DONGDA (SHENZHEN) DESIGN CO., LTD.<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aIn 2020, the Changan Chongtou Community Beautiful Village Characteristic Continuous Demonstration Project designed by Dongda will be fully completed, among which the old village and the factory are two important areas. The old village is located in the core area of the community and is an important place for villagers to live and produce. Before the reconstruction, the old village was seriously hollowed out, and a large number of old buildings fell into disrepair and became dilapidated houses. The narrow inner roadway and a large number of civilian buildings wild growth leads to the extreme lack of public space, poor sanitary conditions, exposed drainage on the ground, the mix of rainwater and polluted water in sewer and poor quality of living environment. The factory buildings in the factory area are old and the electric wires are disorderly. The public space is completely occupied by the parking. There are many miscellaneous illegal structures, which have great safety risks.<\/p>\n

\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9\u73b0\u573a\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u68b3\u7406\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ece\u603b\u4f53\u89d2\u5ea6\u8003\u8651\u65e7\u6751\u7684\u6539\u9020\u601d\u8def\uff0c\u65e2\u4e0d\u662f\u5927\u62c6\u5927\u5efa\u7684\u4e00\u5200\u5207\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u73af\u5883\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u5145\u5206\u5c0a\u91cd\u73b0\u6709\u65e7\u6751\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u683c\u5c40\uff0c\u68b3\u7406\u5df2\u6709\u8d44\u6e90\u8981\u7d20\uff0c\u4ee5\u201d\u9488\u7078\u5f0f\u201d\u5fae\u6539\u9020\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u70b9\u5e26\u7ebf\uff0c\u4ee5\u7ebf\u4e32\u9762\u8fdb\u884c\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u5c06\u539f\u6709\u7684\u53e4\u5df7\u8fde\u901a\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u65e7\u6751\u5185\u90e8\u666f\u89c2\u4e3b\u6d41\u7ebf\uff0c\u62c6\u9664\u90e8\u5206\u5371\u623f\u91ca\u653e\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u5404\u5177\u7279\u8272\u7684\u201c\u53e3\u888b\u516c\u56ed\u201d\uff0c\u539f\u672c\u62e5\u6324\u4e0d\u582a\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6709\u4e86\u547c\u5438\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

Through sorting out the problems on the site, the design considers the idea of the old village reconstruction from the overall perspective, which is neither a one-size-fits-all idea of demolition and construction, nor a simple environmental improvement. The basic pattern of the existing old village should be fully respected, existing resource elements should be sorted out, and the micro-transformation idea of “acupuncture and moxibustion” should be used to connect points with lines and connect lines with surface for improvement. The old alleys will be connected to form the main landscape line inside the old village. Some dilapidated houses will be demolished to release some public Spaces, and “pocket parks” with their own characteristics will be built. The originally crowded space has the possibility of breathing.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6ce8\u91cd\u4e61\u571f\u5143\u7d20\u548c\u6750\u6599\u7684\u8fd0\u7528\uff0c\u5c06\u539f\u6765\u62c6\u5371\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u6750\u6599\u8fd0\u7528\u5230\u6539\u9020\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u3002\u6ce8\u91cd\u6587\u5316\u4f20\u627f\uff0c\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u539f\u6709\u65ad\u5899\u53ca\u6c34\u4e95\u4f5c\u4e3a\u573a\u5730\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u5ef6\u7eed\uff0c\u539f\u6709\u4f9b\u9500\u793e\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7ea2\u8272\u6587\u5316\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u5370\u8bb0\u4e5f\u5f97\u4ee5\u6062\u590d\u3002\u8da3\u5473\u7684\u5899\u7ed8\u3001\u7cbe\u81f4\u7684\u7eff\u5316\u3001\u5e72\u51c0\u6574\u6d01\u7684\u5df7\u9053\u7a7a\u95f4\u52fe\u52d2\u51fa\u65e7\u6751\u7684\u70df\u706b\u6c14\u3002\u4fdd\u7559\u573a\u5730\u8bb0\u5fc6\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u539f\u6709\u5efa\u7b51\u65ad\u5899\u53ca\u6751\u843d\u8001\u6c34\u4e95\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8981\u7d20\u5ef6\u5c55\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u5177\u6709\u5e74\u4ee3\u8bb0\u5fc6\u611f\u7684\u5587\u53ed\u70b9\u7f00\uff0c\u81f4\u656c\u66fe\u7ecf\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u573a\u666f\u3002<\/p>\n

The design focuses on the use of local elements and materials, using the original building materials left over from the demolition into the renovation process. Focusing on cultural inheritance, the original broken wall and well were retained as the continuation of site memory, and the original supply and marketing cooperatives were also restored as the historical mark of red culture.Interesting wall painting, exquisite greening, and clean laneway space outline the fireworks of the old village.The memory of the site is preserved, and the broken walls of the original buildings and the village waterscape are extended as design elements. Combined with the trumpet decoration with a sense of time memory, it pays tribute to the past life scenes.<\/p>\n

\u539f\u6709\u4f9b\u9500\u793e\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7ea2\u8272\u6587\u5316\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u5370\u8bb0\u5f97\u4ee5\u6062\u590d\u548c\u4fdd\u7559\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u73b0\u72b6\u4ead\u5b50\u8fdb\u884c\u6574\u4f53\u6539\u9020\u3002\u6539\u9020\u540e\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u4ead\u4e0e\u4f9b\u9500\u793e\u5171\u540c\u5f62\u6210\u7ea2\u8272\u6587\u5316\u5c55\u793a\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The original supply and marketing cooperatives, as the historical mark of red culture, were restored and preserved, and the pavilion was reformed as a whole in combination with the current situation.
