RSLA<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a2009\u5e74\uff0c\u5fb7\u56fd\u7ebd\u4f26\u5821\u5e02\u53d1\u8d77\u4e86\u7eb3\u5c14\u900a\u00b7\u66fc\u5fb7\u62c9\u5e7f\u573a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7ade\u8d5b\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5c06\u4e2d\u592e\u8f66\u7ad9\u540e\u9762\u7684\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u8f6c\u53d8\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5e7f\u573a\u3002\u7ecf\u8fc7\u8bc4\u59d4\u4e0e\u5e02\u6c11\u3001\u5c45\u6c11\u548c\u5e02\u653f\u5f53\u5c40\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u6709\u56db\u4ef6\u53c2\u8d5b\u4f5c\u54c1\u83b7\u5956\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u57282014\u5e74\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u9636\u6bb5\u5b9e\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n

RSLA<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aIn 2009, the German city of Nuremberg launched a competition for the design of Nelson Mandela Square. The car park on the back of Nuremberg central station was to become an attractive urban square. The jury awarded prizes to four of the entries, which were discussed with citizens, neighbours and municipal authorities. The final design was chosen in the wake of this participatory development and will be implemented in further planning stages by 2014.<\/p>\n

\u7eb3\u5c14\u900a\u00b7\u66fc\u5fb7\u62c9\u5e7f\u573a\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u7ebd\u4f26\u582119\u4e16\u7eaa\u665a\u671fS\u00fcdstadt\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u95e8\u6237\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e3a\u5f53\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5c06\u4e0d\u540c\u4eba\u7fa4\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5171\u4eab\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8ffd\u6c42\u201c\u7eff\u8272\u201d\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u7b80\u5355\u94fa\u88c5\u800c\u6210\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5e7f\u573a\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\u5728\u4eba\u53e3\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u7ebd\u4f26\u5821\u5185\u57ce\u5341\u5206\u7f3a\u4e4f\u3002<\/p>\n

Nelson Mandela Square will serve as an entrance and local square to Nuremberg\u2019s late nineteenth-century S\u00fcdstadt borough. In its new design, it is to bring together a wide range of users and uses in a shared space. The design pursues the idea of a \u201cgreen solution\u201d, treating the square rather as a park than as a paved urban square. The densely populated inner city had lacked this kind of open space.<\/p>\n

\u5e7f\u573a\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0b\u9677\u7684\u8349\u576a\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u8fb9\u7f18\u662f\u53f0\u9636\u548c\u6210\u6392\u7684\u6893\u6811\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u5e7f\u573a\u8fb9\u754c\u3002\u53c2\u8003\u4e86\u57ce\u5e02\u5176\u4ed6\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u5982S\u00fcdstadt\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6811\u6728\u4ee5\u677e\u6563\u7684\u9635\u5217\u5f62\u5f0f\u79cd\u690d\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6811\u6728\u4e5f\u4e3a\u5496\u5561\u9986\u548c\u4e2d\u592e\u8f66\u7ad9\u7684\u9910\u5385\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u9634\u51c9\u3002\u5e26\u6709\u5496\u5561\u9986\u7684\u4ead\u5b50\u65e2\u662f\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u793e\u533a\u4ea4\u6d41\u573a\u6240\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u8272\u8c03\u7684\u5de8\u77f3\u6c99\u8272\u94fa\u88c5\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u8d28\u611f\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7565\u5fae\u964d\u4f4e\u7684\u8857\u9053\u8868\u9762\u3002\u6c34\u666f\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u4ead\u5b50\u5468\u56f4\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u77f3\u5934\u94fa\u88c5\u3002\u6c34\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u8ba9\u4eba\u60f3\u8d77\u524d\u7ebd\u4f26\u5821\u9547\u7684\u5c0f\u6eaa\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5c0f\u6eaa\u73b0\u5728\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u6e20\u5316\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n

The square\u2019s centre is a lowered lawn parterre framed by seating steps and surrounding rows of catalpa, defining the square by a green edge. Following the example of some of the city\u2019s other open spaces, such as S\u00fcdstadtpark, the trees are planted in a loose array.The square\u2019s spine is formed by a line of trees that also offers shade for the caf\u00e9s and restaurants of the central station. A pavilion incorporating a caf\u00e9 and a kiosk serves both as an architectural, three-dimensional element and as a neighbourhood meeting place. Megalithic sand-coloured paving in different shades creates a consistent fabric, including the slightly lowered street level finish. Water features around the pavilion interrupt the hard stone surface. The use of water is reminiscent of former Nuremberg town streams, which are canalised today.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5e02\u6c11\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5e7f\u573a\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d1\u5c55\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5171\u4eab\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9075\u5faa\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u5a31\u4e50\u4f11\u95f2\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u9700\u6c42\u76f8\u4e92\u53e0\u52a0\uff0c\u9002\u5b9c\u6b65\u884c\u3001\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u3001\u6c7d\u8f66\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u3001\u8f66\u7ad9\u524d\u9662\u3001\u793e\u533a\u4f1a\u8bae\u573a\u6240\u5496\u5561\u9986\u548c\u9910\u5385\u7684\u7528\u9910\u573a\u6240\u3002\u8be5\u5e7f\u573a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5f53\u4ee3\u57ce\u5e02\u98ce\u683c\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u54c1\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

With citizens participating, the square has been developed as a shared space, following the principles of co-equality, spatial superimposition and integrated design of different required uses for recreation and relaxation, by pedestrian, bicycle, and car traffic, as a car park, station forecourt, and neighbourhood meeting place, and as a venue for caf\u00e9s and restaurants. A showpiece of contemporary urbanity, the square creates a density of life.<\/p>\n
