\u6d59\u6c5f\u5927\u5b66\u57ce\u4e61\u89c4\u5212\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7814\u7a76\u9662<\/a><\/strong>\uff1a\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u676d\u5dde\u5e02\u5bcc\u9633\u533a\u6d1e\u6865\u6751\u30022019\u5e74\uff0c\u8def\u3001\u6c34\u3001\u7535\u3001\u7f51\u7b49\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u9010\u6b65\u5230\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e3a\u6751\u843d\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u6253\u4e0b\u575a\u5b9e\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u81ea\u6b64\u201c\u5c71\u4e5f\u5ea6\u201d\u4e5f\u88ab\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u610f\u4e49\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u4e2a\u79d1\u6280\u521b\u65b0\u3001\u6c11\u5bbf\u9152\u5e97\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u4eba\u6587\u827a\u672f\u3001\u6237\u5916\u8fd0\u52a8\u3001\u4f11\u95f2\u519c\u4e1a\u3001\u5eb7\u517b\u7597\u6108\u7b49\u529f\u80fd\u96c6\u5408\u7684\u672a\u6765\u81ea\u7136\u793e\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

Zhejiang Unniversity Urban-Rural Planning & Design Institute Co. Ltd<\/a><\/strong>: The project is located in Dongqiao village, Fuyang district, Hangzhou city. In the year of 2019, the infrastructure such as roads, water supply and drainage equipment, electric and network utilities were under-construction and had been implemented gradually, which laid a solid foundation for the reborn of the village. Therefore, SunNadu had been given a new meaning as a natural community of the future, integrated the function of scientific and technological creation, homestay and hotel, nature and art education, outdoor activities, leisure agriculture experience and healthcare.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7406\u5ff5Design Concept<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u9879\u76ee\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0a\u5c06\u751f\u6001\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u8d2f\u7a7f\u59cb\u7ec8\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u4f4e\u5f71\u54cd\u201d\u4e3a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u4ee5\u7ef4\u62a4\u548c\u4fdd\u6301\u592f\u571f\u8001\u5c4b\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u57fa\u5e95\u3001\u987a\u5e94\u5c71\u52bf\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u53d8\u5316\u3001\u4fdd\u7559\u6eaa\u6d41\u7684\u6d41\u6dcc\u8def\u5f84\u3001\u68b3\u7406\u5c71\u5761\u6742\u4e71\u690d\u7269\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u8fdb\u884c\u666f\u89c2\u65b9\u6848\u6253\u9020\u3002<\/p>\n

As taking ecological protection principle and LID strategy throughout the design and construction process, we preserve and maintain the architectural basement of the rammed earth houses, adapt to the height of the mountains, follow the path of the streams and sort out the plants on the slope as well.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4ee5\u529f\u80fd\u4e3a\u51fa\u53d1\u70b9\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u63a8\u6572\u5165\u6237\u51fa\u884c\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6d41\u7ebf\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u4eba\u6d41\u4fbf\u6377\u7684\u6700\u4f18\u89e3\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u6784\u5efa\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

In order to create an available public space and to establish a convenient rout for both guests and the staff of the hotel, we considered and enhanced the transportation system deliberately based on the Function Comes First strategy.<\/p>\n

\u72ec\u5750\u5e7d\u7bc1\u91cc\uff0c\u660e\u6708\u6765\u76f8\u7167\uff0c\u767e\u5e74\u53e4\u6811\u4e3a\u90bb\uff0c\u6f7a\u6f7a\u6eaa\u6d41\u4e3a\u4f34\uff0c\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u201c\u5c71\u4e5f\u5ea6\u201d\u5929\u7136\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u57fa\u5e95\u3002\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u9f7f\u8f6e\u4e0d\u65ad\u5411\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6b64\u5bfb\u627e\u6ede\u611f\u3002<\/p>\n

Alone in the bamboo woods quiet and deep, the silver moon bestows its shinning glow. Neighbored with ancient trees and be accompanied by gurgling streams, the site of SunNadu is surrounded by natural and ecological landscape background.Within the time gear moving forward, we’d like to search for the stagnation here.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0a\u6211\u4eec\u9009\u7528\u4e86\u9508\u677f\u3001\u592f\u571f\u3001\u5f53\u5730\u5757\u77f3\u7b49\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u7c97\u72b7\u4e0e\u73b0\u4ee3\u5de5\u4e1a\u7684\u78b0\u649e\uff0c\u4f7f\u539f\u672c\u8d28\u6734\u7684\u98ce\u8c8c\u53c8\u663e\u5e72\u7ec3\u7cbe\u81f4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u539f\u6709\u690d\u7269\u8fdb\u884c\u68b3\u7406\uff0c\u5728\u4fdd\u7559\u5730\u5757\u539f\u59cb\u98ce\u8c8c\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e3a\u4eba\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4f11\u61a9\u9a7b\u8db3\u3001\u4f53\u9a8c\u81ea\u7136\u98ce\u5149\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u65b0\u751f\u6001\u827a\u672f\u90fd\u5e02\u4e61\u91ce\u3002<\/p>\n

The materials of weather resistance plate, rammed earth and local block stones were chosen during our design and construction. The collision of rough and modern industrial materials added more capable and delicate features to the original plain site. We reserved the original feature of the site, sorted out and rearranged the plants as well. On the one hand, we hope to supply a space for people to take a rest and experience the nature. On the other, we would like to compose a new ecological artistic and urbanized countryside.<\/p>\n
