Today, GVL media will first present the chapter \u201cIdea\u201d. As the chief planner and designer of BOSUN project, Peng Tao, president of GVL Group as well as his team will introduce process of the transformation to us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span destination<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5b9d\u6851\u56ed\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u975e\u5e38\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5b83\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u5df2\u7ecf\u975e\u5e38\u8001\u65e7\uff0c\u8fd9\u7ed9\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u4e00\u4e9b\u6539\u9020\u7684\u51b2\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Though BOSUN enjoys advantaged natural resources, its buildings and facilities were old and shabby, which drove us to find creative ways to make a change.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i.mooool.com\/img\/2021\/08\/baosangy.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-261108\" src=\"https:\/\/i.mooool.com\/img\/2021\/08\/baosangy.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5f6d\u6d9b<\/strong>\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u57282020\u5e7411\u6708\u62ff\u5230\u5b9d\u6851\u56ed\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u5b9d\u6851\u56ed\u662f\u6851\u8695\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u62d3\u5c55\u7814\u5b66\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u57fa\u5730\u3002\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u62ff\u5230\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u89c9\u5f97\u86ee\u6709\u610f\u601d\u7684\uff0c\u5b83\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e86\u5341\u51e0\u5e74\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u73af\u5883\u4ecd\u7136\u975e\u5e38\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5b83\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u5df2\u7ecf\u975e\u5e38\u8001\u65e7\uff0c\u8fd9\u7ed9\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u4e00\u4e9b\u60f3\u6539\u9020\u5b83\u7684\u51b2\u52a8\u3002\u6851\u8695\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u7701\u519c\u79d1\u9662\u4e0b\u5c5e\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5b83\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff0c\u5b83\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u591a\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u6587\u65c5\u7684\u63a8\u52a8\u4e0a\u76f8\u5bf9\u6bd4\u8f83\u5f31\uff0c\u8fd9\u65f6\u5019\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5207\u5165\u5c31\u663e\u5f97\u987a\u7406\u6210\u7ae0\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u8fdb\u5165\u5230\u4e86\u5b9d\u6851\u56ed\u7684\u6539\u9020\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peng Tao:<\/strong> We won the renovation bid for BOSUN in November, 2020, when it was a science and research base of the Silkworm Institute. Though BOSUN enjoys advantaged natural resources, its buildings and facilities were old and shabby, which drove us to find creative ways to make a change. Silkworm Institute is not only a science and research base of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, but also a food processing research center, which features many sci-tech elements. However, it lacks conditions for cultural tourism development, and that\u2019s why we began the transformation of BOSUN.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6731\u51b0\u5c27\uff1a<\/strong>\u5b9d\u6851\u56ed\u662f\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u519c\u79d1\u9662\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6851\u8695\u519c\u4e1a\u79d1\u7814\u57fa\u5730\uff0c\u957f\u671f\u4ee5\u6765\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u4e8b\u519c\u4e1a\u79d1\u6280\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u5728\u5b83\u53d1\u5c55\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u7814\u5b66\u57fa\u5730\u8ba9\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b66\u751f\u53bb\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u4e9b\u8bfe\u5916\u5b9e\u8df5\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u4ece\u6211\u4eec\u63a5\u624b\u540e\u7ed9\u5b83\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6539\u9020\u4e3b\u8981\u589e\u52a0\u4e00\u4e9b\u65c5\u6e38\u7684\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u65c5\u6e38\u7684\u5403\u3001\u4f4f\u3001\u884c\u3001\u6e38\u3001\u8d2d\u3001\u5a31\u7684\u690d\u5165\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5355\u7eaf\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u79d1\u6280\u9879\u76ee\u8f6c\u5316\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u65c5\u6e38\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u4ece\u6539\u9020\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\u4f5c\u4e3a\u519c\u4e1a\u79d1\u6280\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5b9d\u6851\u56ed\u662f\u5177\u6709\u4e61\u6751\u65c5\u6e38\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zhu Bingyao:<\/strong> As a silkworm research base of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, BOSUN park is mainly used for agriculture scientific research. Sometimes, it also serves as a base for students\u2019 extracurricular activities. Based on this, we added some tourism elements and transformed it into a tourist destination which provides restaurant, accommodation, sightseeing, shopping and entertainment. During the transformation, we found some of its advantages to develop rural tourism.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>\u25bc\u6539\u9020\u524d\u539f\u8c8c So, when we were commissioned to renovate BOSUN, we began looking for its DNA and finally we found it: a variety of mulberry trees around the site as well as various silkworms(March to May) and mulberries(September to November). There is no need to add a completely new element into the site. Based on this principle, our renovation thus focuses on the silkworm culture. It is a pure and white process from cocoon to silk. Naturally, the transformation of BOSUN, from design to construction, is totally based on its future operation model. Traditional landscape design may focuses more on eye-catching appearance, but it is the following operation that decides the vitality of a project. Take BOSUN for example, we decided our design items according to the needs and interests of the target customer groups. At that time, we predicted the major customer groups would be families who want to experience nature and groups who need spaces for training, meeting and team building.
