Known as the haven of Taihu Lake \u00e8\uff09 It was called Jiancun in ancient times and has a history of 1000 years. It was a port and post station for Wujiang area to enter and leave Taihu Lake in the old days. Nanshe ancient village, located in the middle of Suzhou Taihu new town, East Taihu tourist resort, has left traces of historical changes of fishing ports and docks since Ming and Qing Dynasties.<\/p>\n

As one of the first villages to be included in the list of ancient villages in Suzhou, Wujiang district has made great efforts to implement the strategy of rural revitalization, to build a benchmark of Jiangnan Water Town, to focus on enriching the people, to promote the reform and development of agriculture and rural areas, to focus on Innovation and improve the system and mechanism of urban development integration, and to “accelerate” the upgrading of traditional rural business structure. In recent years, Taihu new city has launched the “Nanshe e village” project here, which takes the original village as the base, municipal administration, landscape and culture as the starting point, designs, transforms, upgrades, and creates a characteristic rural area with the theme of “rural cottage, menglijian village”\u201c “Shanghai baishangli \u00b7 Nanshe lvshuirenjia” is the first project in the planning of “Nanshe e village”.<\/p>\n
