Le Studio Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4efb\u52a1\u662f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e00\u4e2a\u7530\u56ed\u8bd7\u610f\u98ce\u683c\u7684\u4ead\u5b50\uff0c\u63a5\u5f85\u524d\u5f80\u5723\u7ea6\u745f\u592b\u5927\u6559\u5802\u7684\u6559\u533a\u5c45\u6c11\u548c\u6e38\u5ba2\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4fe1\u606f\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u63a5\u5f85\u533a\u3001\u4e66\u5e97\u548c\u793c\u54c1\u5e97\u3002<\/p>\n

Le Studio Architects<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aOur mission in this project is to design a pavilion that serves as an information and pastoral center for parishioners and visitors to the St. Joseph Cathedral. The main functionalities include a reception area, a bookstore, and a gift shop.<\/p>\n

\u4ead\u5b50\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6781\u5177\u8c61\u5f81\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6211\u4eec\u5173\u6ce8\u65b9\u65b9\u9762\u9762\u3002\u65b0\u65e7\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u4ee5\u53ca\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u5b97\u6559\u7cbe\u795e\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u539f\u672c\u7eaf\u7cb9\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u653e\u5927\u53e4\u5178\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u7684\u53cc\u91cd\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u662f\u7b80\u5355\u91cd\u590d\u5176\u56fa\u6709\u7684\u7b26\u53f7\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5bf9\u7acb\u7684\u4e8c\u5143\u4f53\u7cfb\uff1a\u9ad8-\u4f4e\u3001\u5927-\u5c0f\u3001\u5b9e-\u7a7a\u3001\u4e3b-\u8f85\u3001\u9634-\u9633\u3001\u5168-\u7f3a\u3001\u56fa\u4f53-\u6d41\u4f53\u3001\u91cd-\u8f7b\u3001\u53ef\u89c1-\u9690\u85cf\u3001\u7269\u5316-\u7a7a\u7075\u2026\u2026\u65e8\u5728\u5efa\u7acb\u8d77\u65b0\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u9644\u8fd1\u73b0\u6709\u5efa\u7b51\u4e4b\u95f4\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4f53\u73b0\u51fa\u6765\uff08\u73bb\u7483\u548c\u94a2\u7ed3\u6784\u4e3a\u4e3b\u4f53\uff0c\u73b0\u6709\u690d\u88ab\u4e0e\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u7f29\u7565\u7248\u6559\u5802\u7ed3\u6784\u5f62\u5f0f\u76f8\u4ea4\u7ec7\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

Having said that, being in such a symbolic location, this project requires us to pay more attention to other aspects. A dialogue between the old and the new is inevitable, together with the religious spirit of the building. Furthermore, the dual characteristic of classical Catholicism needs to be amplified in this otherwise purely functional project, while refusing to repeat its inherent symbols. With this approach, a system of opposing, dichotomous pairs was studied and established: high-low, big-small, solid-hollow, main-supplementary, yin-yang, complete-incomplete, fixed-fluid, heavy-light, visible-hidden, materialistic-ethereal … creating special bonds between the new structure and the existing architectural ensemble in the vicinity. This system is materialized by conventional architecture solutions (mainly glass and steel, with the existing vegetation, mostly retained, interwoven in the new structure with varied and shrink basilica form).<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u4e2a\u957f\u957f\u7684\u5929\u7bf7\u548c\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u690d\u88ab\u7f16\u7ec7\u800c\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u906e\u853d\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u5f31\u5316\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u7269\u7406\u5916\u89c2\uff0c\u7ed9\u5723\u7ea6\u745f\u592b\u5927\u6559\u5802\u5145\u5206\u7684\u4e3b\u89d2\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n

The idea is to create a large “shade” by weaving a long canopy with the existing vegetation, minimizing the physical appearance of the architectural structure, promoting the “negative” and “give wat” to maximize the existence of the “positive”, which is the St. Joseph Cathedral itself…<\/p>\n

\u4ead\u5b50\u548c\u5468\u56f4\u73af\u5883\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u663e\u800c\u6613\u89c1\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8bed\u8a00\u672c\u8eab\u5374\u5e76\u4e0d\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u5b83\u6697\u542b\u4e86\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u201c\u9634\u9633\u548c\u8c10\u201d\u7684\u4e8c\u5143\u6027\u89c2\u70b9\u3002\u4ead\u5b50\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5728\u5c55\u73b0\u201c\u9634\u201d\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u53c8\u6709\u201c\u9633\u201d\u7684\u6e17\u900f\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u89e3\u51b3\u4e86\u4e0e\u690d\u7269\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u51b2\u7a81\uff0c\u6700\u5c0f\u5316\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u4f53\u91cf\u5728\u89c6\u89c9\u6548\u679c\u4e0a\u7684\u652f\u914d\uff0c\u53c8\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e86\u670d\u52a1\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

The connection between the structure and the surrounding is very easy to identify, but the actual architecture vernacular itself is not as clear-cut, showing the Asian view of “harmonious yin and yang” (congruous duality), in which the “yin” elements of the structure contain a glimpse of the “yang”, carefully calibrated through the design of the building’s outer shell, at the same time act as a solution to resolve the conflicting objectives of minimizing the domination of the building volume, while satisfying service space requirements.<\/p>\n
