\u4ece\u201c\u6700\u540e\u7684\u4e00\u516c\u91cc\u201d\u5230\u201c\u6700\u4eb2\u8fd1\u7684\u4e00\u516c\u91cc\u201d<\/p>\n

From “the last kilometer” to “the closest kilometer”<\/p>\n

In recent years, the community commerce has been metaphorically described as \u2018the last mile\u2019 of our lives. As for residents, it seems unrealistic to have both commercial function and park within the last kilometer. However, as for BWLA ( BW-LANDSCAPE PLANNING AND DESIGN) ,we want to transform the concept of the \u2018last kilometers\u2019 to \u2018the closest\u2019 kilometers. You may notice the very little difference between these two words, as it does not mean we have to compromise to the commercialization, but to create the \u2018closest\u2019 comfort space for people and our community.<\/p>\n

02 \u573a\u5730 Site<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6210\u90fd\u9ad8\u65b0\u533a\u5929\u5e9c\u4e94\u8857\u3002\u603b\u5efa\u7b51\u9762\u79ef\u7ea616.6\u4e07m\u00b2 \uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u9762\u79ef\u7ea63.4\u4e07m\u00b2\u3002\u5305\u62ec\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u3001\u4e00\u5c42\u3001\u4e8c\u5c42\uff0c\u4e09\u4e2a\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u4ee5\u96f6\u552e\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u8d85\u5e02\u3001\u5f71\u9662\u3001\u516c\u5bd3\u548c\u9152\u5e97\u7b49\u805a\u5408\u6210\u5185\u5411\u578b\u57ce\u5e02\u5546\u4e1a\u7efc\u5408\u4f53\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The project is located at 5th Tianfu Street in Chengdu\u2019s High-tech Zone. It has 3 landscape spaces from the basement level to the second level. The total construction area is about 166,000 m\u00b2, and the landscape area is about 34,000 m\u00b2. Retail businesses, supermarkets, cinemas, apartments and hotels are aggregated into an inward-looking urban commercial complex space.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4f20\u7edf\u601d\u7ef4\u4e0b\uff0c\u5546\u4e1a\u4e0e\u516c\u56ed\u662f\u76f8\u4e92\u72ec\u7acb\u3001\u6beb\u65e0\u5173\u8054\u7684\u3002\u5546\u4e1a\u5177\u5907\u53ef\u89c6\u6027\u3001\u662d\u793a\u6027\uff0c\u8bbe\u7f6e\u66f4\u591a\u5f00\u655e\u7684\u786c\u8d28\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\uff1b\u516c\u56ed\u5177\u5907\u751f\u6001\u611f\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u611f\uff0c\u8bbe\u7f6e\u66f4\u591a\u7eff\u8272\u73af\u7ed5\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5982\u4f55\u6253\u7834\u4e0e\u5e73\u8861\u4e24\u8005\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u8ba9\u5176\u76f8\u4e92\u4ea4\u878d\u800c\u53c8\u76f8\u8f85\u76f8\u6210\uff1f<\/p>\n

\u4e00\u5982\u65e2\u5f80\uff0c\u9ed1\u767d\u4e4b\u95f4\u5173\u6ce8\u4eba\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u793e\u533a\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e2f\u6c47\u5929\u5730\u4e3a\u5f00\u7bc7\uff0c\u63a2\u7d22\u5efa\u7b51\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5546\u4e1a\u8fd0\u8425\u7684\u5168\u65b0\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5f00\u521b\u201c\u666f\u89c2\u524d\u7f6e\u00a0\u5438\u5f15\u4eba\u6d41 \u8d4b\u80fd\u5546\u4e1a\u201d \u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u3002\u7528\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5c06\u751f\u6d3b\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u8fd8\u7ed9\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u5c06\u5546\u4e1a\u4e0e\u516c\u56ed\u5408\u4e8c\u4e3a\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n

Commerce and parks are independent and unrelated to each other under traditional thinking. The business has to be visible with more activity spaces\uff0c while the park needs a sense of ecology with more green surrounding activity spaces. The question here is, how does one break and balance the relationship between the two?<\/p>\n

As always, based on the need of people, communities, and the city, our team explored a new relationship between architectural landscape and commercial operation. We created the concept by giving the priority to the landscape instead of business, which designed to attract people at first and then naturally empower the business. In the hope of using landscape design to return life and community to our residents, we combined commerce and parks into one .<\/p>\n

\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u5c42\u5546\u4e1a\u6c38\u8fdc\u6700\u5177\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u548c\u4e8c\u5c42\u5546\u4e1a\u7531\u4e8e\u4eba\u6d41\u91cf\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5904\u5883\u5c34\u5c2c\u3002\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\u53cc\u9996\u5c42\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u6982\u5ff5—\u89c4\u5212\u4e86\u4e00\u6761\u516c\u56ed\u666f\u89c2\u8f74\u7ebf\uff0c\u8d2f\u7a7f\u5e76\u8fde\u901a\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u548c\u4e8c\u5c42\u8857\u533a\u3002\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u8fde\u63a5\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e24\u5c42\u5546\u4e1a\u754c\u9762\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u611f\u548c\u573a\u5730\u7684\u8212\u9002\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u6269\u5927\u548c\u7a81\u51fa\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u7684\u4e0b\u6c89\u5165\u53e3\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u628a\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u53d8\u6210\u611f\u5b98\u4f53\u9a8c\u4e0a\u7684\u9996\u5c42\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u6d41\u805a\u96c6\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4ef7\u503c\u3002\u4e00\u5c42\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u754c\u9762\uff0c\u5219\u6700\u5927\u5316\u9884\u7559\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5916\u6446\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u73af\u7ed5\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u516c\u56ed\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e0a\u3001\u4e2d\u3001\u4e0b\u4e09\u5c42\u76f8\u4e92\u95f4 \u201c\u770b\u4e0e\u88ab\u770b\u201d\u3001\u201c\u666f\u4e0e\u5bf9\u666f\u201d\u7684\u72ec\u521b\u6027\u5546\u4e1a\u4f53\u9a8c\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002<\/p>\n

In general commercial project, the first-tier business is always the most valuable comparing to the negative and second-tier due to the influence of the flow of people. However, at this time, we first proposed the concept of \u2018dual first-floor\u2019 business model, planning a landscape axis that runs through and connects the negative and second-floor blocks. The connection of the landscape enhances the experience of the two commercial levels.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, we expanded and highlighted the sinking entrance space of the negative floor as much as possible, turning the negative floor into the first floor in sensory experience, so as to introduce more crowds and enhance the commercial value of the space. A unique experience of “seeing and being seen” is formed between the upper, middle and lower floors.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ba9\u79d8\u5883\u4e1b\u6797\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u4f53\u9a8c\u611f\u66f4\u81ea\u7136\u8212\u9002\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u628a\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u7a7a\u95f4\u9000\u8ba9\u7ed9\u666f\u89c2\u3002\u8d70\u5eca\u4e24\u4fa7\u53d6\u6d88\u5546\u4e1a\u5916\u6446\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u53ea\u4fdd\u7559\u4e863-4\u7c73\u7684\u4eba\u884c\u6b65\u9053\u3002\u6cbf\u6b65\u9053\u8bbe\u8ba1\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u6c34\u666f\u4e3b\u9898\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\u4f53\u9a8c\u611f\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u81ea\u7136\u7f8e\u597d\u751f\u6d3b\u753b\u9762\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u770b\u4f3c\u5546\u4e1a\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u9000\u8ba9\uff0c\u5b9e\u5219\u5c06\u91cd\u5fc3\u843d\u5728\u4eba\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u4e0a\u3002\u727a\u7272\u5546\u4e1a\u5916\u6446\u7a7a\u95f4\u6240\u6362\u6765\u7684\u4f18\u7f8e\u6237\u5916\u666f\u89c2\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u6d41\uff0c\u8ba9\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u6574\u4f53\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4ef7\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n

On the negative floor, we gave up more commercial space to the landscape in return for making a natural and comfortable experience of the secret jungle. Commercial areas were cancelled on both sides of the corridor, and only 3-4 meters of pedestrian walkways were reserved. We also designed the diversified waterfront landscape along the trail to enhance the interactive experience and create a natural and beautiful life picture.This kind of abandon is intended to focus people’s feelings. The beautiful outdoor environment at the expense of commercial outdoor space attracts more people and allows the lower floor to gain more commercial value as a whole.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u5de2\u6816\u201d\u662f\u6e2f\u6c47\u5929\u5730\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u8bb0\u5fc6\u70b9\u3002\u5728\u8d1f\u4e00\u5c42\u3001\u4e00\u5c42\u548c\u4e8c\u5c42\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u754c\u9762\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6797\u4e2d\u6cbf\u8d70\u5eca\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u9519\u843d\u5e03\u7f6e\u5927\u5927\u5c0f\u5c0f\u7684\u9e1f\u5de2\u6784\u5efa\uff0c\u4e0e\u6811\u6728\u679d\u53f6\u4ea4\u9519\uff0c\u5149\u5f71\u6591\u9a73\u4e2d\u81ea\u7136\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u666f\u89c2\u89c6\u7ebf\u7126\u70b9\uff0c\u70d8\u6258\u4e86\u6574\u4f53\u4f11\u95f2\u6d6a\u6f2b\u7684\u666f\u89c2\u6c1b\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9e1f\u5de2\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u666f\u89c2\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u89c2\u8d4f\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u540e\u671f\u5546\u4e1a\u8fd0\u8425\u70b9\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u5546\u4e1a\u5916\u6446\u7a7a\u95f4\u3001\u7279\u8272\u5546\u4e1a\u4f5c\u574a\u3001\u5546\u4e1a\u5c55\u793a\u7a7a\u95f4\u7b49\u5546\u4e1a\u7528\u9014\u3002\u6574\u4f53\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6a21\u7cca\u4e86\u5546\u4e1a\u4e0e\u516c\u56ed\u7684\u754c\u9762\uff0c\u62d3\u5c55\u5ef6\u4f38\u4e86\u5ba4\u5185\u5546\u4e1a\u7ecf\u8425\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8ba9\u5546\u4e1a\u754c\u9762\u66f4\u878d\u5165\u4e8e\u81ea\u7136\uff0c\u8ba9\u81ea\u7136\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u8d4b\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n

The bird\u2019s nest is a highlight of Ganghui Tiandi. We randomly arranged different sizes of bird\u2019s nests along the corridors and platforms in the forest that staggered with the branches and leaves of the trees, foiled relaxed and romantic atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The bird’s nest is not only the core viewing element of the landscape, but also a later commercial operation point, which can be used for commercial purposes such as commercial outdoor space, characteristic commercial workshops, and commercial display spaces. The overall design blurs the interface between commerce and the park, expands and extends the indoor commercial operation space, makes the commercial interface more integrated with nature, and allows nature to empower commerce.<\/p>\n

\u666f\u89c2\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u5c063\u5c42\u5546\u4e1a\u7ed3\u6784\u8054\u7cfb\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u4e14\u4fdd\u8bc1\u4e0b\u5c42\u5546\u6237\u7684\u901a\u900f\u6027\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5168\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5bfb\u627e20\u7c73\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u5927\u6811\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6865\u3001\u67f1\u3001\u9e1f\u7b3c\u90fd\u88ab\u6811\u7f20\u7ed5\u5305\u88f9\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u68f5\u6811\u4ece\u5f62\u72b6\u3001\u89d2\u5ea6\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f4d\u7f6e\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u7cbe\u5fc3\u7b5b\u9009\u53ca\u8003\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n

In view of the landscape, in order to connect the three-tier commercial structure and ensure the visibility of the lower-level stores, we were looking for large trees over 20 meters across China. \u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u4e00\u822c\u5546\u4e1a\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u9ed1\u767d\u77f3\u6750\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9009\u7528\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u7684\u77f3\u6750\uff0c\u590d\u523b\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u539f\u666f\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u5757\u7eff\u77f3\u90fd\u662f\u8425\u9020\u201c\u547c\u5438\u611f\u201d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002<\/p>\n

We chose large amount of green stone to create the original scenery of nature, rather than applying black and white stone in general commercial design. Each piece of green stone is the key to creating a “breathing sense”.<\/p>\n

The process of selecting stone is tortuous. Firstly, the green stone itself is relatively rare; Secondly, as stone is mostly combined with waterscape, in order to control the movement and flow rate of water, the hardness and density of the stone need to be high enough. In addition, we also carefully considered the texture, color and the possibility of post processing. In the end, this new type of stone was found at a mine in Ya’an, Sichuan.<\/p>\n

The waterscape of Ganghui gives people a natural and vivid feeling. In order to create the “Pearl Beach” at the entrance of the hotel, the design team conducted many experiments. By testing the texture, hardness, assembly size, and placement angle of the stone, we finally presented the visual experience of water drops falling into the lobby like silver pearls. The diverse forms of waterscape in Ganghui are all careful designed by our team, hoping to give people an all-round sense of intimacy and interaction.<\/p>\n
