DDON<\/strong><\/a>: The project is located in the east of Jinan City, Shandong Province, adjacent to the new East Station area, high-tech development district, central business district, with a large development potential. The design of the showcase area is limited in scope, with an overall area of 2,000 square meters, and the main landscape area is only about 1,000 square meters. The spacing between the municipal road and the building of the sales department is small, the depth of the showcase area is small, and the site lacks hierarchy, so how to maximize the role of the landscape in a limited area is the challenge of the design.<\/p>\n

The core landscape area is small but exquisite, with the design of a new landscape of millions of images in a small space, adopting the design technique of traditional gardens with moving and changing scenery, deconstructing the natural landscape with modern techniques, taking the Jinan “spring” culture as the prologue, creating a delicate, refined, winding and quiet oriental pattern through the scenario of ” introducing the spring, searching for the spring, listening to the spring and viewing the spring”, with a tranquil picture scroll hidden in the forest unfolding quietly.<\/p>\n

The outer wall of the entrance unfolds horizontally like an ink painting, blending into the landscape with an elegance of simplicity. The doorway is extended from the wall, with a wooden grille of emptiness and solidity, the light under the eaves is bright and warm. The welcoming water scenery and the spirits sculpture make the entrance more exquisite, respectful and ritualistic. Using solid walls and rhythmic piece walls to create a unified and continuous interface, where the scroll unfolds and spreads.<\/p>\n

The space enclosed by the scenic wall and bamboo curtain\uff0callowing the view to turn inward and paving the way for the next moment of space opening, achieving the perfect experience of “internal view and body travel”; the glass tiles are crystal clear, like a piece of artwork, and the shadows of the trees are hidden.<\/p>\n

The design is layered with natural stone scenery, various vegetation and pavement to create a relationship between sight lines and space. It creates a quiet courtyard where visitors can stop and enjoy the intimate nature, and where they can meditate and relax.<\/p>\n
