WTD<\/strong><\/a>: Wanzhou is a typical mountainous district with many narrow, old and shabby streets, which are losing their original living atmosphere. With more and more inhabitants moving out, these streets have become empty and dead. In face of this kind of situation, the local government is anxious to find a solution and open up new prospects for Wanzhou\u2019s urban renovation.<\/p>\n

The renovated site happens to sit between the old and new urban spaces. Small though it is, it connects a modern street and an old neighborhood as well as the old memories of the city. Through the design, we hope to show respect for the existing street texture and integrate the new and traditional retails. The successful renovation of this street will encourage more social resources to promote the urban renovation on a larger scale.<\/p>\n

\u7528\u65f6\u5c1a\u7684\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u5728\u8001\u65e7\u7684\u8857\u533a\u4e0a\u642d\u5efa\u8d77\u4e0e\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u4e92\u52a8\u7684\u6865\u6881\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u7559\u573a\u5730\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u5c5e\u6027\uff0c\u8ba9\u65b0\u4e0e\u65e7\uff0c\u65f6\u5c1a\u4e0e\u590d\u53e4\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u78b0\u649e\uff0c\u4ea4\u7ec7\uff0c\u8ba9\u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u5916\u6765\u8005\u4e0e\u539f\u59cb\u5c45\u6c11\u90fd\u80fd\u627e\u5230\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5f52\u5c5e\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u79cd\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n

Modern elements are employed to build a bridge between the old neighborhood and the young people. In this way, the integration of the old and new as well as the collision between modern and tradition will allow every visitor and inhabitant to have a sense of belonging and experience a better life.<\/p>\n

\u573a\u5730\u80cc\u666f Site Condition<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5409\u7965\u8857\u662f\u4ece\u4e07\u5dde\u6e2f\u81f3\u4e07\u8fbe\u5e7f\u573a\u8fdb\u5165\u4e07\u5dde\u6bcd\u57ce\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u901a\u9053\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u5411\u524d\u8fde\u63a5\u7740\u7e41\u534e\u70ed\u95f9\u7684\u4e07\u8fbe\u91d1\u8857\uff0c\u80cc\u540e\u662f\u4e00\u7247\u8001\u65e7\u7684\u534a\u5c71\u5c45\u4f4f\u533a\uff0c\u72ed\u7a84\u7684\u5df7\u9053\u5411\u4e0a\u8fde\u63a5\u7740\u6bcd\u57ce\u5386\u53f2\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7684\u884c\u7f72\u5927\u9662\u3002\u800c\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u573a\u5730\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u9644\u5c5e\u4e8e\u8001\u65e7\u793e\u533a\u7684\u8fb9\u7f18\u80cc\u666f\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u88ab\u56f4\u5408\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e09\u89d2\u578b\u533a\u57df\uff0c\u4e24\u7aef\u901a\u8fc7\u7a84\u957f\u7684\u752c\u9053\u4e0e\u5916\u9762\u7684\u4e07\u8fbe\u5e7f\u573a\u8fde\u63a5\u3002<\/p>\n

Jixiang Street serves as an access from Wanda Plaza to Wanzhou old town. It is connected with the busy Wanda Golden Street in front and sits against the old neighborhood halfway up the mountain. Long and narrow street extends upwards to connect the administrative office which is full of memories about the old town. The triangle site itself is part of an old neighborhood, which is connected with the Wanda Plaza by long and narrow paths.<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u5fc3\u573a\u5730\u7a7a\u95f4\u6108\u6e10\u8001\u65e7\u7834\u8d25\uff0c\u666f\u89c2\u98ce\u8c8c\u5f62\u8c61\u5dee\uff0c\u5f15\u5165\u6bb5\u752c\u9053\u7a7a\u95f4\u8f66\u8f86\u5806\u79ef\u3001\u73af\u5883\u810f\u4e71\uff0c\u8857\u9053\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u4e3b\u7acb\u9762\u4e3a\u4e07\u8fbe\u5546\u4e1a\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u80cc\u7acb\u9762\uff0c\u6302\u6ee1\u4e86\u7a7a\u8c03\u673a\u3001\u7ba1\u7ebf\u6742\u4e71\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u573a\u5730\u5b58\u5728\u7740\u9ad8\u5dee\u590d\u6742\u3001\u5c45\u4f4f\u754c\u9762\u6df7\u4e71\u7b49\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65e8\u5728\u5c06\u7834\u65e7\u6d88\u6781\u7684\u8001\u57ce\u8857\u5df7\uff0c\u6539\u9020\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fde\u63a5\u65b0\u751f\u6d3b\u4e0e\u65e7\u6587\u5316\u4e14\u5145\u6ee1\u8bb0\u5fc6\u7ebd\u5e26\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u590d\u82cf\u4e07\u5dde\u5e02\u4e95\u7684\u70df\u706b\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n

The central space fell into a terrible mess with dilapidated buildings, crowded vehicles, dirty environment as well as the frontage covered with air conditioners, pipelines and wires. What\u2019s worse, there were complicated altitude differences and disorderly living interface. Taking all of these problems into account, our design aims to transform this shabby and inactive street into a new space, which will serve as a link between new life and traditional culture, and revive the ordinary community life of Wanzhou District.<\/p>\n
