Makhno Studio<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u5ea7\u7cbe\u5fc3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u4e24\u5c42\u6781\u7b80\u4e3b\u4e49\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u4f60\u6240\u9700\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u4ee5\u5ba2\u6237\u53ca\u4f4f\u5b85\u81ea\u7ed9\u81ea\u8db3\u9700\u6c42\u4e3a\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u4ece\u4e8b\u7269\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u6109\u60a6\u548c\u4ece\u81ea\u7531\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u6109\u60a6\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u3002<\/p>\n

Besides basic living zones, the architectural complex includes a terrace with a pool, a special pavilion for tea ceremonies, and a cabinet with an \u2018art view\u2019 \u2014 the sculptures of modern Ukrainian artists were placed outside along the two full-glass walls. The artificial water body near the house proves once again that everything here is created for the owners’ life.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u4f4f\u5b85\u4ee5\u4f53\u5757\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u4e09\u79cd\u6750\u6599\u6784\u5efa\u2014\u2014\u8010\u5019\u94a2\u3001\u9676\u74f7\u548c\u73bb\u7483\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6784\u5efa\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u7edf\u4e00\u6765\u81ea\u4e00\u4e2a\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u51b3\u7b56\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u5176\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u6784\u5efa\u6210\u6574\u4f53\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u5916\u9762\u6709\u67f1\u5b50\u7684\u8010\u5019\u94a2\u677f\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u50cf\u5207\u6210\u8584\u7247\u7684\u5de7\u514b\u529b\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u989c\u8272\u4e5f\u4e00\u6a21\u4e00\u6837\u3002<\/p>\n

The house is based on block systems and made of three materials – corten steel, ceramics, and glass. The unification of constructive elements is a functional decision to make it easier to build. Because the corten steel parts with columns between the exterior seem sliced like a chocolate bar. Even the same color.<\/p>\n

Despite quite heavy materials, the building looks floating. This was achieved through special bottom apertures \u2014 the \u2018legs\u2019 on which the house stands on. The same mirrored apertures function like windows on the higher part of the second floor.<\/p>\n

From the street, the facade is closed. The first-glance association is an industrial building, but it\u2019s deceptive. The inner part is transparent and open because of the glass walls which open up a panoramic view. The transparency is well-planned. Some of the glass windows were arranged in such a way to point on art objects.<\/p>\n
