The Taizhou Mansion Project in Taizhou will be a super block integrating a commercial plaza, an outer street, an inner street and several pocket parks.Only the commercial plaza and outer street are open to the public at present.<\/p>\n

We expect to satisfy people\u2019s expectations toward life through our design. In the project of Vanke\u00a0Corniche Land\u00a0project, we practically demonstrated how a super block materially satisfied people\u2019s version of wonderful life. In the aspect of transportation, it connects people flow from residences, commercial areas, offices and apartments conveniently; in the aspect of commerce, it has more urban public spaces and a development mode which allows for coexistence of the city and the commerce; in the aspect of ecology, we adhere to the core principle of creating a green and happy human space. It is a real super block which follows the rhythm of city and grows and integrates well with the city constantly.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4eba\u6587\u5173\u6000\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u51fa\u53d1\u70b9\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7528\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u7ef4\u5ea6\u53bb\u7814\u7a76\u573a\u5730\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u3002\u524a\u5f31\u8fb9\u754c\u611f\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u533a\u57df\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u73af\u73af\u76f8\u6263\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u591a\u6bb5\u5f0f\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u6781\u5177\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u4e0e\u9002\u5e94\u672a\u6765\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u5177\u6709\u751f\u547d\u529b\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5b83\u8c61\u5f81\u7740\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u6f5c\u529b\uff0c\u548c\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u672a\u6765\u7684\u671f\u5f85\u3002<\/p>\n

In design of humanistic care, we explored vigor of the space from multiple dimensions, e.g., functional spaces with less sense of boundary and continuous interlinked multi-segment spaces. This is a powerful space which is sustainable and adaptable to future development. The vigor symbolizes huge potential of the space and people\u2019s expectation toward future life.<\/p>\n

\u662d\u793a\u6027\u7684\u6807\u8bc6\u4e0e\u5f15\u5bfc\u6027\u7684\u94fa\u88c5\uff0c\u51e0\u682a\u9ad8\u5927\u7684\u4e54\u6728\u5982\u661f\u5149\u6563\u5e03\uff0c\u7ed9\u5546\u4e1a\u5e7f\u573a\u4ee5\u5f00\u9614\u7684\u89c6\u91ce\uff0c\u5047\u65e5T\u53f0\u79c0\/\u8df3\u86a4\u5e02\u573a\u5c06\u7ed9\u8fd9\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u5e26\u6765\u65b0\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

The prominent logos and guiding ornaments together with scattered towering trees allow for open vision of the plaza, while the holiday T-stage shows and flea market bring new vigor to the city.<\/p>\n

In recent years, large malls emerged one after another. After the shock of online shopping and e-commerce, commercial real estate underwent pandemic this year, which made people prefer fast and convenient shopping style more. Vanke\u2019s Shili Guandi has not only ground floor stores, high street and plaza, but also outside business space for street vending economy. It satisfies people\u2019s daily shopping needs, increases impact of brick-and-mortar business and also makes the city closer to people.<\/p>\n
