Atelier Partero<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a2018\u5e74\uff0cEllement\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u8d62\u5f97\u4e86\u5179\u6797Gahur\u016fv prospekt\u5e7f\u573a\u4fee\u590d\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u7ade\u8d5b\uff0c\u5176\u63d0\u6848\u57fa\u4e8e\u7a7a\u95f4\u7b80\u6d01\u6027\u3001\u53ef\u8bc6\u522b\u6027\u3001\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u548c\u53e3\u624d\u903b\u8f91\u5c55\u5f00\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u9080\u8bf7\u6211\u4eecAtelier Partero\u4e00\u8d77\u6df1\u5316\u548c\u5b9e\u65bd\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u80fd\u63a5\u53d7\u8fd9\u9879\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u7684\u4efb\u52a1\u800c\u611f\u5230\u65e2\u8363\u5e78\u53c8\u5174\u594b\u3002\u7136\u540e\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u95ee\uff1a\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8bf4\u201c\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u201d\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n

Atelier Partero<\/strong><\/a>: In 2018, Ellement studio won the competition for the rehabilitation of Gahur\u016fv prospekt square in Zlin, with a proposal that was based on spatial simplicity, legibility, functionality and eloquence. The architects invited us to work with them on the detailing and implementation of this project. We were both honored and excited to take on this challenging task. Why ‘challenging’ you might ask?<\/p>\n

\u7eaf\u51c0\u548c\u6781\u7b80\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u6700\u590d\u6742\u7684\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u66b4\u9732\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u786e\u4fdd\u50cf\u8349\u576a\u8fd9\u6837\u770b\u4f3c\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u80fd\u591f\u6ee1\u8db3\u6240\u6709\u60f3\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u53c2\u6570\u3002\u663e\u800c\u6613\u89c1\uff0c\u5c06\u6781\u7b80\u7684\u8349\u576a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53d8\u4e3a\u73b0\u5b9e\u5e76\u5728\u65e2\u5b9a\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7ef4\u6301\u5b83\u5e76\u975e\u6613\u4e8b\uff0c\u4ece\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\u5c31\u5fc5\u987b\u4ed4\u7ec6\u786e\u8ba4\u7ef4\u62a4\u548c\u4fdd\u517b\u7684\u7ec6\u8282\u3002\u5272\u8349\u673a\u5982\u4f55\u80fd\u591f\u8fdb\u5165\u8349\u576a\u8fdb\u884c\u4fee\u526a\uff1f\u8fd9\u5c31\u8981\u6c42\u8349\u576a\u53f0\u81f3\u5c11\u8981\u4ece\u4e00\u4fa7\u503e\u659c\uff0c\u4e0e\u5468\u8fb9\u9053\u8def\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u76f8\u63a5\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e00\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n

Simple and minimalist solutions are often some of the most complex. We felt the full weight of the responsibility to ensure that a seemingly simple thing like a lawn met every conceivable parameter in such an exposed urban space. It was clear from the outset that bringing this design to life and sustaining it within the given conditions was not going to be easy.\u00a0 Details of maintenance and care had to be attentively acknowledged from the start. The simple thought of how the lawn mower will be able to reach the grass patches for trimming determined that the lawn terraces need to be sloped down to meet the level of the path from at least one side.<\/p>\n

\u5904\u7406\u6392\u6c34\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u91cd\u8981\u4efb\u52a1\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u8349\u576a\u4e0a\u6ca1\u6709\u591a\u5e74\u751f\u690d\u7269\u3001\u82b1\u5e8a\u548c\u6811\u6728\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5fc5\u987b\u5c06\u704c\u6e89\u5143\u7d20\u9690\u85cf\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u7eff\u6bef\u65e0\u7455\u6574\u6d01\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u3002\u957f\u51f3\u4e0b\u5c31\u662f\u4e2a\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u85cf\u533f\u70b9\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u5de7\u5999\u7684\u7ec6\u8282\u662f\u8349\u576a\u8fb9\u7f18\u548c\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u51f3\u8fb9\u7f18\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u783e\u77f3\u6392\u6c34\u6c9f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6355\u83b7\u5f84\u6d41\u6c61\u57a2\uff0c\u5e76\u4fdd\u6301\u5ea7\u6905\u8868\u9762\u6e05\u6d01\u5e72\u51c0\u3002<\/p>\n

Handling the drainage system was an important task as well. Since the design was a lawn with no perennials or flower beds or trees, irrigation elements had to be hidden to maintain a flawless green carpet look. Underneath the benches was the perfect hideout. Another smart detail was the gravel gutter between the edge of the lawn and the concrete bench edge to capture runoff dirt and maintain a clean seating surface.<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u56de\u6536\u73b0\u6709\u6750\u6599\u548c\u7ba1\u63a7\u65bd\u5de5\u566a\u97f3\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u975e\u5e38\u6210\u529f\u3002\u7ba1\u7406\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u6709\u673a\u6750\u6599\u548c\u88ab\u62c6\u6bc1\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u4ee4\u4eba\u5403\u60ca\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5f88\u96be\u7cbe\u786e\u8ba1\u7b97\u51fa\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53ef\u56de\u6536\u7269\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\uff0c\u73b0\u573a\u5230\u5904\u90fd\u662f\u9690\u85cf\u7740\u7684\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\u5730\u57fa\uff0c\u4e0a\u9762\u8986\u76d6\u7740\u57285-40\u5398\u7c73\u4e4b\u95f4\u968f\u673a\u6ce2\u52a8\u7684\u690d\u88ab\u5c42\u3002<\/p>\n

The project was also very successful in recycling existing materials and rumble during the construction process. Managing the existing organic materials and demolished elements was quite mind boggling. It was tricky to calculate any precise volume of\u00a0 these recyclables as the site was full of hidden concrete foundations covered by a vegetation layer that randomly fluctuated between 5 – 40 cm.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u3001\u603b\u627f\u5305\u5546\u3001\u6295\u8d44\u65b9\u548c\u65bd\u5de5\u5355\u4f4d\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0b\uff0c\u9879\u76ee\u4ee5\u826f\u597d\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u6807\u51c6\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea4\u4ed8\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u6700\u521d\u6574\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u613f\u666f\u548c\u671f\u671b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6574\u4f53\u5168\u9762\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b80\u5355\u800c\u4f18\u96c5\uff0c\u4e5f\u672a\u6253\u7834\u539f\u6709\u7684\u76ee\u6807\uff1a\u6ee1\u8db3\u5408\u7406\u9884\u7b97\u3001\u7ed3\u5408\u957f\u671f\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u3001\u6613\u4e8e\u7ef4\u62a4\u3002<\/p>\n

Thanks to the cooperation of everyone from the architects, the general contractor, the investor, to the actual implementation companies, the work was completed in fine quality and standards that met the vision and expectation of the initial holistic design. A holistic design where simplicity and elegance do not comprimise the goals of meeting a reasonable budget, incorporating long term sustainability and facilicating easy maintainability.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u5982\u4eca\u5927\u83b7\u559c\u7231\uff0c\u6240\u63d0\u8bae\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4e5f\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e86\u5f53\u5730\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5e02\u6c11\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u7eff\u5730\u6765\u4eab\u53d7\u9633\u5149\uff0c\u5728\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e0e\u670b\u53cb\u6216\u540c\u4e8b\u4f1a\u9762\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u6b64\u611f\u5230\u9ad8\u5174\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5b83\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u8349\u576a\u3002<\/p>\n

The site nowadays is very popular and the proposed solution works very well as it meets the needs of the locals who are in search of an open green space to enjoy the sun and catch up with friends\/colleagues in the city center. We are happy with that, even though in this case it was “just a lawn”.<\/p>\n
