Grant Associates\u662f\u88ab\u9009\u4e2d\u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6280\u672f\u6559\u80b2\u5b66\u9662\u65b0\u603b\u90e8\u548c\u5b66\u9662\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u4f18\u80dc\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4e00\u4e2a\u516c\u7acb\u804c\u4e1a\u6559\u80b2\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5b66\u6bd5\u4e1a\u751f\u548c\u7ee7\u7eed\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u58eb\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c31\u4e1a\u57f9\u8bad\u3002\u5b66\u9662\u4e2d\u5fc3\u662f\u7b2c\u4e09\u6240\u4e5f\u662f\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u6240\u7406\u5de5\u5b66\u9662\uff0c\u4e13\u4e1a\u662f\u521b\u65b0\u4e0e\u521b\u65b0\u5b66\u9662\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u666f\u89c2\u7d27\u5bc6\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u5c42\u5c42\u53e0\u52a0\uff0c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e86\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6548\u7387\u3002\u4e00\u5c42\u697c\u7684\u98de\u673a\u652f\u6301\u901a\u9053\u3001\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u800c\u4e00\u5c42\u697c\u7684\u201c\u810a\u67f1\u201d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5173\u952e\u7684\u5b9a\u4f4d\u548c\u793e\u4ea4\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u4e86\u51e0\u4e2a\u7a7a\u4e2d\u4eba\u884c\u9053\u548c\u9732\u53f0\uff0c\u901a\u5f8012\u4e2a\u6559\u80b2\u8857\u533a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5bf9\u8c61\u662f10,400\u540d\u5b66\u751f\u548c850\u540d\u5458\u5de5\u3002\u65b0\u754c\u897f\u8d44\u8baf\u79d1\u6280\u603b\u90e8\u5df2\u7cbe\u5fc3\u6574\u5408\u8fdb\u6821\u56ed\uff0c\u5bb9\u7eb3550\u540d\u5458\u5de5\u53ca\u4f1a\u8bae\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n

Grant Associates was part of the winning team chosen to design and implement the new Headquarters and College Central for the Institute of Technical Education in Singapore (ITE).College Central is the third and final ITE College, specialising as a college of creativity and innovation. The building and landscape is closely integrated and built up of various layers to ensure the spatial efficiency of the campus.The ground floor plane supports the access, car parking and service requirements whilst the first floor level known as the \u2018Spine\u2019 provides a key orientation and social space, which connects to several aerial walkways and terraces to 12 educational blocks.The campus has been designed for a student population of 10,400 and 850 staff. The new ITE Headquarters is carefully integrated into the campus, accommodating a total of 550 staff plus conference facilities.<\/p>\n

\u4e66\u810a\u662f\u6821\u56ed\u7684\u7075\u611f\u4e4b\u6e90\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u4e3a\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u79cd\u690d\u4e86\u5305\u542b\u6807\u672c\u6811\u548c\u8272\u5f69\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u201c\u94c1\u4e1d\u6811\u201d\u7684\u201c\u57fa\u5ea7\u201d\uff0c\u82b1\u56ed\u548c\u57fa\u5ea7\u5728\u5782\u76f4\u5806\u53e0\u7684\u7a7a\u4e2d\u6b65\u9053\u5468\u56f4\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u5173\u952e\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u8282\u70b9\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u6c34\u7279\u5f81\u4ece\u6e90\u82b1\u56ed\u6d41\u5230\u5230\u8fbe\u82b1\u56ed\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u51c9\u723d\u7684\u5ea7\u4f4d\u533a\u57df\u5728\u835a\u56ed\u7684\u9634\u5f71\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u9759\u4fee\u68af\u7530\u548c\u6c89\u9677\u7684\u82b1\u56ed\u4e3a\u5b66\u751f\u548c\u804c\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u66f4\u5e7f\u9614\u7684\u6821\u56ed\u666f\u89c2\u3002<\/p>\n

The Spine, the inspiration zone for the campus, features a series of gardens and planted \u2018plinths\u2019 containing specimen trees and colourful \u2018wire trees\u2019
\nThe gardens and plinths create distinct spaces and key circulation nodes around the vertically-stacked aerial walkways
\nA continuous water feature flows from the source garden down to the arrival garden, creating cool seating areas within the shade of the pod gardens
\nA series of retreat terraces and sunken gardens provide a range of spaces for students and staff, connecting out into the wider campus landscape.
