\u65b9\u884c\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/a>\uff1a<\/strong>\u9879\u76ee\u5730\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6df1\u5733\u5b9d\u5b89\u533a\u677e\u5c97\u8857\u9053\u5185\u7684\u677e\u5c97\u5927\u9053\u4e0e\u4e1c\u65b9\u5927\u9053\u4ea4\u6c47\u5904\u7684\u8054\u6295\u4e1c\u65b9PARK\u5546\u573a\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u4e3b\u8981\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u5c45\u4f4f\u533a\u8001\u5546\u4e1a\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u8fb9\u754c\u5904\uff0c\u6574\u4f53\u8303\u56f4\u7ea65400\u33a1\u3002<\/p>\n

Fangxing Design<\/a>\uff1a<\/strong>The project is located in Liantou Dongfang Park Plaza, which is the intersection of Songgang Avenue and Dongfang Avenue in Songgang Street, Bao’an, Shenzhen. The site is the edge zone of an old commercial plaza in the urban residential area, covering\u200b\u200babout 5,400 square meters.<\/p>\n

\u6539\u9020\u524d\u7684\u573a\u5730\u662f\u8bb8\u591a\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5927\u8303\u56f4\u5b58\u5728\u5374\u53c8\u4e60\u60ef\u6027\u88ab\u5ffd\u89c6\u7684\u5c0f\u5c3a\u5ea6\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u2014\u2014\u5730\u6807\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u8fb9\u7f18\u3002\u867d\u7136\u573a\u5730\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u8857\u533a\u7684\u4eba\u6d41\u6c47\u805a\u5206\u6d41\u70b9\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u7a7a\u95f4\u8868\u8fbe\u4ec5\u6709\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u7eff\u5316\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u800c\u5355\u4e00\u7684\u7eff\u690d\u9694\u79bb\u5e26\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6ca1\u6709\u4eae\u773c\u7684\u89c2\u8d4f\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u8fd8\u5206\u5272\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u9053\u8def\u4e0e\u5546\u4e1a\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u8fde\u63a5\uff0c\u963b\u7edd\u4e86\u5546\u4e1a\u5e7f\u573a\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u8ba9\u6574\u4e2a\u7a7a\u95f4\u8d70\u5411\u5c01\u95ed\u4e0e\u9057\u5fd8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u591a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5316\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u9644\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u8fb9\u7f18\u7a7a\u95f4\u5e94\u8be5\u5982\u4f55\u5b58\u5728\uff1f\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u63d0\u51fa\u201c\u57ce\u5e02\u82b1\u6f3e\u8857\u9053\u201d\u7684\u53f7\u53ec\uff0c\u8bd5\u56fe\u4e3a\u57ce\u533a\u4e2d\u7684\u7070\u8272\u7a7a\u95f4\u8d4b\u4e88\u65b0\u7684\u8272\u5f69\u5185\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n

Before the renovation, this area is the edge zone of the landmark building, a very small public space popularly ignored in many cities but exists in large volume. The site serves as convergence and diversion point for crowds, but the space expression is too basic with very few landscaping. The dull green strip fails to offer ornamental value. And moreover, it segments the connection between urban roads and commercial plazas, blocks the direct dialogue between the commercial plazas and the city, thus leads to the whole area be confined and forgotten.<\/p>\n

In the context of urban multi-centralization, how should the marginal space be presented? Shenzhen puts forward a call of “Multi-colored Urban Street”, trying to endow new color to the gray space in the city.<\/p>\n
