The project guards the Youth Street, chooses to locate in the center of the intersection of the Golden Corridor and Silver Belt, the core area of the Wuli River CBD, and occupies a seat on the new axis of the “One River and Two Banks” urban development. Surrounded by four major parks, there is a rare green vein in the city center. The project covers a total area of 28,000 square meters, including residential, office, and commercial. The base is adjacent to Qingnian Street in the west as the main urban interface. The project design pays attention to the interrelation between urban space and environment, emphasizes the continuous and reasonable planning and organization of the space, creates a diversified and modern garden-style business, and shapes the visual experience of a new environmental space.<\/p>\n

\u57fa\u5730\u897f\u4fa7\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u4e0e\u5e02\u653f\u9053\u8def\u5b58\u57281m\u9ad8\u5dee\u3002\u4e1c\u4fa7\u4e3a\u529e\u516c\u5e7f\u573a\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u591a\u5e74\u73b0\u72b6\u9648\u65e7\u4e14\u4f7f\u7528\u591a\u5e74\u6d41\u7ebf\u8f83\u4e3a\u6df7\u4e71\uff0c\u573a\u5730\u5185\u90e8\u8986\u571f\u6761\u4ef6\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u5730\u4e0b\u7ba1\u4e95\u7ebf\u8def\u9519\u7efc\u590d\u6742\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u6790\u4eba\u52a8\u7ebf\uff0c\u5e7f\u573a\u897f\u4fa7\u4ee5\u5f00\u655e\u57ce\u5e02\u5ba2\u5385\u4e3a\u539f\u578b\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u573a\u5730\u7ad6\u5411\u53ca\u7eff\u5316\u7ec6\u81f4\u7684\u5212\u5206\u573a\u5730\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u591a\u5143\u5546\u4e1a\u5e7f\u573a\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5e7f\u573a\u4e1c\u4fa7\u5c06\u66f4\u591a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5212\u5206\u7ed9\u884c\u4eba\uff0c\u5e02\u653f\u5165\u53e3\u901a\u8fc7\u884c\u9053\u6811\u4e0e\u8f66\u6863\u5668\u8fdb\u884c\u4eba\u8f66\u5206\u6d41\u3002\u6253\u9020\u66f4\u5177\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u529e\u516c\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

On the west side of the base is a commercial plaza, which has a height difference of 1m from the municipal road. On the east side is the office plaza, which has been used for many years and the flow lines are rather chaotic. The soil covering conditions inside the site are limited, and the underground tube well lines are intricate. We reanalyzed the flow of people. The west side of the square is based on the open urban living room, and the vertical and greening of the site are used to divide the site functions in detail to form a diversified commercial plaza space. The east side of the plaza divides more space for pedestrians, and the municipal entrance divides pedestrians and vehicles through street trees and car stoppers. Create a more modern business office environment.<\/p>\n
