourism apartment.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u57fa\u672c\u6cbf\u7528\u4e86\u539f\u6709\u7684\u5ead\u9662\u5e03\u5c40\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6e05\u4ee3\u53e4\u5efa\u6539\u9020\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u5168\u90e8\u7684\u6728\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5185\u90e8\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u589e\u52a0\u7a7a\u8c03\u548c\u4f9b\u6696\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u536b\u751f\u95f4\u6dcb\u6d74\u95f4\u7b49\u73b0\u4ee3\u751f\u6d3b\u6240\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5916\u7acb\u9762\u6539\u9020\u53bb\u9664\u539f\u6709\u6728\u7ed3\u6784\u8868\u9762\u7684\u6697\u7ea2\u8272\u6cb9\u6f06\uff0c\u6539\u4e3a\u4f20\u7edf\u5927\u6f06\u5de5\u827a\u505a\u7684\u9ed1\u8272\uff0c\u4e0e\u539f\u6728\u8272\u95e8\u7a97\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u51fa\u8001\u5b85\u53e4\u6734\u7d20\u96c5\u7684\u6c14\u8d28\u3002<\/p>\n

For the renovation of the four old houses, all the original wooden structure is preserved with simple reinforcement and restoration. Since the lack of maintenance, the building status no longer suits modern lifestyles, the main focus is to resolve functions that can meet the needs of modern daily life, such as air conditioning, heating system, shower room etc. The red paint from the original wood structure is removed and changes to black paint using the traditional lacquer process, together with natural wood frame of the windows and doors, reflect the beauty and elegance of the old architecture.<\/p>\n

\u5ba4\u5185\u6750\u8d28\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u9ed1\u80e1\u6843\u6728\u6750\uff0c\u5929\u7136\u77f3\u6750\u7b49\u81ea\u7136\u6750\u8d28\uff0c\u5fe0\u5b9e\u4e8e\u6750\u6599\u672c\u8eab\u771f\u5b9e\u7684\u8d28\u611f\uff0c\u5ef6\u7eed\u53e4\u6734\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u7816\u6df7\u5efa\u7b51\u6539\u9020\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5219\u53bb\u9664\u4e86\u539f\u5148\u7acb\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u4eff\u53e4\u7b26\u53f7\uff0c\u65b0\u505a\u7684\u9ed1\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u51f8\u7a97\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u662f\u7b80\u6d01\u800c\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u8bed\u8a00\u3002\u5ba4\u5185\u4f7f\u7528\u539f\u6728\u8272\u5bb6\u5177\uff0c\u4e0e\u53e4\u4ee3\u5efa\u7b51\u5ba4\u5185\u7684\u6df1\u8272\u9ed1\u80e1\u6843\u5f62\u6210\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c\u66f4\u5177\u6709\u8f7b\u677e\u8212\u9002\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u6c14\u606f\u3002\u65b0\u4e0e\u65e7\u6709\u7740\u5404\u81ea\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u903b\u8f91\uff0c\u5728\u5bf9\u6bd4\u548c\u78b0\u649e\u4e2d\u548c\u8c10\u5171\u5b58\u3002<\/p>\n

Materials with natural textures such as stones, walnut wood are used for the interior space, setting a simple and natural tone. For the renovation of the concrete structure buildings, the design goes for a more relaxed and modern atmosphere using pure and minimalist language. Comparing to the old houses, materials with lighter color are used such as oak wood and light grey terrazzo floor. By boldly introducing the modern design into the historic garden, the juxtaposition of old and new shows an interesting dialogue between the tradition and the modern lifestyle.<\/p>\n
