\u5b9d\u4f73\u4e30\u56fd\u9645\u8bbe\u8ba1<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a \u4e2d\u8f66\u62fe\u5149\u516c\u56ed\u539f\u662f\u5170\u5dde\u4e2d\u8f66\u673a\u8f66\u5382\u67f4\u6cb9\u673a\u5206\u5382\u5382\u533a\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5170\u5dde\u5e02\u4e03\u91cc\u6cb3\u533a\uff0c\u59cb\u5efa\u4e8e1954\u5e74\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u56fd\u897f\u5317\u5730\u533a\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u5185\u71c3\u673a\u8f66\u3001\u7535\u529b\u673a\u8f66\u68c0\u4fee\u548c\u94c1\u8def\u5de5\u7a0b\u673a\u68b0\u5236\u9020\u57fa\u5730\u3002\u6539\u9020\u5c31\u4ece\u8fd9\u5ea7\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5382\u533a\u5f00\u59cb\u3002<\/p>\n

BJF International Design<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aCRRC\u00a0Time\u00a0Park\u00a0was originally the diesel engine branch factory of Lanzhou CRRC Locomotive Factory Located in Qilihe District, Lanzhou City, the factory\u00a0was built in 1954 and was\u00a0the only diesel locomotive and electric locomotive maintenance and railway service in Northwest China. This landscape\u00a0transformation started from this abandoned industrial factory area.<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u8f66\u5170\u5dde\u516c\u53f8\u539f\u67f4\u6cb9\u673a\u5206\u5382\u4ece1954 \u5e748 \u670817 \u65e5\u81f32019 \u5e748 \u670817 \u65e5\uff0c\u5386\u7ecf65 \u5e74\u7684\u98ce\u96e8\uff0c\u662f\u51e0\u4ee3\u5170\u5dde\u673a\u8f66\u4eba\u4e0d\u5fd8\u521d\u5fc3\u3001\u7825\u783a\u524d\u884c\u7684\u594b\u6597\u53f2\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u94c1\u8def\u673a\u8f66\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7f29\u5f71\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u7740\u539a\u91cd\u5de5\u4e1a\u5386\u53f2\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u95f4\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5b9d\u4f73\u4e30\u56fd\u9645\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4\u56e2\u961f\u5e0c\u671b\u6253\u9020\u51fa\u627f\u8f7d\u5386\u53f2\u6587\u5316\u3001\u5c55\u793a\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2a\u6027\u3001\u4e30\u5bcc\u57ce\u5e02\u5185\u6db5\u7684\u5177\u6709\u6d53\u91cd\u5de5\u4e1a\u6587\u5316\u5c5e\u6027\u7684\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5411\u5916\u754c\u5f70\u663e\u57ce\u5e02\u9b45\u529b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u540d\u7247\u3002<\/p>\n

From August 17, 1954 to August 17, 2019, the original diesel engine branch of CRRC Lanzhou Company has gone\u00a0through 65 years of ups and downs. It is a history of striving for several generations of Lanzhou locomotives and a\u00a0microcosm of development.For such an urban space with a heavy industrial historical memory, the team of BJF International Design Second Studio hopes to create a park with strong industrial cultural attributes that carries historical culture, showcases the city\u2019s individuality, and enriches the city\u2019s connotation, so as to show the outside world to the outside world. The team aims to\u00a0highlight the charm of the city and make the name card of the\u00a0city.<\/p>\n

\u4fdd\u7559\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u8001\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u91cd\u5851\u4e00\u4e2a\u8001\u5382\u533a\u7684\u65b0\u6545\u4e8b\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u7559\u5b58\u573a\u5730\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u611f\u3001\u4f20\u627f\u5de5\u4e1a\u9057\u4ea7\u7279\u8d28\uff0c\u5bf9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u6765\u8bf4\u662f\u4e0d\u5c0f\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5de5\u4e1a\u9057\u5740\u6539\u9020\u9879\u76ee\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u5df2\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u6210\u529f\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u4ece\u5fb7\u56fd\u9c81\u5c14\u5de5\u4e1a\u533a\u5230\u5e7f\u5dde\u4e2d\u5c71\u5c90\u6c5f\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u573a\u5730\u6761\u4ef6\u548c\u73b0\u72b6\u8d44\u6e90\u4e3a\u6539\u9020\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u72ec\u7279\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u5170\u5dde\u4e2d\u8f66\u62fe\u5149\u516c\u56ed\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4f8b\u5916\u3002\u67f4\u6cb9\u673a\u5206\u5382\u5382\u533a\u6574\u4f53\u7a7a\u95f4\u7834\u65e7\u6742\u4e71\uff0c\u4f46\u5efa\u8bbe\u7528\u5730\u4e0a\u6709\u7740\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u73b0\u72b6\u8d44\u6e90\uff1a\u53ef\u6539\u9020\u5229\u7528\u7684\u5927\u8de8\u5ea6\u8001\u5382\u623f\u3001\u51e0\u6761\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u94c1\u8def\u4ee5\u53ca\u8bb8\u591a\u6781\u5177\u7279\u8272\u7684\u6d88\u706b\u6813\u3001\u706f\u5854\u3001\u94c1\u67b6\u7b49\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u90e8\u4ef6\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u690d\u88ab\u4e30\u5bcc\uff0c\u73b0\u573a\u5b58\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u51a0\u5e45\u826f\u597d\u7684\u690d\u7269\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u73b0\u72b6\u89e6\u52a8\u4e86\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u5173\u6ce8\u73b0\u72b6\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u8fd9\u91cc\u5c06\u88ab\u6253\u9020\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee5\u4fdd\u7559\u5de5\u4e1a\u65f6\u4ee3\u5386\u53f2\u9057\u8ff9\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\u7684\u516c\u56ed\u3002<\/p>\n

The team aims keep\u00a0the old story of a new park and reshape the new story of an old factory area. How to preserve the historical sense of the site and inherit the characteristics of industrial heritage has been\u00a0a\u00a0challenge for the design team.<\/p>\n

There have been many successful cases of industrial site renovation projects at home and abroad. From the Ruhr Industrial Zone in Germany to the Qijiang Park in Zhongshan, Guangzhou, the site conditions and current resources of each project provide unique resources for the renovation, and the Lanzhou\u00a0CRRC\u00a0Time\u00a0Park\u00a0is no\u00a0exception.The overall space of the diesel engine branch plant is dilapidated and messy, but there are abundant\u00a0resources with design potential\u00a0on the construction land: large-span old factory buildings that can be transformed and used, several abandoned railways, and many distinctive fire hydrants, lighthouses, iron frames and other abandoned industrial components.\u00a0The landscape is rich in vegetation, and there are a large number of plants with good crowns on site. These status quo attracted\u00a0the designer’s attention to the utilization of current resources, and this place will be built into a park with the theme of preserving historical relics of the industrial age.<\/p>\n

\u603b\u7684\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u573a\u5730\u9879\u76ee\u7279\u8d28\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56e2\u961f\u91c7\u7528\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u624b\u6cd5\u5c55\u73b0\u5de5\u4e1a\u6587\u660e\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u75d5\u8ff9\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8bed\u8a00\u662f\u73b0\u4ee3\u7b80\u7ea6\u7684\u3002\u5c06\u4e2d\u8f66\u00b7\u62fe\u5149\u516c\u56ed\u6253\u9020\u6210\u627f\u8f7d\u5386\u53f2\u8bb0\u5fc6\u3001\u54c1\u5473\u683c\u8c03\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u4f53\u73b0\u4f18\u7f8e\u751f\u6001\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u9057\u4ea7\u6587\u5316\u516c\u56ed\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u57ce\u5e02\u6587\u5316\u4f53\u9a8c\u65c5\u6e38\u4ea7\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n

In general, based on the characteristics of the site project, the design team adopts modern design techniques to show the historical traces of industrial civilization, and the space design language of the site is modern and simple. Make CRRC\u00b7Time\u00a0Park an industrial heritage cultural park that carries historical memory, tastes style of life, and embodies beautiful ecology, and integrates the urban cultural experience tourism industry.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e00\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u5efa\u7b51\u800c\u662f\u8bb0\u5fc6\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n

\u6bcf\u4e00\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u90fd\u6709\u5c5e\u4e8e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8bb0\u5fc6\uff0c\u4e2d\u8f66\u5170\u5dde\u516c\u53f8\u539f\u67f4\u6cb9\u673a\u5206\u5382\u7ecf\u5386\u4e8665\u5e74\u7684\u65f6\u5149\u3002\u968f\u7740\u8fd9\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u5386\u7ecf\u53d8\u8fc1\uff0c\u5728\u5170\u5dde\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e2d\u70d9\u4e0b\u6d53\u91cd\u7684\u65e7\u5de5\u4e1a\u65f6\u4ee3\u5370\u8bb0\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u7684\u65f6\u4ee3\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e2d\u8f66\u00b7\u62fe\u5149\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u7ee7\u7eed\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u5728\u5e9f\u5f03\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5382\u533a\u4e0a\u7115\u53d1\u65b0\u751f\uff0c\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e2d\u5ef6\u7eed\u65e7\u65f6\u7f8e\u597d\u6545\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n

“For a city, the most important thing is not architecture but the memory.”<\/p>\n

Each city has its own memory, and the\u00a0former diesel engine branch of CRRC Lanzhou Company has\u00a065 years of it. As the city undergoes\u00a0changes, a strong mark of the old industrial era has been branded in the memory of Lanzhou. In the new era, it will continue to exist in the form of CRRC\u00a0Time\u00a0Park,\u00a0revitalized in the abandoned industrial factory area, and continuing\u00a0the good old stories in the memory of the city.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u6781\u529b\u4e3b\u5f20\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u6700\u4e3a\u6709\u5de5\u4e1a\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u7684\u6841\u67b6\u548c\u70df\u56f1\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u5176\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u73b0\u72b6\u81ea\u7136\u9ad8\u5dee\uff0c\u5bf9\u6841\u67b6\u9002\u5ea6\u7684\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u62c6\u9664\u5b58\u5728\u5b89\u5168\u9690\u60a3\u7684\u6784\u67b6\uff0c\u52a0\u56fa\u539f\u6709\u7684\u6841\u67b6\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5e76\u8fd0\u7528\u8272\u5f69\u3001\u6750\u8d28\u53ca\u79cd\u690d\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u8033\u76ee\u4e00\u65b0\u7684\u590d\u5408\u6027\u529f\u80fd\u573a\u5730\uff0c\u4e3a\u573a\u5730\u6ce8\u5165\u65b0\u7684\u6d3b\u529b\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e4b\u9b42\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u5730\u6807\u6784\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n

At the beginning of the design, we have\u00a0strongly advocated retaining the most representative industrial trusses and chimneys, and based on them, made use of the current natural height difference, appropriately modified the trusses, demolished the trusses with potential safety hazards, and strengthened the original trusses. The structure, and the use of various techniques such as color, material, and planting, created a refreshing complex functional site, and inject new vitality into the site. This is the soul of the design of the site and the landmark construction of the park.<\/p>\n

The waterscape at the entrance brings agile elements to the whole area. The calm water surface reflects the library with strong industrial sense and the sculpture composed of original truss chandeliers, which is a tribute to\u00a0and \u00a0telling of the\u00a0history.<\/p>\n

We have incorporated a variety of activities in combination with industrial legacy structures, and citizens can play basketball and exercise under the truss. A 400m fitness track runs through the industrial truss and nature.<\/p>\n

The sinking site of the park is the main activity space. One side of the sinking site is a tall truss factory building. We painted graffiti on the retaining wall below the factory building, which is an interweaving interpretation of modernity and the past.<\/p>\n

Landscape design uses various industrial legacy components to recreate. Through the visual impact brought by \u201cindustrial symbols\u201d, it stimulates people\u2019s associations and interest in the unique culture and history of the city. It is an artistic form of expression that can highlight and promote the spirit of the city. Here we look for the memories of the diesel engine factory, and\u00a0traces of history in the new life of the park.<\/p>\n

We designed a series of sculptures using the mechanical parts produced by the original factory. After disassembling and combining their shapes, we combined the spherical mirror stainless steel elements to give them dynamics. The materials form a heavy and light, old and new collision. It is hoped that the sculpture can show interest and at the same time guide children’s viewers to open minds.<\/p>\n

The rainwater collection system is characterized by collecting rainwater on roofs, roads and green spaces through natural slopes and rainwater pipe networks, flowing into the rainwater purification pond in the green spaces, and using it again after precipitation and purification.<\/p>\n

The large rainwater retention areas in the entire rainwater collection system are well combined with the topographic design. Because the terrain is high in the east and low in the west, at the lowest depression on the west edge of the site, a large water retention area that can be used as a green space in the park is planned for heavy rain. A large amount of rainwater can be retained at times to play a role in flood prevention, and it is usually a recreational green space that can be entered. Rainwater conforms to the terrain of high east and low west, which can form a stream landscape along the surface.<\/p>\n

The rainwater collection system is composed of five parts: “rainwater infiltration ditch”, “sloping rainwater greenway”, “rainwater retention area”, “water storage lake” and “water conveyance ditch”. In this system, rainwater flows into the rainwater infiltration ditch along the road, stays in the ditch and slowly passes through the filter layer at the bottom of the ditch, and then infiltrates. When it encounters heavy rain, the overflowing rainwater is transported to the larger area through the pipeline. The rainwater stays in the stagnant area and stays there slowly to infiltrate and evaporate.<\/p>\n

The landscape project of South Exit Park in Qilihe District, Lanzhou is a key project of the second room in 2019, and it was completed and put into use in the first half of this year. In the construction drawing design stage, our studio\u00a0No.2\u00a0did multiple rounds of scrutiny on the hard scenes, plants and lighting effects of the project, actively organized communication meetings with various deepening units such as lighting, curtain walls, and buildings, and frequently went to Lanzhou to solve the scene. For various issues, supervise and discuss the construction details, and cooperate with Party A to create a high-quality characteristic industrial garden landscape in a very limited time. The whole park adopts various forms of imitation stone paving, which requires high construction technology. The design team and the construction party have selected samples and inquired many times to finally restore the high-quality and high-style paving required by the plan. When constructing structures that require high construction technology such as waterscapes and characteristic scenery walls, the design team constantly optimizes the construction details according to the site conditions and cost requirements, and seeks the optimal solution for the internal structure under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project and the controllable effect.<\/p>\n
