\u6c88\u9633\u5efa\u7b51\u5927\u5b66HA\uff0b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4<\/strong><\/a>\uff1a\u6c88\u9633\u4e1c\u8d38\u5e93\u4f4d\u4e8e\u8fbd\u5b81\u7701\u6c88\u9633\u5e02\u5927\u4e1c\u533a\uff0c\u7d27\u90bb\u6c88\u6d77\u70ed\u7535\u5382\uff0c\u5360\u5730\u7ea665000\u33a1\u3002\u573a\u5730\u539f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6c88\u9633\u50a8\u8fd0\u96c6\u56e2\u516c\u53f8\u7b2c\u4e00\u5206\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u81ea1950\u5e74\u5728\u6b64\u5efa\u8bbe\u4ed3\u5e93\u7fa4\uff0c\u4ee5\u4ed3\u50a8\u3001\u8fd0\u8f93\u3001\u7269\u6d41\u914d\u9001\u4e3a\u4e3b\uff0c\u4fd7\u79f0\u201c\u4e1c\u8d38\u5e93\u201d\u3002\u201c\u4e1c\u8d38\u5e93\u201d\u662f\u6c88\u9633\u5e02\u73b0\u5b58\u5efa\u8bbe\u5e74\u4ee3\u6700\u65e9\u3001\u89c4\u6a21\u6700\u5927\u3001\u4fdd\u5b58\u6700\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u6c11\u7528\u4ed3\u50a8\u5efa\u7b51\u7fa4\u3002<\/p>\n

HA\uff0bSTUIDO<\/strong><\/a>\uff1aShenyang Dongmao Warehouse\uff0clocates in Dadong district, Shenyang City, Liaoning province, which is close to Shenhai thermal power plant, covering an area of about 65000\u33a1. The site originally belongs to one of the branches of Shenyang Storage and Transportation Group Company. Since 1950, the company has built a warehouse group here, mainly for storage, transportation and logistics distribution, commonly known as “East trade warehouse”. “East Trade Warehouse” is the earliest, largest and most intact civil storage complex in Shenyang.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u6c88\u6d77\u70ed\u7535\u5382\u201d\u59cb\u5efa\u4e8e1988\u5e744\u6708\uff0c\u662f\u201c\u4e03\u4e94\u201d\u5e74\u671f\u95f4\u56fd\u5bb6\u91cd\u70b9\u80fd\u6e90\u5efa\u8bbe\u9879\u76ee\uff0c2006\u5e74\uff0c\u66fe\u88ab\u8bc4\u4e3a\u5168\u56fd\u7535\u529b\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e00\u6d41\u706b\u529b\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u3001\u5168\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u5148\u8fdb\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u5168\u56fd\u6a21\u8303\u804c\u5de5\u4e4b\u5bb6\u3001\u5168\u56fd\u7fa4\u4f17\u4f53\u80b2\u6d3b\u52a8\u5148\u8fdb\u5355\u4f4d\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u7535\u529b\u516c\u53f8\u53cc\u6587\u660e\u5355\u4f4d\u7b49\u8363\u8a89\u79f0\u53f7\u3002\u8fd1\u4e94\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u98ce\u96e8\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6c88\u6d77\u70ed\u7535\u5382\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u65f6\u4ee3\u4e2d\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u7ed9\u4e0a\uff0c\u529f\u4e0d\u53ef\u6ca1\u3002<\/p>\n

“Shenhai Thermal power Plant” was built in April 1988. It is a national key energy construction project during the 7th Five-Year Plan period. In 2006, it was awarded the national first-class Thermal power Plant of electric power system, the national Advanced Enterprise of Environmental Protection, the National Model Worker’s Home, the National Advanced Unit of Mass Sports Activities, the State Electric Power Company double Civilization unit and other honorary titles. In the past 50 years, Shenhai thermal power plant has made great contribution to the urban energy supply in an era.<\/p>\n

\u4e1c\u8d38\u5e93\u548c\u6c88\u6d77\u70ed\u7535\u5382\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u4f7f\u5f97\u573a\u5730\u5177\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u8bb0\u5fc6\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u65b0\u6b63\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u65b0\u5851\u9020\u57ce\u5e02\u6587\u5316\u8f7d\u4f53\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u793e\u4f1a\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u751f\u6001\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u6587\u5316\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u5171\u540c\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u590d\u6742\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0b\u505a\u51fa\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e94\u5bf9\u3002<\/p>\n

The existence of Dongmaoku and Shenhai Thermal power Plant makes the site have special cultural memory attributes, and urban renewal is a process of reshaping the carrier of urban culture, which is our design response under the complex system where social needs, ecological needs and cultural needs coexist.<\/p>\n

\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9762\u5bf9\u573a\u5730\u5185\u6587\u5316\u3001\u751f\u6001\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u590d\u6742\u4ea4\u7ec7\uff0c\u7387\u5148\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u201c\u7eff\u8272\u57fa\u5e95\u201d\u7684\u8c03\u6027\u3002\u5229\u7528\u201c\u751f\u6001\u201d\u6240\u5177\u5907\u7684\u67d4\u6027\u3001\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\u548c\u6e17\u900f\u6027\uff0c\u5bf9\u57ce\u5e02\u808c\u7406\u548c\u516c\u5171\u7a7a\u95f4\u7834\u788e\u533a\u548c\u7247\u6bb5\u533a\u8fdb\u884c\u586b\u8865\u548c\u4fee\u590d\uff0c\u878d\u5165\u6210\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u7c98\u5408\u5242”\u3002<\/p>\n

Facing the complex interweaving of cultural, ecological and social issues within the site, the design team first determined the concept of “green base”. the broken areas and fragments of the urban fabric and public space are filled and repaired by using the flexibility, mobility and permeability of “ecology”, and become the “adhesive” in the urban structure.<\/p>\n

\u540c\u65f6\u8fd0\u7528\u201c\u751f\u6001\u79cd\u690d\u201d\u4e0e\u201c\u666f\u89c2\u79cd\u690d\u201d\u4e24\u79cd\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u6253\u9020\u591a\u6837\u7684\u751f\u6001\u666f\u89c2\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u53ef\u5367\u8349\u576a\u6c90\u9633\u5149\uff0c\u6216\u4e8e\u6797\u95f4\u4e58\u590f\u51c9\uff0c\u5f53\u5bf9\u82b1\u7530\u63cf\u79c0\u56fe\uff0c\u53c8\u884c\u6797\u4e0b\u8c08\u5929\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u573a\u5730\u7684\u4e1c\u5357\u533a\u57df\u8fdc\u671f\u89c4\u5212\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u7528\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u5f53\u4e0b\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\u65f6\u671f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4ee5\u8fbe\u5230\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u4f4e\u7ef4\u62a4\u4e3a\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u591a\u5e74\u751f\u8349\u82b1\u7684\u7fa4\u843d\u79cd\u690d\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u8fd0\u7528\u4e86\u8fd160\u79cd\u6c88\u9633\u5730\u533a\u9002\u5b9c\u751f\u957f\u7684\u591a\u5e74\u751f\u8349\u672c\u690d\u7269\u548c\u591a\u79cd\u65f6\u4ee4\u82b1\u5349\u3002<\/p>\n

using the “ecological planting” and “landscape planting” two methods to create a variety of ecological landscape space at the same time. You can lie on the lawn and soak up the sun,enjoy the shade in the forest in summer. Wandering in the sea of flowers and chatting in the woods.<\/p>\n

The southeast area of the site will be used as commercial land in the long-term planning. In the current transition period, we aim at low cost and low maintenance, and adopt the community planting method of perennial grass flowers, using nearly 60 kinds of perennial herbs and a variety of seasonal flowers suitable for growth in Shenyang area.<\/p>\n
