Sino-Ocean Landscape<\/strong>\uff1a<\/a>The main purpose of the project is to improve and upgrade the residential area, with an area of approximately 27230 \u33a1for landscaping reconstruction.The plan is to upgrade and transform the problems that customers believe that the current situation of the site exists, and mainly focuses on these three aspects which include constructing more activity area, improving the quantity and quality of greening, and adding interesting landscape nodes. Based on the research of residents’ walking habits, landscape architects analyze the pedestrian distance more comprehensively, and connect the various functional spaces of the area through the pedestrian line, so that people feel relaxed and happy on the way home. In summary, the plan formed a two-ring, three-axis, and multi-node spatial structure.<\/p>\n

SINO-OCEAN\u00b7METROPOLIS\uff08BEIJING) is located in the center area on the Westward extension of Chang’an Avenue, and next to the Shang’an Station of Beijing Subway Line S1. The occupants of SINO-OCEAN\u00b7METROPOLIS\uff08BEIJING) would freely experience change from the natural scenery of Mentougou District to the 50,000 \u33a1 of bustling commercial area. The west side of the project is the Beijing Subway S1 line and the bus station, which is the main direction of population movement. The existence of the subway not only facilitates the travel of people, but also promotes the value of this area, making it more dynamic.The project design is adhering to the core value of regional planning, through the integration and innovation of regional resources, to create a diversified leisure business, distinctive personality of creative business office, fashionable and comfortable boutique apartment, comfortable and delicate roof garden, green ecological landscape model. \u4f9d\u636e\u9879\u76ee\u4e1a\u4e3b\u7fa4\u4f53\u5e74\u8f7b\u5316\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u690d\u5165IP\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u62bd\u8c61\u4eba\u5f62\u96d5\u5851\uff0c\u63d0\u70bc\u7b80\u6d01\u65b9\u6b63\u7684\u5145\u7535\u7b26\u53f7\u5f62\u8c61-\u8fdc\u5c0f\u6d6a\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u73b0\u4ee3\u9752\u5e74\u65b0\u751f\u4ee3\u6ee1\u6ee1\u6b63\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u540e\u6d6a\u5f62\u8c61\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u72b6\u6001\u3002\u573a\u5730\u901a\u8fc7\u8fdc\u5c0f\u6d6a\u6f02\u6d41\u8bb0\u7684\u56db\u4e2a\u6545\u4e8b\u60c5\u8282\u8fdb\u884c\u5c55\u5f00\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u591f\u6620\u5c04\u73b0\u4ee3\u5317\u6f02\u9752\u5e74\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4ece\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5f71\u5b50\u548c\u5bf9\u5bb6\u7684\u5f52\u5bbf\u611f\u3002\u56db\u4e2a\u6545\u4e8b\u5206\u522b\u662f\u52c7\u8005\u90e8\u843d\u3001\u5947\u5e7b\u5c9b\u5c7f\u3001\u79d8\u5bc6\u82b1\u56ed\u3001\u9b54\u6cd5\u68ee\u6797\u3002<\/p>\n

Based on the characteristics of the owner\u2019s younger age,Yuan xiaolang was used as the intellectual property of the project in the design concept. Yuan xiaolang is an abstract human-shaped sculpture. The design of Yuan xiaolang is inspired by the square charger which expresses that young people are full of energy and optimistic. The concept of the project includes the four stories of Yuan xiaolang Crusoe, and Yuan xiaolang ‘s journey to find a sense of belonging, which represents the life state of Beijing drifters. The four stories are Tribe of Heroes, Fantasy Island, Secret Garden, and Magic Forest.<\/p>\n
