WTD<\/strong><\/a>: “Sanshan Wanhuxiang winding, hundreds of bridges and thousands of streets and water”, the history of Shaoxing is a history of water. Judging from the satellite map, the deepest impression of this Jiangnan city is the blue waters, which are in strips or patches, crystal clear and bright, flowing to all corners of the city and connecting the whole city.<\/p>\n

\u539f\u59cb\u573a\u5730\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7ecd\u5174\u8d8a\u57ce\u533a\u57ce\u4e1c\u677f\u5757\uff0c\u4f9d\u6258\u4e8e\u8fea\u8361\u6e56\u5546\u5708\uff0c\u5df2\u53d1\u5c55\u6210\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02CBD\u6838\u5fc3\u533a\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u5c5e\u4e8e\u201cMALL+\u8857\u533a\u5f0f\u5546\u4e1a+\u73b0\u4ee3\u4f4f\u5b85\u201d\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u590d\u5408\u578b\u8857\u533a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\uff0c\u5206\u4e3a\u516d\u4e2a\u5c0f\u7248\u5757\u3002\u4e00\u6761\u81ea\u7136\u6c34\u7cfb\u8d2f\u7a7f\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u662f\u5178\u578b\u7684\u7ecd\u5174\u5f0f\u5730\u5f62\u3002<\/p>\n

The original site is located in the east section of Yuecheng District, Shaoxing. Relying on the Didang Lake business district, it has developed into the city’s CBD core area. The project belongs to an urban complex block complex of “MALL + block-style commerce + modern housing”, which is divided into six small sections. A natural water system runs through it, which is a typical Shaoxing-style topography.<\/p>\n

\u8d2d\u4e70\u4eba\u7fa4\u4ee5\u5f53\u5730\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e0c\u671b\u7a7a\u95f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u627f\u8f7d\u66f4\u591a\u5173\u4e8e\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u4eba\u6587\u3001\u98ce\u60c5\u3001\u8bb0\u5fc6\u3001\u60c5\u611f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f20\u7edf\u8857\u5df7\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u8425\u9020\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u6700\u5178\u578b\u7684\u201c\u6c34\u201d\u5143\u7d20\u6253\u9020\u4e00\u5904\u5177\u6709\u7ecd\u5174\u6587\u5316\u6545\u4e8b\u7684\u60c5\u666f\u5f0f\u6c34\u8857\u8d2d\u7269\u516c\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

The purchasers are mainly local aborigines. Therefore, the landscape design hopes that the space can carry more humanities, customs, memories, and emotions about the past. It uses traditional street and lane space creation techniques and combines the most typical “water” elements to create a place with A scene-style water street shopping park with Shaoxing cultural stories.<\/p>\n

The exhibition area is located on the westernmost side of the site, which is the starting point of the water system and the beginning of the commercial street. How to fully integrate the trendy water village experience, unique shopping atmosphere and other landscape appeals in a space of less than 10,000 square meters, and show the unique experience and innovation of a comprehensive situational commercial block? We think from a few points.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5730\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u6f14\u7ece\u00a0 Landscape interpretation of local elements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u6c5f\u5357\u6240\u7279\u6709\u7684\u201c\u6e14\uff0c\u7f51\uff0c\u821f\uff0c\u9c7c\u201d\u5143\u7d20\u8fdb\u884c\u666f\u89c2\u8f6c\u8bd1\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u5f62\u6001\u8fdb\u884c\u573a\u666f\u690d\u5165\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u7801\u5934\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u627e\u5bfb\uff0c\u91cd\u8ff0\u6c34\u8857\u7684\u7e41\u534e\u3002<\/p>\n

The design translates the unique elements of “fishing, nets, boats, and fishes” in Jiangnan to form a corresponding form for scene implantation, and retells the prosperous water street by searching for the memories of the wharf.<\/p>\n

\u6cbf\u5357\u4fa7\u5f15\u5165\u6bb5\u7ea6180\u7c73\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u662d\u793a\u6027\u8f83\u5f3a\u7684PC\u8272\u5f69\u677f\u5f62\u6210\u666f\u89c2\u6321\u5899\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u5165\u53e3\u7684\u4eea\u5f0f\u611f\u53ca\u5546\u4e1a\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u5899\u7684\u6d41\u7ebf\u4e0e\u5f62\u6001\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u201c\u8239\u5e06\u201d\u7684\u808c\u7406\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u6f14\u7ece\u5bd3\u610f\u7740\u626c\u5e06\u8d77\u822a\u7f8e\u597d\u5bc4\u6258\u3002<\/p>\n

The introduction section along the south side is about 180 meters, and the design uses a more revealing PC color panel to form a landscape retaining wall to increase the sense of ceremony and commercial atmosphere at the entrance. The streamline and shape of the landscape wall originate from the texture of the “sail”, and the interpretation of the design implies a beautiful sustenance of sailing.<\/p>\n

\u5efa\u7b51\u524d\u7684\u620f\u6c34\u5e7f\u573a\u5f62\u6001\u63d0\u53d6\u4e8e\u201c\u6e14\u821f\u201d\u5370\u8bb0\uff0c\u55b7\u6cc9\u6c34\u666f\u548c\u811a\u8e0f\u8f66\u4e92\u52a8\u5668\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\u6c1b\u56f4\uff0c\u6c34\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u9c7c\u201d\u4e5f\u8ba9\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u5e7f\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u6d3b\u529b\u4e0e\u7ae5\u8da3\u3002\u6f02\u6d6e\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u201c\u6e14\u7f51\u201d\u88c5\u7f6e\u5219\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u573a\u6240\u5960\u5b9a\u4e86\u827a\u672f\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u4e5f\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u89c6\u89c9\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

The shape of the water-playing square in front of the building is extracted from the mark of “fishing boat”. The water feature of the fountain and the bicycle interactive device increase the interactive atmosphere of the space. The “fish” in the water also makes the open square space more dynamic and childlike. The “fishing net” device floating in the space lays the foundation of art and innovation for the entire place, and also constitutes the visual center.<\/p>\n

\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u65b0\u65e7\u4ea4\u878d\u662f\u4ee4\u4eba\u52a8\u4eba\u7684\u753b\u9762\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c06\u573a\u5730\u539f\u6709\u7684\u77f3\u5934\u8fdb\u884c\u52a0\u5de5\u4e4b\u540e\u94fa\u88c5\u5230\u573a\u5730\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u9762\u548c\u7acb\u9762\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5947\u5f02\u7684\u78b0\u649e\u6548\u679c\u3002\u8001\u65e7\u7684\u6750\u6599\u88ab\u690d\u5165\u5230\u65b0\u751f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u91cc\uff0c\u50cf\u662f\u88ab\u91cd\u65b0\u6fc0\u6d3b\uff0c\u7ee7\u7eed\u884c\u4f7f\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u3002\u5546\u4e1a\u7a7a\u95f4\u91cc\u5e73\u6dfb\u4e00\u4efd\u65f6\u5149\u7684\u75d5\u8ff9\u3002<\/p>\n

The blending of the old and the new in the space is a moving picture. The design processes the original stones of the site and then pave them into part of the ground and elevation space of the site, forming a strange collision effect. The old materials are implanted into the new space, as if being reactivated, continuing to perform their mission. A trace of time is added to the commercial space.<\/p>\n

There is a height difference of about 3 meters between the elevation of the building and the elevation of the river revetment, so a natural landscape stand is formed on the east side of the building. The stands increase the sense of leisure in the waterfront area and make the landscape more three-dimensional.<\/p>\n
